Actually this is my first visit in McDonald's in khanna, and I am happy with it. This place is also maintained well. I have to visit Delhi often times. That's why I find places that are secure safe and neat n clean and also food must be good and hygiene. So that's why I chose McDonald's on my why not any Dhaba.

First off, the food is very tasty. You have a wide variety of burgers to eat. The veg burger is also good, and if you feel very hungry, you can also try the Maharaja Mac, which is very tall. And then they have the world's most famous french fries, which is downright delicious. There is a wide variety of cool drinks and milkshakes. They also have an ice cream which includes little bits of Oreo. I have never tried it, but it looks tasty. The downside of this restaurant is that they don't have a good parking area,So it is a little difficult to park cars. The service is also good. Once you place your order, the food arrives within 2 minutes. And you can use WiFi for free for 30 mins, and you also have a takeout counter at the entrance. They also have a hall for celebrating the birthdays of kids, though I don't recommend it at is very costly. Overall, it is a good place to eat.

Very clean, spacious and vibrant location. I have been to McDonald location in many countries but when I tried MCD India menu, I am impressed, especially McMaharaja burger.

Then the girl damanpreet kaur crew I'd. 63935 . Chng my bill oder num 117 . Nt giving me a original bill . Duplicate bill nikal k muje dai gya . Sry sir hm bill katna bhul gye . M so bad feel now .

Good McD outlet in Khanna. The burger tastes better than the one at Doraha McD. The staff is also humble. Drive Thru is available and service is fast. Ample Parking space available in Celebrations Bazar parking. Vegetarian and Non vegetarian options are available.

Nice and well maintained midway on the way to Amritsar. Various options like McDonald's, Bikanerwala, Dominos, Pizza Hut etc. available.

It is very good location but on its first floor their are mirrors through which sunlight enters and disturbs I feel there should curtains to stop the sunlight

Good seating arrangements. Proper cleanliness . Everything is good, But food is very expensive. Except ice creme, everything is expensive. No doubt good taste, good quality but not value for money.

Good place on national highway 44 to have break during long drive and munch on snacks.

It's located on the highway so quick thought which comes up in mind while passing by is that you comfortably stop here, easily parking your car in the front side parking and move inside. But mostly that's not the case. You are sent to underground parking and then you get uncomfortable, naturally because you are not in a mindset to get into a long parking procedure when you have been driving for hundreds of kilometres. If you have opened a restaurant on the highway, you should reserve front side parking for the restaurant, and let go other people who have come for shopping to the mall use underground parking. The food preparation is good and the staff is OK. Another problem which I found was that the washroom was located on the upper floor, making it difficult for specially abled and elderly people. My suggestion would be to further drive around 4 kilometres towards Jalandhar and stop at next McDonald's.

The cone (softy) in which they serve ice cream is half empty. It's a request to kindly fill the complete cone for gaining maximum customer satisfaction.

McDonald's Khanna is one of the top favourite place of the locals of Khanna city and because it is located on the gt road evryone who is going by road also loves to enjoy McDonald's Khanna, because it's part of northern region of McDonald's we can get northern varities, we loves aloo tikki 😋

Drive-thru is little tight space. Some times parking space get crowded making hard to navigate. No problem with food as good as always

Quality is not upto mark ... burger stuffing are for name only ...whether its salad or mayo.... cost is very high as per product..visits only on demend of kid as non spicy light mc aloo tikki burger he love ...otherwise will nit prefer to visit. Earlier times i was huge fan of mc d but mit now..quality suffered.

The food was fresh but disappointed in the handling of the food. I had to wait 5 minutes for an item and the rest of my meal was already packed. In 5 minutes the fries would have been cold and when I voiced my concern the girl packing the food said "no" and put her hand in my bag to check the temperature of the fries. That's so disgusting, she's touching everything around her. Why would you touch my food with your bare hands and then think I would want to eat it. I told her that I want new fries, which she gave me but definitely only half the amount that would of come in a large. Proper handling of food training definitely needed.

There were flies in the restaurant. The staff were impatient. The fries were stale, cold , and came with no shake seasoning. I got the chicken maharaja mac and it was ok but not hot in temp.

Awful.... Service too slow despite not being busy and not even the dine in was that busy. Worst experience under service of Nidhi while collecting order ....all as she was busy talking with other staff members around

Nice ambience and food. Staff was polite and decent. You may face some parking issues in Rush time.

You can place the order from the car and take the parcel from outlet outside window as well as one can dine in there Service is fast must try if you are going from Chandigarh or patiala to Ludhiana or Amritsar good place to get rest and have meal

Wrost experience ever in mcdoland’s drive thrue service is very slow also taste is also not too good according the brand I ordered veg surpise burger and many other things the tikki in my burger was too cold and other stuff was also tasteless

The girl over the counter was helpful in nature. I ordered a mac veg burger and coke. She told me about some meal scheme and at approx the same rate she added small potato fries to my order. But what I didn't like was, the straw and cup cover wasn't provided with coke as it happens in other Mac D outles. On asking the other girl gave me a straw but with a rude face as the previous girl went inside for some other order. Well over all it was a good experience.

Cold coffee is ❤️ Once you sip it and you will eager to have another one. It is perfect balance of sweetness, coffee and texture.

Never thought an outlet with immense power and brand value can go this low . Went with a happy face left with exhausted mine , no proper decorum or staffing. Any verbiage cannot justify the horrible experience I have faced . There was no one to handle the ques , customer’s satisfaction was not even a necessity for the management out there . The drive thru is extremely bad.... We were on road when we realised , they didn't give us pouches of ketchup.... Taste was savoury with only loads of mayonnaise in mcveggie and bun felt awful.... I want to request some good chefs who can make burgers.... This is a serious issue, chefs are playing with emotions and taste buds of customers. McDonald's needs to show some serious concern over the quality of their burger ... I've lost faith in McD.

It's located very good location in the famous on road mall. There are certain other shopping attractions. So nobody will feel bored here.

The place is located at a good location. It is a budding mall and plenty of options are available around. The food served here was of good quality, fresh and was served hot. Though you might face some delay in the 'drive thru' service. I had to wait outside the queue for my burger for some time. Amidst the COVID-19, the staff was following all the protocols and proper sanitization and hygiene was maintained all around.

Offers a good meal but they don't have halal food that's why we have to go for veg meal. In case of Muslims.

Khanna McDonald :- Extremely poor service. A lady came to take my order and I told her to pack the best burger they have and she judge me through my appearance and asked shall I give you the lowest price burger.. that was so annoying.. Is this the way you deal with your customers? You have such a reputation and this kind of service. Felt so bad ... If this is gonna happen for long for sure you are going to loose all your customers. I have seen many branches and the best services but this khanna branch is the worst!

I have been a regular at McD's since ages. I love alloo tikki n veggie burgers in general.... however the quality of french fries is going south each passing day meaning they are getting worse everyday. Today at McDonalds khanna outlet I was served french fries which were not hot enough n were soggy too. No two french fries had the same size n to top it all some were even burnt. This is not what McDees is known for... The dosa masala burger n masala tea however were yummy....
