Before
I
walked
through
the
doors
at
CFSW
6230
I
had
been
struggling
for
years
between
the
person
I
wanted
to
be
and
the
person
I
was:
always
wanting
to
be
healthier,
fitter
and
more
active.
I
had
signed
up
to
various
gyms
before,
where
I
would
always
go
for
a
month
or
maybe
two,
but
always
ended
up
paying
and
not
going,
my
main
excuse
being:
'I
don't
have
the
time'.
Those
feelings
amplified
when
I
became
a
mum
and
after
my
second
was
born
and
my
marriage
failed,
I
thought
that's
it
'single
full-time
working
mum
of
two
under
5'
-
I'll
never
have
the
time
now.
So
just
to
feel
better
about
my
negative
self
talk
and
just
so
I
could
say
I've
tried,
I
did
the
free
on-ramp
classes
with
George.
Hey,
it
was
free,
so
what
did
I
have
to
loose
and
the
best
part:
I
could
walk
away
afterwards
and
say
'see
I
just
don't
have
time'.
But
George
and
the
crew
down
at
the
Bunbury
Box
made
me
feel
so
welcome.
Seeing
all
those
different
people
from
all
walks
of
life,
all
different
shapes
and
sizes,
ages
and
fitness
levels
being
happy,
healthy
and
active
athletes,
but
most
of
all
this
strong
community
full
of
helpful,
friendly
coaches
and
crew
just
made
me
feel
like
I
was
were
I
was
meant
to
be.
I
decided
to
sign
up.
First
I
went
with
periodic
and
3
days
a
week
(coz
to
be
honest
Crossfit
is
not
cheap,
especially
when
you
are
a
single
mum)
but
I
was
soon
hooked.
Where
before,
I
started
to
work
out
and
as
soon
as
I
missed
a
day
-
that
was
it
and
I
never
went
again,
now
if
I
miss
a
day
I
feel
genuinely
sad
and
can't
wait
to
come
in
again
the
next
day,
catching
up
with
my
friends
and
getting
fit
while
having
fun.
My
priorities
have
changed
and
while
a
membership
on
paper
might
look
expensive,
all
the
life
adjustments
I've
made
(i.e.
less
take
away)
and
the
rewards
I've
reaped
(i.e.
having
the
energy
to
keep
up
with
my
5
year
old
son)
just
outweigh
the
cost.
I
am
now
training
5
days
a
week,
am
happy,
stronger,
fitter
and
healthier
than
ever.
My
attitude
towards
myself
and
life
in
general
has
changed
dramatically,
I
am
no
longer
struggling
between
the
person
I
want
to
be
and
the
person
I
am.
I
am
were
I
always
wanted
to
be
and
I
am
proud.
Proud
of
myself
and
of
what
I've
achieved.
I
can
honestly
say
CFSW
has
changed
my
life
for
the
better
and
for
that
I
will
forever
be
grateful.
