We booked the Sargent Suite for a family of four with two younger children. We were greeted well and were escorted to a hospitality suite for refreshments and snacks, which was very nice. We checked into our suite, which was clean with a beautiful view, one king bed, a couch, and ample room for other seating. The small kitchen area cabinets need to be replaced due to wear and tear; bad enough that it's visible. We got roll-away cots for the boys, and that was just fine. Unfortunately, we had booked dinner in the formal dining room for the next four nights and canceled the remaining nights after our first meal. The steak was very overcooked, and the other entrees were extremely salty. The worst part was yet to come with trying to sleep with all kinds of water pipe noises in the wall between the bathroom and the master bed. I wear earplugs as a light sleeper, but this was crazy noisy and woke us up numerous times every night. Not sure if it's a water pressure issue, old pipes expanding, or a water hammer problem, but for the price each night, this needs to be fixed. Just unacceptable for what we paid. And there were no other openings during our stay. It's rather unfortunate because, besides these things and one unhappy server in the casual bar area, we really did love the property and overall service. There were many remarkable people taking care of us, and we were very thankful for them. And the estate and fun activities were also all very good. Just don't book the Sargent Suite if you want a good night's rest.

It's absolutely gorgeous here. My husband and I took a trip here to stay at the Inn for our anniversary. This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. They are meticulous in their cleaning. We even saw a room being steam cleaned down the hall and the carpets were spotless in the room. I usually wear socks in hotel rooms but this is the only one I've ever been in that I wouldn't bother. The view from the window is amazing and I recommend paying more for the mountain view. There is a .4 mile path to Antler Hill down the hill for shopping and food. We went for a walk every morning down there because there's a beautiful path with sunflowers all along it. All that being said, we did find the pillows to be not very soft or comfortable, which was weird for such a nice hotel. Also, the hotel restaurant was way too fancy for every night eating and the restaurants in Antler Hill had weird hours. The Smokehouse food truck was only open 12-3:30, Cedric's Tavern was closed on Sunday and Monday (half the days we were there), and the Village Cafe that we loved to eat lunch at closed at 5. Also, the shower doors didn't closed together and water would leak out at the point where the doors met. But honestly, these were minor issues, as this place was fantastic and super relaxing.

Everyone here is so kind. The hotel itself is beautiful- every detail is so nice. Our room was clean. I loved how it was decorated. I enjoyed how the staff address you by name. I did get a little achy after sleeping in that bed. Our room was near the elevator but we didn’t get woke up which was nice. It was a very relaxing stay! Will return!

This inn is a dystopian nightmare. If you like nice accommodations and have decent tastes in hotels please steer clear of this hotel. The rooms are sad, tired, and not that clean. The furnishings, carpet, wallpaper should have been replaced 10 years ago. We had dirty espresso cups and just the saddest looking room I’ve seen since a holiday inn in middle missouri. I asked for a refund for our second night and they have refused. They will only offer half our money back for the second night. If your expectations are 4 star take that way down to 2 star but you’ll still be at a 4 star price point. I just drove to downtown Ashville and saw 3 or 4 new hotels that look at least from the outside way more appealing. I’m going to make it a point to let everyone know to steer clear. I’m unsure if anything on the Biltmore Estate is worth the hype. Don’t stay here. Seriously.

5 stars ! Even if this is a 4-star hotel, it does exceed the expectations. The rooms are large and well appointed. The roomservice is excellent and cleanliness it's as is best . The lobby is gorgeous. Free waters are available all the time. The concierge service actually works and is extremely friendly. The terrace is always open , nicely illuminated, and the fireplaces are on every night . Definitely try the library bar and the Dinner

Beautiful hotel on the grounds of Biltmore Estate. All the staff we met at arrival were polite and friendly. Our room was very nice and suitable for a such an upscale hotel. Neat coffee maker provided. The lounge areas in the lobby were comforable and not crowded. Breakfast was very good with a large and varied buffet offered or order from the menu. Bus transportation is provided to the Biltmore mansion. Pro Tip: Do not try to drive yourself to the Mansion at night - very easy to get lost in this large, dark area.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary with a stay at the Inn and it was more amazing than we could have ever imagined. Everyone we encountered during our stay was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, and the grounds surrounding were immaculate and gorgeous. We hope to be able to experience the Inn again.

