Excellent store with a vast array of useful products for almost any imaginable project. A pleasure to browse each section. I just love the collection of precisely Japanese made ball pens. Great travel goods, available too!

The store here is pretty big and they basically span 4 floors. The selection here is pretty standard and you can basically find a lot of the weird stuff you can find in a normal tokyu hands stores. The ambience is ok i guess, and the store is really clean. Would recommend picking up souvenirs here for family since they sell a lot of random stuff here.

I was there today 15 NOV 2022, beware that a lot of stores, including the Tokyo Hands are opening late at 11:00. I was a little disappointed with the pen selections, they have as much as I expected, most priced well but very little Pentel and Pilot. Floors and floors of stuff to organize, clean... household stuff. A must if it's your first time in Japan.

Worst staff I experienced in Japan. None of the people at the cashier are helpful or friendly. Almost like they want to make sure you suffer.

Great home lifestyle store with everything you need for the home. A must visit if you want to shop for household goods but more importantly innovative and creative household goods. Start from the highest floor and work your way down.

You have to go to the 5th floor of the building. The other locations are a lot better.

Staff were helpful with getting tax free services. Be mindful that you will have to pay the full amount first BEFORE you get the Tax refund at the dedicated counter in the fifth floor.

I needed a screwdriver and a wrench to fix my luggage handle. They had both. It’s a big department store.

Across the street from Matsuya Ginza (I think they are related companies), this store has something for everyone. From outdoor gear, to housewares to stationary. Many floors filled with items, could spend an afternoon here browsing.

The store literally has everything you need for arts and crafts. I bought a cardboard box to put more stuff that I cannot fit in my luggages (to check them in at the airport). They also sell luggages of high quality, some branded bags (like Porter brand), and plants.

Okay selection of items for cosmetics. If you’re looking for kitchen stuff, I recommend kappabashi street over this store. The most unique items I found were the toys. They also had a cool DIY section for woodworking, leather craft etc.

You will find random household items and inventions that you didn’t even know you needed, spent an entire afternoon there. Staff are helpful and friendly. Even have some pretty decent restaurants at the top floors after a full day of shopping.

I am always lost for words when visiting Tokyu Hands. The main shop in Shibuya is more quirky bit this is no slouch. It is must-visit place. Opens at 11am.

The store has a lot of stationary. The staff is really helpful and despite not being able to speak the language, they answered every one of my questions. Their inventory for Copic markers and refills along with brands such as Uni, Pilot, Rotring, and Deleter is impeccable.

Fantastic place to go hog wild shopping for all things you might need or want, from toiletries to luggage to office supplies to whatever else you can think of. Maybe it's the Japanese equivalent of Target? Haha I'm not sure, but it's a hoot and a half. If you're ever in Tokyo you should check it out.

Oh did we have fun there! It's huge and we kinda loved getting lost and immersed in their floors. Friends got what they were looking for so that's a plus. I would come back.

While others talked about customer service, these guys actually practice it. Never experienced a level of services well beyond the call of duty. Been shopping here for years as this place have always a wonderful selection of products with a great customer service to back them up. Thank you Ms Ogaki for your wonderful assistance!

There are varieties of local products here varying from accessories, some food products plus skincare/make up items. If you are tired, there is a cafe where you can actually and relax. However you need to survey and make comparisons as some make up products are slightly more expensive here as compared to elsewhere. This is a tax free shop. You can easily do your tax refund. They have staff who can speak mandarin as well as English.

Ok, just when we thought we'd seen it all, this experience took the prize! Started at floor 1 and worked our way up. From crafts to camping gear, you will probably walk out spending half your life savings like we did!😀

Great store for finding gifts for friends and family I'm pretty sure I spent a few hours here Be sure to check out the packaging/gift wrap section and the kitchen area And of course be sure to stop on the tax free floor for checkout if you're visiting!

😠 How do you say “mega-fail” in Japanese? It should probably be revised as “Concept Labi”. 👍👍 There was something I didn't understand about the old western tableware that I inherited from my aunt, and I was wondering if it might be an inconvenience, so I contacted them. We received. Thank you very much. I would like to continue using it. I'm really thankful to you.
