Something I liked about Starbucks was it's comfortable seating. Now that it is gone since the pandemic, I realize it's not a place where I can seat and enjoy my coffee anymore. It's become a fast food joint with nothing making me want to stay... And I bet a lot of people feel that way, because I don't see that many people in any of the Starbucks I have been to recently, here in Seattle, the very home of this company...

What a difference a Starbucks can make. Had a great experience at this Starbucks. Place was very clean, very busy, yet I received immediate service with a smile. Employees ALL did a great job. Thanks Starbucks employees!!!

An out of the way Starbuck's - drive through was packed, do I parked and went in. First thing I noticed was a little grubby, but the staff was attentive and ready. I ordered an iced coffee slightly sweetened and the barista asked if I wanted it sweetened, I said yes, did I order wrong,? And he said " no I just wanted to make sure" so what's the point of ordering if he's going to ask you again anyway. Nice enough folk, at least they smiled.

This was my first time at this location. As I entered in, I heard like 5 hellos lol and a nice girl approached me with the very sample coffee taster that I have been in search for for a very long time. Usually in Tacoma and they never have it. She offered me the olive oil coffee, I think it's called Oliato or something and it was awesome. She was very friendly.

Drive through was really backed up. So I went into the lobby... there was a 30 min wait to get my order of one drink and pastry. Really need more baristas helping.

I've been a regular customer at Starbucks for years. The service has become inconsistent. Good days and very bad. Cold hot brewed coffee has become normal. Huge turnover with the employees. Something has changed. And not for the better. I hope the people at the management level are not driving the good servers away.

literally THE nicest people working here!! Being from Germany, we’re not used to people at a Starbucks Café being this kind. We came in with our backpacks taking a break from walking and the staff was so nice!! We can totally recommend coming here for a refreshment or a hot beverage if you are looking for a cozy place to sit or work. 😊

I'll give this a negative -0 came here at 7:12pm and they don't even close the lobby until 7:30pm the young girl seen me coming loked the doors quick and laughed... whoever is the management or owner needs to have them follow closing time at the proper timing smfh

Friendly staff. They make good coffee/espresso drinks here too. Starbucks is Starbucks, but sometimes the quality varies from store to store, and the employees here do a great job!

This is usually my go-to Starbucks. Everybody's always amazing! But I went there today and Stephanie is crazy rude! I was so mad. I asked how she was she didn't say anything, I said Thank you when she took the money, she didn't say anything, I said Thank you when she she gave me my drinks- she didn't say anything. She was rude the whole time!

Honestly first time coming here and we'll my wife trying her English that's her second language and we'll this lady didn't help whit her customers service due to putting faces and whit and attitude to tell me code of restroom

For some reason, my orders are frequently wrong. The last time I ordered 3 coffee drinks all the same size. I went through the drive-through and got a tray. When I got to work, one drink was the wrong size. Another time, I ordered hot chocolate and got a coffee.

Ordered ahead to get my drinks on the way home... they weren't ready until 5 minutes after the estimated ready time. Heard one batista asking how to make my drink while I waited... which is the caramel apple spiced. Got home and started drinking it... it's horrible. Tastes like they heated up apple juice and threw it in a cup, getting a hint of coconut with every sip as well. My 12 year old daughter also got the chia creme frappe... it has espresso in it. She doesn't like it but is forcing herself to drink it because she doesn't want to go all the way back to Starbucks to get our drinks fixed since we just got home after being gone all morning. Not the first time they messed up our drinks.

I frequent this place to get a drink and do some work. But today I saw one of the baristas making my Cappuccino touching her nose multiple times while making my drink. It looks like a habit and she doesn't seem to be aware of it. I threw away my drink 😒 This was on 9/26/2023 at 5:00 PM.

Really liked 👍 this particular COFFEE HOUSE. BIG TABLES TO WORK ON MY LAPTOP. WAS ABLE TO DOSOME ELECTRONIC REPAIR WORK WHILE HAVING MORNING COFFEE & SMALL BREAKFAST. WILL RETURN TO THIS PLACE.
