The first regional general hospital (RSUD) owned by the city of Bukittinggi. Located in a very strategic location, namely on the bypass road, so traffic flows smoothly. This is very beneficial when transporting emergency patients. The quality of the service is not yet known because the building was only inaugurated on January 18 2021 by the mayor Ramlan Nurmatias. Updates: This hospital was officially fully operational on Thursday, May 27 2021 by the mayor Erman Safar.

Pelayanannya kurang memuaskan, kemampuan dokter mendiagnosa juga perlu diperbaiki. Saya gejala covid didiagnosa gejala tipus, dan tidak diberikan obat untuk mengurangi gejala yang saya alami. Untuk kasih juga kurang memuaskan, ketika uang kembalian pasien sebesar 200 rupiah, kasir menjawab ikhlaskan saja 200 karena kasir tidak punya uang kecil untuk kembalian. Kalau terus dibiarkan tentunya ini salah satu bentuk kecil dalam korupsi.

Stayed in a 1st class room (3bed) but had to pay VIP, to be close to the nurse (so the nurse doesn't get tired) but the waiter disappointed the patient and left it uncleaned, paid expensive cash, couldn't transfer 😅but like this, sorry at the new hospital This . Feeling oppressed . But never mind. Annoyed lately 🥲

Dokter perwat semua nya baik sekali , berkomunikasi dengan pasien baik ,, Awal dirawat sesak nafas , allhamdullilah sudah sehat , karna semua dokter sma perwat yg sopan, baik,rmh skitnya bersih,rapi , Makanannya enak 👍🏻 Allhamdullilah semua keluarga yg sakit langsung bwak kesana dan semua respon keluarga baik semua Sangat memuaskan dari pada rs yg lain yg ada di bukittinggi

Padahal pasien umum di samakan dengan pasien BPJS ..perawat /bidan di ruangan anak ..ada salah satu satu kurang etika ..komunikasi kurang...trhdp keluarga pasien bekerja dgn TDK sepenuh hati ...kalau ada masalah jgn bawa2 ke tmpt kerja ..nnti pasien yg sakit tambah sakit karena lihat kelakuan mu

Mengecewakan, saya mau vaksin sinovac ke-2 ditolak krn sdh lewat 6bln dr vaksin 1 trus dibilang sertifikat di aplikasi peduli lindungi sdh dihapus, tdk bisa input utk vaksin ke-2. Trus saya harus vaksin pertama lagi dg jenis vaksin lain. Saya ga yakin, saya tanya dokter di RS otak, dia ga yakin jenis lain boleh dicampur sm sinovac, dikasi saran konsultasi dg polres. trus saya pergi ke polres bukittinggi utk konsultasi omongan org RSUD ini. Di cek sama buk polisi nya, ternyata sertifikatnya msh ada di peduli lindungi, msh bisa diinput dosis 2, trus juga klo sinovac bisa nya di tandem sama covovac, ga bisa jenis lain. Saya langsung dikasi dosis 2 sinovac, diinput sistem, keluar kartu vaksin nya. Sesimpel itu, ga lama² nunggu 10org dulu baru buka.. Utk masyarakat bukittinggi, klo mau vaksin saya sarankan ke polres bukittinggi, vaksin komplit, proses cepat, konsultasi nya bagus..

Pelayanan RSUDBukittinggi sangat baik dan memuaskan. Rumahsakit juga bersih. Hannya saja musholla umum tidak ada. Semoga segera ada musholla umum

Disappointed with the services of doctors in the emergency room and specialist internal medicine doctors. My mother had an x-ray showing pleural effusion in the left lung, but the doctor didn't take any action. Was told to be outpatient and prescribed furosemide only. The doctor said that the lung fluid would come out through pee. Sorry, I have worked in a pulmonary clinic for 5 years, I have never seen a doctor treat a case of pleural effusion using only furosemide. In my experience, lung fluid must be removed by pleural puncture. But the emergency room doctor didn't want to do it because he wasn't told to do so by the internal medicine doctor. In fact, from the results of the consultation with the consultant pulmonary specialist from the hospital where I used to work via WhatsApp chat and attaching an X-ray photo, the fluid had to be removed and checked in the lab to determine the disease. I think the doctors at this hospital were negligent in treating my mother

The service from the health workers was very friendly and alert. A good, comfortable hospital with spacious living rooms.

For the nakes attendant who crashed, was friendly. But I was disappointed that the midwife who helped give birth was unprofessional.. When I was bleeding, I panicked and panicked even though there were 4 people in the room... And a few months after I gave birth, it turned out that my child's placenta was left behind. So I curetted again. For some nakes in the crash is not clever. I've had contractions and it's still called false contractions. But Mrk didn't want to check in, because there was no doctor's order. Luckily my family repeatedly asked for a check in. When it was checked, I knew it was opening 7. Luckily I didn't give birth in a crash. I'm also disappointed with her pregnancy... I ruptured the membranes early, and I was told to go home and give birth in 2 weeks.. Even though the condition is that the membranes have continued to leak.

The hospital is very clean, the health workers are friendly, thank you very much for helping me nebu up to 3x.