Amazing place to stay. Pricy for $500 a night, but the service is incredible. One warning, the food prices are very, very high. Although the food is amazing... a drink can cost you $$$$. I got an old fashioned which cost me $32!. But again, a great place to stay. Lots to do like horseback riding, hiking, biking, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The rooms and the hotel are marvelous come out will designed, classical in design. I think however, the really outstanding thing were the staff. The staff went above and beyond and out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and happy as possible. There is plenty to do on the property. The Biltmore estate is not to be missed. The gardens at the estate are also beautiful. The winery was a lot of fun and hey, who doesn't like to drink wine?

3 stars and that’s a stretch. It’s was ok/good. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. Beautiful views, glasses of wine were being handed out, beautiful terrace. That’s the 3 stars. The rooms though are small, I have a sensitive nose and our room smelled musty and like urine. That’s not ok. The pillows are awful, and our mattress needed replacing. We got a King Suite and it was anything but that. The shower leaks under the door, and the tile is slick. Put a towel down so you don’t hurt yourself. For the most part, the staff is kind and friendly, but there was 1 in particular who was very rude. For the price you pay, I don’t think the accommodations are on par.

Enjoyed my stay here a lot! Property was very well maintained and the service from the employees was excellent. They have it all here from concierge to turn down service. My one and only “complaint” would be that the breakfast was a bit expensive. $30 per person for the buffet. Now, I know it’s all you can eat and the food is not junky, but it seemed a bit high for eggs, bacon, sausage, and some pastries. I will say the food was excellent and the service/servers were excellent do. Quite a dining experience while overlooking the mountains. All in all, a great place.

The Inn was a wonderful place to stay. It is the perfect compliment to the Biltmore Mansion. The Inn is a long walk, short bike ride and even shorter car ride from the Biltmore House. The traditional decor and rich woodwork made for a luxurious stay. The service was exceptiomal, friendly and accommodating. Everyone went the extra mile for our comfort. The hotel restaurant was excellent and hotel bar was lovely that provided a nice gathering for the end of day night cap. I would definitely recommend this Inn for a relaxing get a way.

Fantastic hotel, service, and meals. The Inn is set in a peaceful atmosphere that is quiet and tranquil. Every thing about this property is lovely from all the places to sit outside and enjoy the view, to the spa, pool, restaurant, and the fire place on the main floor. Wonderful experience, we hope to come back in the future.

This is a fairly expensive but very nice place to stay. The service is impeccable and they make every effort to get you what you want and need. The grounds are wonderful with lots of on-site amenities. Getting on and off the estate can be challenging because of the high tourist demand causing traffic issues. The rooms are nice but certainly not over the top. You are paying for the other amenities, service and availability. Parking is good. Visiting the Vanderbilt house is really a must see. It’s incredible even for normally uninterested tourists. The workout room is average.

The Inn is beautiful with spectacular views. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were professional, courteous, and responsive. The food is well prepared and flavorful. The only down check was the desk staff at checking. When we arrived, room wasn’t ready, apologized too, and told we would get a call when it was ready. Never received a call and only informed via returning to hotel. Recommended.

One of the best holidays our family of 5 has ever taken. We were treated like royalty. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. The entire facility is spotlessly clean. The food from The Dining Room was amazing. Proximity to the estate and the incredible views are the crown jewels. We are very much looking forward to our return.

I can’t say enough about this place. It is all the things! Lovely, beautiful, well manicured, great staff and whatever the big house is doing they do it as well. I have been in spring to see the hand sized tulips and at Christmas and I love both but our last trip was for Christmas and we were not disappointed. If you go during the Christmas season and want something to do at night the back porch serves snacks and beverages and some nights they offer s’mores by the fire pits which was a favorite. Their room service is divine and cozy and on point and the breakfast downstairs is excellent. Go, go, go!!

We celebrated our 4th Anniversary at the Inn on Biltmore and loved every second of it! Location was excellent with stunning views of the mountains and the Biltmore house in the distance. We enjoyed afternoon tea and breakfast in The Dining Room and a late dinner in the Library. The food was very rich and filling despite smaller portions. The atmosphere is perfect and on par with the Biltmore estate. The staff was polite, professional, and always quick to help. We loved that it was walking distance to Antler Village for additional food and shopping. We can’t wait to visit again!

Another great visit to the Biltmore. First time with Christmas decorations. The tour was slightly different than past visits so we saw some different rooms. Also, enjoyed an unexpected, and wonderful, presentation by the Crown College choir. Excellent singers and a group of sociable, polite and mature young adults!

