First off, going here there is a line outside. Don’t be discouraged it goes by fast than there are 2 lines inside on either side. Plenty of people working here to help get you your food. The desserts and food are AMAZING! Everything was great! The price was extremely reasonable too. You can get a plate/sandwich with a dessert for $11-15, you seriously can’t beat that. Always the detail in everything they make is superb, the etiquette is fine and precise. Highly recommend, this authentic place.

September 2023: Stopped by for lunch at this iconic bakery. My family has been coming here ever since they opened. I've only been here twice. I ordered the carrot 🥕 ginger soup, the Cuban platter with chicken, and the Caesar salad. Really enjoyed the soup 🍲. It was served with a slice of toasted baguette 🥖. I would definitely come back again for the soup! The Caesar salad was over dressed for my taste. I'd recommend getting the dressing on the side next time. The Cuban platter was served with black beans, rice and fried plantains. The combination was very tasty 😋. Would order this again. Prices were very cheap for what you get. No wonder there are lines out the door! Service was very friendly. Everyone was helpful and nice. Five ⭐ for this place. Can't wait to come back again for more delicious food.

Line moves really quickly. Massive bakery. Everything is very fresh. This place is always busy. Wait is about 10 minutes long usually. Great place to pick up. Tons of options. Good place to meet someone for a quick breakfast! Easy to park here too. Everything is delicious

Porto's Bakery is always our first stop when we travel from the Northern California Bay Area to Los Angeles! The experience at Porto's is consistently delightful. Everything they offer is not just delicious but bursting with flavor. Personally, I have a soft spot for their cheese rolls – they are heavenly! Recently, we decided to order a birthday cake from Porto's, along with a selection of their pastries. We opted for the Rosa Porto's Pineapple Cuban Cake Round, and it was a fantastic choice. This signature Cuban cake is lightly soaked with simple syrup and a hint of brandy. It's layered with chunky pineapple jam and velvety vanilla custard, finished with a beautifully toasted meringue and sweet dried pineapple. What impressed us the most was how moist and soft the cake was. The sweetness of the pineapple was perfectly balanced, eliminating the need for a cup of coffee to complement the taste. Even with a group of 5 people, we had some left over, and I must say, the portion size and pricing are excellent value for money. Plus, the cake still tasted fantastic even after spending two days in the fridge!

Other than so busy, there's not enough indoor seating. The place is Great the staff is amazing and helpful.. The food is wonderful, and the price points are great. There's a nice election food drink and treats. There is outdoor seating which I will partake in when the weather cools off. It seems like it is twice as big as Burbank where i've been. I say it's an excellent dining expert. For 2 or the whole family. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I'm from out of state and every time I visit I make sure to stop by at Porto's. I've tried a variety of their baked goods and everything is absolutely delicious. My favorite drink is the Iced Dulce Le Leche. It never tastes burnt or sour and has the perfect amount of coffee/milk ratio. Where you can still taste the coffee and it's not overly milky. The atmosphere gives Barnes and Noble but be aware that these locations do get very busy. I've gone as early as 9am and as late as 8pm and both were very busy. The staff does a great job of working together and giving excellent customer service.

I travelled all the way from Australia to check it out as it came highly recommended. Let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint. Food was spot on, it was quick service and delicious. The only problem is, it’s 15 hours from home!
