The owner is the nicest person, kind and very knowledgeable about the farmers he works with and the different process (washed, honey etc.). They roast daily which is fantastic to keep the coffee extra fresh, you can get 200g-1kg bag of whole beans or grinded to your liking. Prices are very reasonable (prices you see in the pic's are for 1kg!). You can ask to try a certain single origin\blend before you buy a bag, they got jars of every bean so you can smell and explore what you like which I love! Keep in mind they're closed on the weekends, you can order online on the website in the pic.

Freshly roasted, small batches, high quality specialty Coffee, wonderful owner and staff and the best prices in Varna! You can enjoy their single-origins at the shop or take a bag to enjoy at home, or both! Currently they have: Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Honduras. In addition, they offer the Coffee of the Day which is a great option to try something new. My favorites are Nicaragua and Honduras.

The unassuming espresso from their on-premise machine (mostly there for tasting it seems) is easily the best in Varna, and among the best in Bulgaria. It might actually stand up to any Italian or Portland/Sydney coffee shop. Some impressive craft and skill has gone into the product here and it is absolutely worth trying if you love real coffee. May they do well!