The Inn on Biltmore Estate was everything I dreamed it would be. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The grounds were scenic with many paths to explore...we even saw deer on our evening stroll. The views in every direction are just beautiful and the view from our room was unreal. Lovely places to sit outside all over the grounds as well as cozy reading and conversation spots inside. The only restaurant actually in the hotel is fine dining and does have a dress code. We had not packed adequate attire (no jeans allowed) so we enjoyed room service instead. Our dinner was impeccable as was the service. And we got to eat in front of the gorgeous view. Our time was very limited this trip so we did not get to visit the winery or participate in any of the outdoor activities available. We did tour the Biltmore mansion and enjoyed the shopping and restaurant there immensely. We will definitely return and only wish our stay could have been longer.

First class operation. Very nice rooms. Very helpful and attentive staff. Beautiful location and views. Wonderful restaurant. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost. Very, very expensive. But if cost is no object and you want to celebrate a special occasion or treat yourself royally, then this is the place to go.

This is truly one of a kind, the inn at Biltmore is absolutely wonderful. From the great service provided from the staff to the concierge that have a great knowledge of Biltmore and the surrounding communities. Me and my wife shared our honeymoon here and look forward to coming back for our future anniversary.

We were looking forward to a spa day at the Inn at the Biltmore estate during a recent mother daughter trip. Unfortunately we were shocked by our experience . We expected a beautiful venue. What we experienced was truly subpar , especially for a namesake jewel like the Biltmore . The Spa does not rhave a shower, changing room, sauna or any facilities whatsoever other than your treatment room, which is small and in need of an update. We had to ask for a robe, which they don’t automatically give you. They have a waiting bench that seats 4 but it was taken so we had to wait in the hallway . I had a party of 5, so needless to say, prices were comparable to a five star resort. Based on their prices, you would expect highly skilled technicians. The serviced were adequate at best. My bill was $1100 including the 18% service tip for 3 massages and 2 facials. It gets worse. We were not guests at the hotel so I had to pay for 5 estate daily admissions to use the spa at the hotel! Another $100 pp. The spa manager was not on site to discuss our concerns and when I did reach her she said she would get back to me as she had to contact her regional manager as she had no authority to do anything for us. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about a service here to go into the Biltmore village nearby or in Asheville proper. I wish we had done our due diligence and not assumed this spa w ould be comparable to other 4-5 star hotels . Simply awful experience and so disappointed that a namesake facility of this caliber would not offer any accommodation.

From being right on the property just minutes from The House, to comfortably luxurious rooms, beautiful views, delicious food, impeccable service & staff that appears to LOVE their jobs, this is entire property is par excellence. We thought the view from our terrace couldn’t be beat until we experienced the view in the dining room at breakfast. The Concierge informed us of a couple experiences we weren’t aware of, rearranged our planned tours for a more comprehensive experience and printed out our tickets for each event. The dining room staff were cheerful and accommodating from the crack of dawn till noonish (of our last day). The breakfast buffet was tasty and well appointed, we felt like we were at one of our favorite European resorts. The valets were attentive & understanding when we “ran in to change for dinner, wine tasting, etc.” always ensuring we had cold water to take with us each morning. Housekeeping continued the level of service with mindful details, like tying up our various electronic cords with an elegant deep red VE ribbon. Always ensuring our in room amenities were restocked & our ice bucket refilled daily. All so tasteful and elegant. Including the turndown service. Everyone should treat themselves to a stay at this 5 star property. The only fly in the ointment was the very loud evening entertainment & the angry almost sour woman serving in the lounge area. She did appear to be in pain & was limping some but, stay home until you are well. Luckily we had a much happier, nicer person waiting on us.

We stayed on their Christmas Holiday Package. The staff was beyond exceptional, being both friendly and courteous above and beyond expectation. They have a great restaurant on location that offers room service and other fine restaurants in the village of Antler Hill which is within walking distance of the inn. There is also transportation to the village as well as the Biltmore Estate House provided. There is a small bar that serves the varanda and the library lounge. The views surrounding the inn are breathtaking and the holiday decorations make for a very festive stay.

Fantastic room with mountain view. Room maintained twice daily. Amenities wonderful. Lobby and Library reading area warm and cozy. Patio seating with views on two sides. Front desk, valet and bell service personable and prompt. Shops high-end. Totally memorable.

Really was a wonderful place. The scenery is amazing no matter where you are in the hotel. You can walk or take a shuttle to any other place on Biltmore estate, which is so nice. At night, we sat by the fire pit or in the Adirondack chairs, just soaking up the fresh air and beauty.

