Breathtaking 4 hour promenade around the small Gruyère lake. Most of the walk goes in the forest and near the banks, with views to the beautiful turquoise lake. Panoramic views of the pre-Alps. Every angle is an opportunity for the perfect picture. The trail is simple to walk, but gives a good workout if the pace is fast. A real pleasure for the senses!

If your are up for a 4hrs hike this is definitely the place you want to go! the view is amazing! It really helps you to free your mind from your daily routines. Great route to clear the mind and soul! On the left side its a bit less sunny but even On the right side its sunnier with a lot of ups and downs (with stairs) streams and wooden bridges.

In the districts Saane and Gruyere, is the beautiful lake located. The idyllic lake is surrounded by hilly landscape at an altitude of 677 m above sea level.

It's the longest artificial lake in switzerland. Beautiful walks in summer and winter some trails are closed due to snow and frost. A magnificent region to discover absolutely
