I have been waiting to finish my 4wks on semaglutide to finally post my review. For some time I had suspicions that I could have been suffering from insulin resistance and my primary care would be very dismissive with me. My primary reason for starting semaglutide was weight loss not knowing I would have so many more benefits. I had all the symptoms that checked all the boxes for possibly suffering from insulin resistance. Within 2wks on being on the medication my face literally deflated!
