My husband and I went in for a cut. He brought in a previous photo of himself to show what he wanted, I had a simple photo of layers. He asked that none be taken from the top. You can guess that they took from the top. It was much shorter than he wanted. Mine turned out okay as I was really only there to get the ends fixed up as they were split and dry. The woman couldn't stop commenting on how bad my hair was. Not even in a respectable way. She also was aggressively combing my hair so hard it nearly ripped out my ear piercings. 3 times. Even after I told her about them. She had an aura that screamed attitude and was just rude and didn't even seen to know what she was doing. Makes me wonder if they just hire "stylists" off the streets with no prior experience or training. You'd be better off spending a bit more someplace else or you risk them butchering your hair and having to fix it.

EDIT: I'm changing my 5 star review to 1 star and I'LL NEVER GO BACK. Both Lee and Danielle are never there now. I got a woman who only whispered her name and acted like she didn't speak English. I wanted an A-line cut, I explicitly told her I'd grown out the front so there'd be plenty to work with and my hair went well past my chin. It's the WORST cut I've ever had!! The back is completely uneven and left long, she refused to layer it or make it short. The side which should angle from behind the ear down to the chin is almost straight from the back forward except for one piece that just sticks out long. When she was done cutting. SHE LEFT MY HAIR WET, REFUSED TO DRY IT OR STYLE IT AND TOLD ME I WAS DONE BECAUSE SHE WANTED TO GET THE NEXT CUSTOMER before the other stylist had a chance to!! THE NEXT CUSTOMER EVEN TOLD HER IT WAS WRONG. I was forced to stand there and try to use her hair dryer and comb to dry my own hair. And she rushed me to finish. Nice ladies but the talent is not there. Took 45 minutes to give me a basic blended fade that I had to touch up for 2 days because it was un even and she went to town with the texture... long hairs sticking out past short hairs and the fade just isn't blended evenly. Not worth $25.

I was in desperate need of getting my hair done. During the week I had looked up salons in the area and gotten quotes to get my haircut and colored. The other salons wanted almost $300! And no available appointments for the upcoming weekend. So I had the idea to check out Supercuts... No wait! I called, they said to come right on in. So I did. And they did an incredible job. Good conversation, kind and friendly hairdresser. She fixed my hair completely. I went from very long but dry and damaged bleached hair to shorter natural brown hair! Quite the transformation. My hair is really healthy, looks and feels great. Instead of $300 I paid half that plus she recommended some great products. 👍 I will be going back

Danielle is the best! She remembered my cut preference from months before my most recent visit and listens to requests for adjustments.

Always kind and friendly service would give 5 Stars for that alone, but the did not have any books out for girl cuts and that is what I was there for.

Danielle Manager or supervisor whoever she is spoke for all the hair stylist, was refused service due to my 3 year old !!!not having a shirt on if you tell me I think she was being bias, completely unacceptable is this who you are Supercutz . Hispanic family

Experience depends on the hairdresser. Most are good, others not so much.
