It's pretty good, but waiting in line for medicine is really boring, you can't promise to get it tomorrow... Basically, if you want to get treatment here, you have to devote 1 full day.

Info data saya dj jual ke distributor susu. Setelah melahirkan di yarsi saya d tlpon produsen susu dr padang. Knapa mereka bisa tahu nomor dan data pribadi saya.. kecewa dengan yarsi MENYALAH GUNAKAN data pasien... Utk perawatnya mengecewakan... Istri saya di rawat d ruang siti aisyah... Perawat nol attitude. Walau tidak semua. Kebanyakan yang dinas malam nol attitude.. Saran saya, perawatnya alangkah d kasih badge nama biar bisa pasien memantau siapa perawat yang low attitude ini..

My sister went to the emergency room for treatment on January 10 2024 (afternoon) with her left leg swollen and red, she went to the community health center for 1 week with no change (the red spread to the top). According to us (a doctor too) this is cellulitis (we can't show photos) and is an indication for hospitalization because oral AB is no longer working. We suggested coming to the emergency room to get RI, we were disappointed because our sister was told to go home and be given more medicine. Did the doctor on duty at that time not know that this was an indication for hospitalization to get AB IV, did the doctor not know the risks if immediate action was not taken? Please pay attention to the management and Komdik regarding the existence of hospitals for the community and the quality of their medical personnel.

The service is good. The doctor and officers are also good. But the queue for medicine is very long, perhaps we could consider adding more personnel, etc. to make it quicker.

Pelayanan perawat masih ada yg harus di perbaiki tentang cara penyampaian kepada orang yg menjadi pihak keluarga pasien ..menerangkan dan agak lambat memberikan pelayanan .contoh nya keluarga dari pasien meminta infus yg telah habis terus di sampaikan kpd penjaga yg bertugas akan tetapi agak lama untuk di respon atau di tindak lanjuti..

My parents went to Yarsi Bukittinggi Hospital for treatment, on 7/12/23 to the urology doctor, when they arrived there was no doctor, they should have been informed via telephone or WA that the doctor was on leave. Because we are far away, our costs are also expensive, please improve the service.
