Well my oh my did I have to adjust my previous review! I had a bad experience with an employee and had to leave a 1 star review because I was so upset and disappointed in the way I was treated... then the office manager, Tara, called me and was so amazing! She listened to what happened, showed empathy and sincerity and she assisted in rectifying the previous experience by being the definition of customer service. She scheduled me to see Dr. Hunley asap. SO GLAD I DID BECAUSE HE IS AMAZING! He took time with me to get to know my background and history and was so kind and genuine! He had great eye contact, a nice handshake and most importantly knowledge and options! So thrilled that they cared enough to call me and hear my reasoning for a bad review and how easy it was to fix... a little kindness and customer service goes a long way! Now please don't leave!

The receptionist did an amazing job of helping us get things squared away for Bill that way we didn’t have to reschedule his appointment. The wait was a bit too long before you see the doctor though. The Dr visit went well. Glad he isn’t a pill pusher, but to be a bit cautious in making sure that is what the issue is.

Dr. Hunley is the most professional and caring primary physician I've ever had! He really does listen to your concerns and with his personality and knowledge, I am very comfortable and know I am in very good hands.

Dr Hunley has been super in helping my 92 year mother with her health problems. He has acted quickly in follow ups, and called me in the evenings after hours to check on her condition. Thank you for your professionalism and care Dr Hunley.

Friendly and efficient staff. Appointments are on time. Office and exam rooms clean. Can’t say enough about how pleasant Dr Hunley is. He is thorough, attentive and explains clearly his thoughts and test results. I will miss him and hope when a new Doctor takes over he/she can live up to the kind of care provided by Dr Hunley.

I've only been able to see Dr Hunley twice now, with this second consult revealing that he is leaving this practice for family issues. In our first encounter, he impressed with his active listening and discussion of how we were going to assess my needs. He ordered lab work and expected to see me back in 2 months. Unfortunately, the clinic he is currently at was unable to book anything sooner than 4 months out. Anyway, long story short, he appears to be a dedicated physician with the best intentions. I wish I could have seen more of his plan and results, but even a sympathetic ear can work wonders.

Dr. Hunley is a very caring, kind doctor who really listens to your concerns. He seems to be very knowledgeable about every concern raised by my husband or myself. He’s very respectful and has a great sense of humor. He always greets you with a smile and a handshake. We’ve never been kept waiting.

I had my first visit with Dr. Hunley. And I was very impressed with his knowledge as he listened to my health problems (which are many) he advised me on ways to ease my discomfort and proper medications. I have never felt so at ease with a Doctor in my life (I'm 74) and i will continue to see him and his very helpful staff (good looking babes) I HAVE FOUND MY DOCTOR

An appointment with Dr. Hunley was worth the 3+ month wait as a new patient. He is ON TIME, an active listener, very thorough and genuinely compassionate. Being new to the area and far from a Trauma one hospital is unnerving. I feel more at ease knowing my family has a stellar doctor in their corner.

Dr Hunley is a kind and caring D.O. He is personable and has an excellent understanding of the whole being. I appreciate his professionalism and his candor. He listens to you as a patient and understands your concerns. He addresses your needs. I have not had a doctor in many years who cared as much about my whole body health as he does. Dr. Hunley has been superb and right on top of things. I have had to be seen on two separate occasions for different reasons, he had really taken the time to get to hear out what I was needing to be seen for! His medical assistant/supervisor. Can’t recall her name has been nothing but phenomenal and patient and on top of needs I had needed assistance with, I can’t praise you all enough.

Dr Hunley's is what all doctors should be. Welcoming with a warm smile. First listening to your your needs. Then he try to give you a few things he can do or refer you to those he can. He always seen concern with your health and try to bring you to better health.

Dr. Hunley is so easy to talk to. He sits down and listens and explains everything so that you understand what he's telling you. As an extra really important benefit, his staff is also fantastic. Great experience from entering the door to leaving.

This doctor has the best "bed side manor" of any doctor I have ever been to having been living here almost 10 years. Very personable, makes you feel comfortable and I couldn't be happier that I have him for a Doctor! The office is very well kept, desk staff are kind!
