Stayed here one night and requested a ground floor room and was subsequently upgraded to probably the best king sized room we have stayed in. Room service for dinner and the service and food were both excellent. Very clean and well appointed motel.

Excellent hosts clean large rooms with large bathroom. Comfy beds with large soft towels. Shower perfect. We had the wheelchair accessible room easy to manoeuvre plenty of space. Would highly recommend. We'll be coming again 🙂🙂

Great family run motel. They go above and beyond to assist with where to eat and attractions to see. This is one of the best motels in Bundaberg. Would recommend anyone to stay there.

We had 3 stays (triple room) over the 2022 Christmas season, Drummond House Manly, $170 p/n; Villa Mirasol Motor Inn Bundaberg $190 p/n, and Novotel Sydney International Airport, $303 p/n. Value for money, facilities etc. the Novotel was not a patch on the other two. Especially as it is supposed to be an international level hotel. Drummond House is accommodation that is an NGO that assists disadvantaged kids and is not a hotel as such – has backpacker facilities, but with private rooms with private bathroom. I’d definitely stay there again when in Sydney for two reasons. It provided everything we needed and it helps kids. Villa Mirasol couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend it. The Novotel was clean, new and close to the airport, but lacked the little things I’d expect for the cost. Will look elsewhere next time I need somewhere close to Sydney airport.

A gorgeous Mexican haven in the heart of Bundaberg. Immaculately clean and comfortable rooms. Delectable food. Lovely, caring staff who allowed us to access our beautiful room early, in order to accommodate a family emergency. This demonstrates, to me, a commitment to the highest-quality customer service.

Two adults two kids just needing a clean, quiet place to stay for the night. Very clean, large rooms. Friendly staff. Poor pressure in the shower, but lovely hot water. Very thankful to have a nice place to stop.

Good location and nice clean room. Casting to the tv is a bonus as it's great to be able to watch your own streaming services... Staff are helpful and easy to talk to.

Was a guest at Villa Mirasol for two nights for work. Didn't spend much time at the units as worked long hours, however, it was so nice to return each evening to fresh clean unit to relax a little before retiring. Access to the complex was easy, being on the main street leading to Bundaberg town centre and there was hardly any road noise. Located so close to the town centre, most things are just a short walk or even shorter drive. If you have a larger vehicle, parking can be a bit tight, however, there are units that accommodate that of you ask. Overall, the stay was comortable and uneventful at competitive pricing. Would recommend staying there, will stay there again in the future.

Awesome motel, didn't expect such a spacious, beautifully appointed room, super comfy bed. Right beside train but room very quiet. Great value, would definately stay here again.

I've stayed here a couple of times now and I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Bundaberg. The rooms are well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Also, after staying in motels in Bundaberg I've learnt not to stay at a place in front of an intersection controlled by traffic lights. The noise from bogan vehicles is terrible. Villa Mirasol avoids this and the rooms also seem to be set back and are peaceful. The chicken carbonara fettucini is devine. A dip in the pool with a beer available from reception is awesome. The proprietors are friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next stay.

Our spa room was excellent. Very large, bright, clean and comfortable. It has a Mexican theme and appears to be recently upgraded and painted. Very comfy beds and pillows and very good quality towels. A yummy breakfast delivered through the hatch! TV with Foxtel. AC that is very quiet. Dedicated parking space. A short walk to the business centre and to the river. Friendly staff. The prices are competitive. Good place to stay when visiting Bundaberg.

Pete and Evelyn are amazing. Always going above and beyond to accommodate me. Need to be quick to get in early as it seems to book out quickly early in the week. Very clean and well equiped rooms. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Bundy and they were below average compared to the villa mirrasol.

Very nice, clean/tidy. Street appeal is great. Rooms r big, very appealing., overall well done. Could do with a few extra bits, microwave maybe?toasters.? Will stay again, close walk to town. Train station near by, but is OK for noise. Happy.

100% recommend Villa Mirasol. The room myself and my family recently stayed in was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and the pool after a long day on the road was amazing. Keep up the good work guys and we will definitely be back.

It's good and what you expect from a motor inn. Nothing bad, nothing special. Was surprisingly quiet inside the room, I stayed close to the main room. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and reception friendly.

Room was extremely spacious and clean. Food was delicious and had no issues checking in even though I was earlier than check in time on a Sunday. Only reasons I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 stars are because I didn't have a kitchen sink, so I had to fill up my kettle via the bathroom/bathtub tap and I was only given 1 key so I couldn't cool down the room a bit while I had a cigarette. Otherwise beautiful place to stay, had own carpark and was close to everything.

One of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in! The rooms are a little dated but they were absolutely spotless and the beds very comfortable.

Wonderful, friendly hosts. The room we stayed in was spotless & serviced daily to a very high standard. Was walking distance to town. Will definitely be return customers. Thankyou 😊

People tend to turn their nose up at the old “motor inn”, but this one has been done nicely and is well kept. The room was clean and comfortable, functional and pleasant to be in. We stayed four nights for a wedding, so ended up spending almost all of Sunday in the room unwinding after the big event. The bed was comfortable and the little courtyard area made it easy to relax in the sunshine. The odd train horn is the worst of it, and they’re only going on during the day. A short walk into the heart of the CBD means cafes and pubs are not far away either. The owners - all the staff - were friendly, helpful and nothing seems too much for them. A great option for our stay.

Peter and Evelyn were both very kind and accommodating. My husband is an amputee. We weren’t able to book the accessible room for our three night stay, but were given a spacious room with a large shower recess and parking outside our room. They offered to make meal reservations, book courtesy buses and do anything to make our stay more comfortable. We were really impressed when Peter came down to the car as I was rearranging things to make sure everything was okay. We would hope to return sometime and highly recommend it.

The service and support from Peter (owner) was excellent - he is dedicated and knowledgeable, ensuring the best experience for a guest with accessible room needs. Nothing was a trouble, and he suggested ideas to ensure the room suited all our needs, and made it a wonderful stay. Very much appreciated.

The man is the most rudest man at reception. Booking.com allowed my booking drive miles and miles to be told, no you cannot enter unless u have a credit card. Will not recommend this place due to the unlawful unhelpful service.

Walking distance to the CBD shopping, restaurants and pubs. Spotlessly clean rooms, great tasting food in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. The only minor problem is that it is quite close to the train tracks.

Nice comfortable motel rooms but the service sets them apart. Great friendly people who enjoy looking after you.

The staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. The bedroom was very roomy and very clean. Loved soaking in the spa. Very relaxing. Very central to shopping and some of the tourist attractions and a short stroll to the train station. The food was great. Will definitely come back. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

I rate a hotel on priority of a comfortable bed, quality range of pillows (paying for a goodnight sleep) and a shower with good pressure hot water. Hence. two stars lost, as these weren’t met. Otherwise, the aircon was good, and for an unexpected cold night, the room was warm. Restaurant was closed. Not sure why a Mexican theme motel is relevant to Bundaberg, most visitors come for an Australian experience. Clean, and friendly staff as other reviewers have said.
