Clearly they want us to get stomach cancer with the disgusting amount of salt they put on their chips, just to try get people to buy a overpriced drink, its not just a 1 off time either, its about 98% of the time, it doesnt even taste good. This is 2023, theres so much studies showing that excess salt is bad for heart and stomach health but obviously they dont care for the local community, as long as you buy a coke to wash it all down with... just gross, in more ways than 1.

Disrespectful and rude, they don't know how to get an order right, will never go there again .

Just went through drive through and ordered a large chicken twist combo and they repeated it back exactly the way I ordered it and they put it through as a regular chicken twist combo and not a large

The location was spotless. the food was the hottest and tastiest takeaway I have ever had. staff service was friendly fast and courteous

The managers at chicken treat are the worst of the worst can’t even let a 16 year old call in sick to work when they’re actually sick because a 27 year old manager is bullying and gossiping about teenagers and lied saying that a casual worker needs to have a drs note. Please don’t support a business that doesn’t even support their own staff. Disappointed in the owners when they don’t act on such behaviour!!! You know who you are and I hope everyone sees how terrible the work environment is.

So I ordered a variety of food. List was roll and burger meal. Pineapple fritter. Banana fritter and Donut chips. Went through the drive through. Got my order and surprise surprise it was wrong (not the first time) Pineapple fritter missing. Donut chips missing. Went inside and was told that the donut chips hadn’t been put through so had to pay more. Once getting home I added it up and I have also been over charged. (Charged twice for the donut chips) Not good in these times. I understand everyone is looking for job but looking in the average age was about 18. Where was the management or adult supervision? Over to you Chicken Treat for a response. Oh and Blair (the owner). I don’t want a copy and paste reply.

The food tastes good but for the price of it you'd think they'd put a bit more chicken in their chicken rolls.

Had a chicken roll there was only chicken in half of it and no mayo disappointed

Asked for a Mountain Dew and got a water, if I wanted a water I would have just gone to my tap. This is ridiculous like how hard is it to do your job, I can’t Imagine working at chicken treat would be difficult because nobody ever goes there. NOT IMPRESSED !!!

Unkept tables, floors and restrooms... Had to move from the table we chose as floor was wet and had food spread around the table legs...next tables were all in need of a clean. Toilet had no paper towels and electric dryer broken....Go to open door to hall and your elbow hits the other door... cluster ####

I purchase lunch from Chicken Treat Bunbury very regular. The food and service is always great. But you have one person who shines above everyone else. Noah! he's super friendly & poilte. Perfect customer service. I hope the manager recogonises this.

Consistently the best fast food in Bunbury, it's actually fast and I can count on 1 hand the amount of times an order has been wrong, only critique is they sometimes forget wet whipes

Food was hot and tasty, would have liked to have been offered the $6 roll deal when ordering just the roll. As coming thru drive didn't see the special sign until leaving.

Chicken was tender and delicious. Chips were good. Stuffing is delicious, but you need to ask for extra if you want some.

The chips were so salty they were in edible

Disappointed 9 piece family’s feast 5 chicken wings, on other occasions no coleslaw, to many drum sticks and chicken wings sorry I hate doing this but we have given up

This store needs better management. The food was done with old oil and chips were stale hard and dark brown maybe they were left overs possibly reheated . Discusting . I won't be going back there . Also try wearing gloves please .

I menu logged over $100 worth of food. when food arrived a meal was missing aswell as a couple of drinks. I tried calling 7 times with no answer so I had to drive there. When I got there they stated they would do nothing and even though the bags are sealed for delivery they stated it was not their mistake menulog stole our food!! And absolute joke!! Management needs re training!!

Shop was clean, the music was pretty good, loud enough to enjoy but not so loud you couldn't have a conversation. I was the only one in line and only had to wait a few minutes for the meal. My fussy 6yr old loved it.

Chips were rushed quiet quickly and quality was not great could not taste any salt on chips
