Bought my very sick son to visit the clinic at Holland Village and was told that there are no seats for us, ask us to come back in 30mins time or they will sms us. Despite the current COVID restrictions, I understand that they might have imposed the maximum capacity for people in the clinic. I bring my sick son walk down the stairs and sit downstairs for 30mins. When I go back to the clinic after 30mins and I approach the front desk. The lady didn’t bother about me for about 1-2 mins then finally ask what’s ur name? She say oh you are still too early we still don’t have seats for you that’s why I didn’t text you. Could you come back later? I look around the clinic I at most see 5 patients. Still no seats? Ridiculous. No sympathy at all. How would you feel if it’s your sick son being rejected to wait in the clinic for 2 times especially he’s so sick if he’s able to walk and shop around I will not need to visit the doctor! Will never go to this clinic anymore!

[New review] it’s my second time back here with my mother and I will have to take back my old review. The experience here was much more pleasurable. Counter staff was friendly and hospitable. Special mention to Dr Ryan Wong who was also knowledgeable and made my mom feel at ease. Sometimes, old folks can ask a lot of questions, but he took time to answer to all her queries and made sure everything problem was attended to one by one. For this I’ll change from 1 to 5 stars. {old}Counter service ladies are slow & inefficient. No standards in service whatsoever, and didnt show any signs of understanding a patient's plea or concern. Even if patient's concern might be unsuitable or unfounded, the least they should do is to explain politely and not brush it aside! You guys should learn how to address and attend to clients questions! Such a BIG Turn Off!

NEVER going back. The 2 doctors and a cheerful nurse are quite nice patient and professional. They are not enough to erase the really bad experience with the other nurse who was blunt harsh rough and impatient. If she was having a bad day so be it, but since it happens on more than one visit … never ever going back there.

Professional and helpful nurses. Patient enough to guide you through the process. Note: For travellers during pandemic, you can have your Pre-Departure Test either ART or PCR.

Nurse was very rude and she thinks she is the ‘goddess’ and ‘demands’ you to leave your ID with her and you just take a seat. If you do that, you won’t know what she does with your ID card. And she thinks the token and trace together apps are interlinked and she will ‘demand’ you to show her you trace together apps. What is privacy means in Singapore? Does she has the authority to do so???? And why she is so rude?

Dr Ryan is patient, kind, and has excellent bedside manner. He took the time to listen carefully to my description of my symptoms and did detailed checks. The nurses were also quick to attend to me when I arrived and when dispensing medication. Would definitely recommend One Doctors @HV!

Came for a flu shot and it was the most painless injection I have ever had in my LIFE! Well done Dr Norman Koh!! Will definitely be back! The doctor was also really nice and knowledgeable! Also, the receptionists were great - very friendly and helpful, and they answered the phone almost immediately!

We have been doing pre-departure covid tests in HV clinic and it has always been efficient. Staff are helpful and thorough. They called to make sure we received our test results. I have also visited the GP here and am happy with the service

Recently discovered this clinic and it has become my family's regular clinic. Nurses are super friendly and professional even when its extremely busy and at the height of covid. Dr Ryan Wong has great bedside manners and very patient. No unnecessary tests. No pushing of unnecessary medication. Good job guys!

First off, the Doctor is great. Professional, calm, the best. :) The nurses are fast and efficient too, but let me tell you the best thing about this clinic - so opening hours are 9am as stated, and I showed up at 845am to queue. Previous clinics I visited, it's normal to wait 1, sometimes 2 hours for the doc, right? And when they say opening hours are 9am, the doc never shows up on the dot. So I'm resigned to waiting at their doorstep, I'm miserable, achy, and what do you know, but at 8.55am the nurse came to open the door. I go up, do my registration and the doctor is already there in the room! I haven't taken any meds and I instantly feel better already OK! They are fast, efficient, no waiting about! Kudos to them, I am resting now at home and feel so much better! Thank you! :)

trusted go to clinic for 20 years following the doctors from silver Cross... dr Boey and Soh ... with huge respects yes covid has got them busy and swamped but........ i needed to do my first ever pcr test...(with travel time deadline) and responsibly checked onedoctors website which did not mention reservations required (and bear in mind - my FIRST ever pcr test) got lectured by nurse and doctor that they could refuse treatment, even when i politely tried to explain i checked website..... Well blame it on my ignorance - I sucked it up but sorry - never will I step into this "used to be fine"clinic again ..... arrogantly assuming every person will know what is not explicitly communicated. yes covid has got them busy and swamped but........ empathy 0 EQ 0 explicit information on website 0

Dr Ryan was clear and comprehensive when explaining potential reasons to my symptoms and when detailing his treatment plan for me. Very pleased with my experience!

Tried calling the clinic multiple times at about 8.30pm to ask for last walk in time but no answer. Went anyway and reached at 8.45pm but it’s closed already. Perhaps state last walk in time or adjust operating hours on Google Maps?

one fine day my friend tripped and fell so i went to the clinic to get emergency help. then the receptionist called ella was really nice and provided quick and efficient assistance. immediately my friend recovered and she was happy again. all this is thanks to ella! thank you so much best employee of the year

Dr Ryan and his team were very helpful, professional and patient. The receptionist was very kind to ask me about my Chas status so that I might get a discount on medication too. I would highly recommend this place. If it wasn’t located on the 2nd floor, I’m sure it would be even more popular with those who didn’t have mobility issues. 😀

Best clinic ever! Dr Ryan is very calm, professional, patience and caring. I brought my son to this clinic for his nose infection. Dr Ryan takes the time to listen and check thoroughly to find out what is the cause of the problem. He did his very best to settle the problem but due to my toddlers moving about too much and crying alot, Dr Ryan refer him to KKH. Waiting time is also not long, nurses is very helpful settling all the administrative efficiently. Overall Im more than satisfied that I visit here today. I shall visit again should I require in the future.

My husband, toddler daughter and I have all seen Dr Ryan on various occasions. He is consistently a competent and friendly doctor, who diagnoses and prescribes medicine effective. He’s patient and kind in answering any queries as well. Came to see the doc about a dog bite and was concerned about some reviews that the staff were impolite. It's not true . Dr Ryan Wong is caring and has a good bedside manner . The nurses at reception were also polite .

Quick and good service. No booking needed. They are open evenings and weekends making it a convenient choice in the neighbourhood.

I saw Dr Ryan Wong twice, once for a toe fracture (he sent me to A&E immediately) and the second time for a dog bite. He was really pleasant and was really careful to make sure I didn’t experience more pain than I was already in. I barely felt the tetanus shot and the stitches were done very quickly and neatly. I have to agree though, the counter staff aren’t great; they tend to be a bit gruff, which is really not what someone wants to experience on a normal day, let alone someone who’s already in pain and discomfort.

Don't waste your time and money.

Cold and lacking empathy. Called the counter at 8:30pm enquiring about closing time. Was told they close at 9pm and we would be seen by the doc as long as we reached before then. Minutes later we got a call back informing that they would shutter the doors by 8:45. We were already on the way to the clinic then. Despite pleading with the receptionist that we would reach before 8:50, they turned us away citing that the clinic must close by 9pm. Clearly more interested in closing and leaving for home on time rather that having patient’s interest at heart.

Highly recommend Dr Ryan Wong Brought my infant daughter to the clinic and was very pleased by the care and concern shown by Dr Ryan. He shared that he also has a young child and could easily relate to my worries. My family and I will definitely be back!
