The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the price of the rooms. They're the only game in town, and they know it. Otherwise we had a very nice one night stay.

I had a great quick stay free water for honors members is clutch. Omelettes for breakfast great. Hilton please read this. Is it really necessary to wrap disposable paper cups in plastic that is immediately thrown away the amount of plastic trash companies generating I find it reprehensible this is not a fault to the hotel, but corporate needs to eliminate this. It’s kind of ridiculous.

Hotel was new, modern, and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be staying there again in the future, I hope.

I just stayed here a few days for a Wounded Warrior Event and the staff went above and beyond for us! The staff was so helpful and friendly! Also a big shout out to Mr Jim that works the kitchen! He’s the sweetest soul! Thank u for taking great care of us! ❤️🇺🇸

We had a trip to Bulverde that was not going to be pleasant. Hampton's staff helped us enjoy our stay here. The room was very comfortable. Because the bed was so comfortable, we got an incredible night's rest. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel overall. Was given a handicap accessible room, no problems with that, but the shower curtain was too short and the watertight edge on the floor too ineffective to keep the rest of the floor from getting soaked during each shower. This hotel can be difficult to get to with the lack of street lights on the route my GPS took me. Breakfast was better than average and the employees were amazing and promptly helpful when needed.

OMGoodness, what a pleasant experience! All staff that I encountered was very helpful and friendly, especially Trevor! My family and I were in a car accident that totaled our vehicle and needed a place to stay while we figured out the logistics of getting home to Nebraska. The staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attend to anything we needed. Thank you so much!!!!

This is a very nice hotel with amazing showers and lots of space in the room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will stay here when we visit family again!

Our requested room was ready on time. Everything was clean and well stocked. Room temperature on arrival was spot on. Bed was a bit on the firm side. Overall very positive experience.

Trevor our front desk staff member made our stay and our families stay a most pleasurable one . Seems he was always there for our family and friends during our stay for our sons wedding weekend . Very difficult to find an employee who shows so much care and attention to their guests . Our family highly recommends the Hampton Inn Bulverde for your next group trip or overnight needs .
