This is the worst Starbucks ever. Every drink was ruined .literally every one! They even ruined the matcha! There were just lumps of insoluble matcha floating in the drink that took place to be spit out. Please take away their license or franchise, they are ruining your business.

Shame Starbucks Varna. Toilet drama. Dirt Lack of toilet paper No soap Stinks

One of the most interesting Starbucks cafe shops i have ever visited. This cafe located very centrally in Varna town and very good location to make a break of city visits. whenever you enter to the building for first time, you realize that under the glass ground there are some ancient columns etc which is very nice and looking good. Outside of the cafe there is a well designed fountain. about coffee, wherever you drink Starbucks coffee around the world very similar, only baristas are moving slowlier than ordinary.

The typical Starbucks you can find in a city center. Nice and cozy spots for reading/working. Especially to recommend at the late afternoon/evening when the sun shines orange into it.

Friendly staff and good Starbucks quality like expected, also expensive like always. Was around €6.50 for a lattee and plastic cup. The toilet was in need for some renovation, hence the 1 star deduction.

Spread your wings a bit and try a genuine coffee shop not this weak imitation, this is ok for the local kids but if you're travelling get some real coffee into your system.

Went in for my usual fix of venti soy latte only to stumble upon friggin' Roman ruins on display right beneath it. I would have missed this if I had gotten my coffee at Costa just nearby. This Starbucks could really use more attention. How is this still not in any of list of the world's coolest Starbucks?! On a regular side of things, coffee is good, same like any other Starbucks except just a little too foamy. Service is quick. Toilet is relatively clean.

The place is nice. There is plenty spaces for sitting. The restroom is no so clean and located downstairs where you can get lost. Once I had experience with the rude cashier.

Dirty, dirty toilets, the croissant taste like metal, would not recomment. The carrot cake was delicious though. The location is great just needs more maintenance and cleaness. The green tea was also nice.

Service used to be very bad at this Starbucks, but it improved a lot. I was surprised by the friendliness. Prices are a bit high for Bulgaria, but it’s great that they have milk alternatives without an extra charge. A good place to treat yourself.

Not a fan of Starbucks but pumpkin spice latte is good and for tourists you can see a part of a Roman ruin under the floor, it is covered with glass, don't miss it when you enter. You can also see it from the outside more clearly at night. So giving it a four star because of the cool historical location.

Starbucks is Starbucks - quality and atmosphere are same level everywhere. The only bad thing there were staff - they were discussing a previous client loudly and in details which made a really bad impression

The toilet is horrific. The staff doesn't speak English. But very delicious hot chocolate.

Nice coffees with many tastes and cold and hot options. Fast service, ISIC discount let's you have the next in size drink.

It’s always great to have something fresh when your on walk around. And Starbucks the place when on Sunday everything mostly closed and you want to get a coffee. Perfect in center of warna. And helps you get charged during long walks.

As most of the people reading this may know the product range of Starbucks, I'll focus on the individual experience for this very restaurant: The location is quite nice directly at a small square and in an interesting old building with a glas floor. The service however was awfully unfriendly, which always leaves a bad impression even if everything else was good.

I know I will repeat myself BUT I LOVE STARBUCKS. Here in Varna, Starbucks in the city center, has a glass floor and underneath your feet you can see ancient roman ruins😀 it is quite a special experience.

Always a good atmosphere and welcoming staff! Latte art was a little flop today but the coffee is great 😅

My drink was good, nothing special, I quite liked the idea of the glass floor. I did find something weird tho: there was no logo on the cups? Idk maybe the budget was low? This never happened to me. The cashier was kinda rude.

Awful coffee. Tasteless and pricey. There are great places with specialty coffee where you know what you're paying for.

One of the place in the whole town where the staff can more or less speak English. Not too rude, which is a gift in Varna. Has a humble selection of main Starbucks offers, a bit overpriced compared ti other coffee places, but at least to a relative level of business.

Great service, very tasty coffee ❤️ the location is glorious, right in the middle of the city centre main street👍🏻
