Wasted so much money here for a flavorless Mac n cheese that had no cheese. The steak hardly had any seasoning. Ordered their new garlic fries and got 2 tiny pieces of fake bacon and no garlic. Please don't make the same mistake I did and go here and blow $100+ for just 2 people. I can guarantee there are better places close by.

Great interactive friendly staff! Service on key. Manager on floor catches any errors and corrects the situation. Great teamwork and of course great food!🤗🙏☝️

The Super Bowl was something I was never interested in, however a lot of people are. So that night I was sent home early. My wife and I decided to capitalize on this and headed to Outback to celebrate Valentine's a day early. Our plan was to avoid the large crowds and it WORKED! Outback was as slow as we were but that suited us just fine. Dianne D was our server and she was very friendly and welcoming. We started off with the fried mushrooms. Fresh out of the fryer they were great. That with their amazing bread and softened butter were the perfect way to start our meal. For our entrees my wife went with the Alice Springs Chicken. She liked it but for me there were too many competing flavors. I went with a rare 15 ounce Ribeye with asparagus & steakhouse Mac and cheese. It came cooked perfectly and I was happy. I wish the asparagus was steamed a little less but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Thank you Dianne D for the hospitality.

This was my FIRST and LAST time in this Australian dump that I paid $50 for. My lobster looked so tired and shriveled that I thought I was eating a shrimp. I should’ve paid $45 and went to a seafood buffet that had steak as well and decent size portions When I told the waiter that I’m probably not ever going to return ever. He was like “Cool” and left. At the end when it came to give me the check , he was like “Sorry about that”. Not sure what’s wrong with this management but take this garbage service to South Central LA, not Burbank . I’ll never come here again.

They over cooked my steak but the asparagus and mashed potatoes were delightful and the salad was superb. On my daughter's plate they forgot to add her steamed broccoli, the shrimp is overcooked so overall I would have done better going to Sizzlers I was very disappointed. Two stars because I love the asparagus and the mashed potatoes... Crazy for $100.00 + tips

We came here on a Friday night and it was very quick to get a table. The food was amazing and the service was great! We all got our food in a timely manner and they kept the refills coming the whole time! Definitely will come back.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. Ordered curbside, was supposed to be 38 minutes. Fast forward an hour and 10+ minutes, and we’re still sitting there waiting. Finally a woman comes out with our food and tells us “next time, call.” So clearly it’s our fault in her mind. Outback’s website didn’t say to call, neither did the confirmation email, and neither did the sign at the curbside pickup spot. Obviously our food was forgotten about somehow, despite multiple employees coming up to our car asking for the name on the order, yet ultimately the blame was placed on us. The next insult was of course the food, which was ice cold. The prime rib literally had nasty hard white fat from sitting around, and the chicken wings were shriveled up and completely dried out. No way was any of our food originally cooked within the last week. Everything was clearly reheated, poorly. Nothing was worth eating, absolute trash. Everyone involved should be ashamed and embarrassed.

Got the Blooming Burger. The blooming onion sauce has a unique flavor, (tastes a little horseradishy?) so make sure you're okay with that when you order the burger. It was well cooked, and tasty. I don't think I'd order the loaded fries again -- the sheet of cheese melted on to it was a bit overwhelming, and I love cheese.

When I went into the location it looked promising, got seated quickly on a Monday afternoon. The server was really nice and consistently asked if I was okay or if I wanted anything else. The menus were one family away from being separate pages but the inside of the location looked maintained. They serve you bread first and it is quite alright. A bit soft, but not bad when paired with the butter. As for appetizers, I got their signature blooming onion. The blooming onion was the best part about this whole experience. It was delicious, as all fried foods are, but that also means it will leave you feeling sick after you eat it though. The soup I got was just watered and felt too bland. The main course was the thing that really disappointed me. I got the Chicken Alfredo with Shrimp and my wife got the chicken sandwich. For around $20, I got average shrimp and the driest chicken I have ever eaten, all with heaps of black pepper. I had a taste of the chicken sandwich my wife was eating and it was pretty good, which I did not expect after eating my chicken. I can not believe they are charging this much for unsatisfactory food and the only reason I would come back here is to eat a blooming onion.

The Outback center cut sirloin does not taste fresh. It's like from frozen. I am a steak/meat-eater, so I am very particular when it comes to meat,as I always order rare or medium rare. I enjoyed my dessert, I think it was called the chocolate thunder. I want to mention too, the service was superb 👌.

I strongly recommend the Hot Honey Fried Chicken. It's only for a limited time so get it while it's available. I know these smart phone cameras make everything look 10xs better but I can actually say the food looks just as good in person as it does in my photo, Enjoy. 🙂

Plenty of parking, reservations recommended. Had a party of 10. Food was delicious and pretty fast to arrive. A few kitchen mistakes but nothing crazy. Adult drinks were great. Waitress did a great job. Good experience.

Love this Burbank location. Whoever was cooking the Friday before Mother's Day 2023.... cooked everything perfectly! So good, I can't wait to go back. 👍👍

Place is great for inexpensive steak, don’t expect a lot from amazing service waiter was too busy, but if you just want to go out and eat then this place is great for a bite.

I had a good experience on my first time eating here. Although it took a little for my order to be taken, everything else was fantastic. From the food to the servers, I found everything very satisfactory. The steaks are among the best I've had. I will definitely be returning.

Had an awesome lunch with exceptional service, incredible food at a great price point and fantastic company all around! Highly recommended for your next celebration where you’ll be sure to make some new friends (or two!) The blooming shrimp was a great compliment to the classic blooming onion, and the surf & turf is a deal that can’t be beat. Wash it down with a cocktail or a mocktail, but if you’re a beer person the blooming ale really makes you feel like you’re down in the outback. What an adventure!

Although they messed up my reservation but they made it up by offering a patio table, it was a little bit cold outside but it's ok. Service was quick and I believe Robert was waiting our table. I was very happy with his service. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He was regularly checking our outdoor area. Our food was delicious. We ordered steaks, grilled shrimp, grilled salmon, fried onions, French onion soup, green salad, chicken tortilla soup. Our overall experience was very good. Despite the valentine day dinner rush, we were very well taken care of. I liked the patio dining area, it will be great in summer.

Service was great That's why I didn't complain I got filet mignon and lobster tail about my lobster tail ,was over cooked and very salty , I think that for the price they should really take their time cooking it , and HV a better presentation with that said the prime rib was delicious 😋, I would I go again ,maybe I would get the prime rib.

We have had the pleasure twice of being served by Keith. He's an outstanding server and even better human being. The only reason the restaurant didn't get five stars was because the men's bathroom was truly disgusting; one of the worst I have ever seen. When this was brought to the attention of the young people in the front they were quite apathetic about my concerns. Bottom line: Enjoy the food and service and just wait until you get home for ...

The server was super cool, laid back and had a "can do!" attitude. The atmosphere was pleasant. My meal wasn't made as requested but was still tasty and all of my supper mates had a great time.