Beautiful place! We found a decent rate on another website so we decided to stay there. The intent was to explore Asheville, but we really never left the property. We toured the estate, had a tasting at the winery, and had a massage at the Inn (amazing!!!!). The staff is incredible but the food/drinks prices are a bit high. We enjoyed hanging out with Wilson at the Library Lounge.

Room was great . The Inn is beautiful. Our transport people were amazing as well. The shepherding presentation @ the farm with Joe was a favorite of ours . And the valets were friendly and very helpful. But had a couple of unpleasant encounters with some of your service staff people. Rather rude about some services that were missing . Like being told no decaf coffee was served @ the Inn ( wanted some in the lobby in the morning ) yet we could get it @ the restaurant, etc….. also no lunch available in a restaurant on site . We had visited a couple years ago and some basic services no longer exist. Which made no sense . We love the location and the beauty of the Biltmore.

This was my mom and I's second Christmas staying at The Inn. We had such a wonderful experience our first time that we decided to spend another Christmas here. To be honest, we were a little nervous our expectations couldn't be met because of how perfect our last stay was, but somehow this most recent visit exceeded our expectations. Our meals were perfect and all of the staff throughout The Inn were very welcoming and attentive. They really made us feel like Vanderbilt royalty.

A truly unique and amazing hotel. Most hotel don’t have the attention to detail that the INN on Biltmore has. If you are looking for a romantic getaways or a corporate retreat this place is perfect. Make sure you tour the Biltmore estate and garden to see incredible architecture and priceless work of art. You can also walk around Antler hill for free wine tasting and some quaint restaurants and shops. It os outstanding how much work is put into keeping the entire property landscaped and whimsical. I was trying to think of anything I didn’t really like , and the only thing I could come up with was that the wings at one of the restaurants were a little small .

Wonderful hotel. We had dinner at the inn and it was fantastic. Hank, our server, is a national treasure. He’s been with the Biltmore for 26 years and he made sure our dining experience was amazing. Also I would be remiss not to mention Meagan and the crew serving drinks in the library. They were all incredibly gracious even as we talked their ears off after a few (maybe too many) glasses of wine. Great experience overall and so thankful for the wonderful staff.

Happened to be at the Inn whilst Hallmark Channel was shooting "A Biltmore Christmas." We're used to film crews (part of what we do professionally), so it was fun for our family to get so very excited about it and basically lose their minds. The food was magnificent, our room impeccable (those gorgeous sheets and linens!), and we will stay again very soon. Highly recommend the fabulous Southern breakfast buffet if you're so inclined, and dinner was exquisite. The staff at every level was absolutely lovely and accommodating.

Our very favorite place to stay. The elegance and service we experience when staying at The Inn is simply exceptional and frankly, has rather spoiled us for other hotels. My husband booked the Inn for us four years ago, the weekend we got engaged. Since then, we have become annual pass holders and returned 2-3 times a year. Sometimes we visit the Biltmore house and/or the art installations, and sometimes we just stay and enjoy the Inn and Antler Village. We’ve come to love the Library Lounge, and sitting by the fire in the evening is a delight each and every time. The Inn itself is beautiful and there are lovely views from the rooms. Honestly though, the staff keep us coming back. At every level, the Biltmore team surpasses expectations. The bellman and valets are the top of their game, making us feel welcome and in good hands. Room service is always punctual and professional. Housekeepers are magical, somehow managing to know exactly when to do turn-down service without interrupting us and making the room sparkle throughout our stay. Whoever plans the little extras throughout the year has surprised and delighted us with Mother’s Day treats, yoga classes, and afternoon rosé. Most recently, we did a guided hike for the first time and were impressed with our guild’s knowledge and personality. It is clear that the Biltmore only hires the best people and incentives them to stay. Sometimes we think our friends judge us for how often we choose to spend the weekend at Biltmore, but it honestly never fails to be perfect. Spending the weekend on the estate is relaxing and luxurious, and we cannot wait for the next opportunity.

Absolutely incredible! The Inn deserves way more than 5 stars. The staff, food and atmosphere are phenomenal. I can’t say enough great things about the property. Everyone is so friendly and it’s so clean. If you want to be pampered this is the place for you. I would not want to stay anywhere else!

Rooms were nice and clean, we had a room with a view on 4th floor 9/10. Staff was amazing, from the housekeeping, bellman, valet, concierge, restaurant staff 10/10. The experience exceeded our expectations and was well worth the price, it made our Biltmore estate visit a memorable one.
