This hospital is the worst hospital i’ve ever experienced. My family was hospitalized for almost 2 weeks here. The doctor was rude and she was really scared to check my father. Even though he was negative of Covid Virus. The nurses were super noisy during the night. When the patients are supposed to sleep, they (nurses) talk so loud and laugh with each other. Not recommended!

BAD ATTITUDE!!!! Tolong dong perawat semuanya di traning ga ada ramah ramahnya. Cuman mas yg Pendaftaran Pasien aja yg ramah. Dokternya juga kurang senyum saya berasa pendamping gak di anggap aneh padahal anak pasien. semuanya O ATTITUDE ga ada senyum2 nya. KATANYA KALIAN KERJA DI PELAYANAN Beda SDM karyawan di kota ya. Mohon maaf jauh beda sm rumah sakit d JAKARTA selama saya d jkt ga pernah ketemu yg kyk gini.

Petugas radiologi yang cowok di bagian loket yang badannya gemuk mohon diedukasi lagi agar lebih PEDULI tidak langsung bilang hasil bacaan mri belum keluar terus padahal sudah 2,5 bulan menunggu. Setelah saya tanya ke dokter poli, katanya hasil mri sudah keluar. Saya disuruh foto sama dokternya hasil bacaan untuk ditunjukkan ke bagian radiologi. Saya pun balik lagi ke radiologi dan disambut petugas perempuan. Ibuk itu bilang ternyata sudah keluar hasil bacaannya. Untung saya belum pulang. Mana rumah jauh satu jam perjalanan. Next saya kapok mri di sini.

The management SOP is not accurate. At the beginning, it was explained at the clinic on 2/2/24 and explained in the manual that the basic cost is OK for the operation, kidney stone laser for the general public, 11,250,000 when you want to pay for cooking, it can be 15 million. The reason is because of the change of cashier, (not included sense) automatically we don't want to pay (protest). This feels like an embarrassment to the class of a national referral hospital.

From my experience, while my parents were being treated here, especially in the Limpapeh room on the 3rd floor, they received very good service, all the staff, from the nurses to the doctors in the nutrition section, including those who delivered food, were all friendly and agile... My parents have been treated here twice. Thank God, the service was excellent. OK... Thank you, Brain Hospital team, especially the Limpeh room on the 3rd floor😌

The hospital service is good, clean and comfortable. Hopefully it will continue to develop and the service will get even better in the future.

From my experience, who has been a patient here, I think the service from the hospital is good. The employees, officers, doctors and other staff that I have met so far are all kind and friendly. Lucky because I didn't meet the krakskdksnjz heheh :v From medical records to the polyclinic, everything went smoothly and well, right up to taking the medicine. The only problem is that I'm tired of going back and forth from the hospital, hahaha... instead I'm venting v:
