    Spent 23 min in drive through then was told to wait out front. The caramel frappe came with the caramel and whip cream smashed against the lid. Made a mess in my car and they did not even give me a single napkin. I did complete the survey on the receipt, but like others I doubt it’ll matter. I wont be back until I see in the reviews they got there stuff together. Very disappointing.

    This location is probably the worst. Not because of the area, it's quite nice. It's the lack of any kind of service. Drive through mostly works fine, sometimes you even get what you ordered. Inside is the main problem. You cannot talk to people anymore, you have to order through a kiosk, which is incredibly slow and tedious. Nobody to ask questions if you are not sure. No access to bathrooms. No dine in. This location shows you in a very rude way what life is like with no human interaction, you are on your own, do all the work and pay for it too. And pee in a bottle, if you wouldn't mind.

    The cashier was super friendly! Biggest smile. Loved it. BUT why does McDonald's ALWAYS mess up your order? I clearly stated what the order was to be and got exactly what I DIDN'T want. As my receipt shows, NO PICKLES. Tell me why there are pickles? I clearly said NO cheese. Definitely see cheese. This is why I'd rarely go there. Never fails.

    Stephen and I ordered Deluxe Chicken Sandwiches (one spicy) and large fries. These were okay, but nothing special. Yes it's made with a "deluxe bun" and fried chicken patties seemed a little larger, but whether or not that justifies the price difference is to be debated since these two "upgrades" did not increase the overall taste. Also, the spicy flavor did not come out in the breading rather the spice was in the mayo. Let's talk mayo...it was over used. It was literally dripping out of the sandwich! Luckily I wasn't driving as it would have caused a big mess and a dangerous situation. BTW: If you are not a tomato fan like my husband, then ask them to leave off. The fries were good I just wished they were hot instead of warm when served.

    They suck! Spent 20/30 minst to get my order then they Gave me half of my order. I tried to go to the door/ window and they said I need to make the line. Other 30 fckn minutes for them to fix their mistake. Drive the extra mile and don't deal with idiots. Do your job better. Probably they give the orders wrong on purpose so people paid and they take it home or eat it. People check your bags before leaving. A$$h●LS

    This is the creepiest McDonald's I've seen as of late... September 2022: There is no indoor seating, blockaded with strange cargo netting on all sides. No restrooms. The narrow pathway to the counter is covered with a plethora of signs banning maskless entry to place or pickup orders. The service was slow and my milkshake was poorly blended, with half of it tasting like strawberry and the rest vanilla without strawberry syrup mixed into it.

    I went to drive thru about two months ago and am writing now because I am not one to argue nor get others in trouble. I ordered a meal and then tried to order one cinnamon roll. The manager himself was on that earphone headphone taking orders and told me they don't have no cinnamon rolls. Another words he was too lazy to make them. I have gone to other Mcdonald restaurants and cinnamon rolls are on the all day menu so I knew he was lying. When I was paying at window he was rushing walking behind the cashier guy. People who have jobs should be grateful to have a job. He should give customer service which is a requirement on job description. I will not be returning to that site and even though it is private owned franchise customer service is still part of job requirement. Rude people I would give zero star.

    Great ordering experience, received food quickly, and it was hot and delicious. I had 2 filet-o-fish that really hit the spot! I generally only leave reviews for places I truly enjoy, and for my experience, I enjoyed this McDonald’s location and have added it to my “trusted” list of places to take my family for a very quick bite to eat.

    Customer service sometimes is good, depends on the person taking the order. Very poor customer service and listening skills. All mcdonalds are like this. They worry about how fast they have to be compare to other mcdonald store but lack the most important thing. Even sometimes mess up the order, either missing something or put the wrong food in bag.

    I went through the driveway past midnight and the women on the speaker rudely said "HELLO??" so that was a weird way to be greeted. Then when I tried to order she said "CASH ONLY!" That didn't work for me because I only had my card, and this had never happened before. Either McDonald's in Burien is some kind of front or the 2 rude girls working there late at night were just planning to pocket the money. Won't be returning!

    We stopped by with our toddler for some drive through. Fairly rough service (the person taking our order let us know they hadn’t been listening). At the window we were told to wait in the parking lot, which we did for 20 minutes before our order was delivered. Generally not a great experience.

    First time since Covid. Lobby is open for kiosk ordering and dining in. NO self serve ANYTHING, including napkins or straws! A good grasp of the Spanish language is HIGHLY recommended.

    Order had been placed 20 minutes prior lady said she didn’t have it. Showed people at second window they got lady from first window to come over and yell at me telling me to leave when I’m showing them the app. Lady at first window needs to lose her job and go work cleaning toilets or something. Now I have to get a refund tomorrow when I can contact Postmates.. i would have been cool with waiting outside but nope. I guess the only option was to tell someone who already payed to leave without their order when they where not being rude at all because of problems on their end.

    Everytime I come here I regret it. You would be better off going further to another McDonald's. They are incredibly slow. Several times, I've ordered, and they put me and others in the waiting area, while 20 other people get served before us. This is only consistent with this location. I am sick of it and it's clearly something the manager is failing on, or doing on purpose to increase their profits so they can get a raise. They don't care about the customers here. Save yourself some time and just go to the one on 99. It's a 5 minute drive from that store, but you will probably save 20 minutes in wait time.

    I had the McChicken sandwich and it was so spicy I couldn't eat the whole sandwich. This is what I usually get and never had one this spicy. Won't be getting it again. My tongue still is burning from it.

    Hit the spot after a long day hiking. The line was fast and the food was warm. Everything you can ask for in a drive thru. They did forget my bbq though. And they close early.

    Tough when you have people making 15-18/Hr and still screw up your order. At that price, not something I am willing to look past. You get paid a very good wage to do a simple job, to screw it up is embarrassing.

    This McDonald’s has good food quality unlike most McDonald’s But they keep the soda machine behind the counter! No napkins or ketchup in lobby like all the other McDonald’s. The staff on a friendly scale of 1 to 5 stars they are like a 2. They will also try and get you to not use the lobby!

    Food has been awful here for months now. Rotten lettuce, cold food, obviously food that has sat too long. No indoor seating at this location still since covid shutdowns. Choose Wendy's instead.

    We ordered sausage egg and cheese McGriddles and it was nasty! The egg was so hard and was a stale color yellow. It was dry and just gross. I tried to call to talk to a manager and they answer and hang up the phone ??? I tried calling again and then no answer. So unprofessional. If it wasn’t all the way across town I would have just went back but I have a toddler so it’s difficult. I had to cook my daughter a different egg. I want my money back.

    The drive-thru employees was kinda rude , I asked for cream & sugar for my coffee (5 creams & 15vsugars to be exact) She gave me 4 cream & 3 sugar I didn't appreciate that

    It's McDonald's, what more can you say about the food. Everything was done properly and my order was fulfilled completely, but the service was bad and the people at the ordering station and the pay window were really immature and bad. What has happened to customer service in these times?

    I want to say that it was a good experience here but it wasn't . Upon picking up my order I noticed an employee which I'm sure was a manager because he was dressed casual had like a blue vest on but anyways I noticed as he was quick to fufill orders he was picking up the fries in the bag with no gloves and that is disgusting. After I called him out on it he had told me that they don't use gloves but that's funny because a lady there that was an actual employee was using gloves so help me understand McDonald's? This is not ok . It's nasty and not clean huge violation touching fries with your bare hands and this is your manager? 😂 Maybe that employee that was using gloves should be the manager . I'm hoping that's not the manager that told me that because if he's doing that he can do it with the food as well 🤮🤢 and worst leading the team . I hope corporate sees this review too

    Ordered on the app to pick up around 6am and they claimed they didn't get it which was fine but there was no solution offered to try and fix everything since I saw that I had already been chargers. The worker didn't do anything so she called the manager who literally had an "it is what it is" mentality to the fact that they didn't get my order even though I had as receipt on top of being a bit snarky. I understand that things happen and mess up but it was as though they didn't even want to help solve the issue or even sell me food in any capacity. I had a hard time getting the refund too. Truly terrible service and I would honestly give zero stars if I could.

    Went through drive-through had toy and fries in kids meal. No main protein added. Call to check on gift cards after morning rush was left on hold for over five minutes hearing basic conversation in the background the whole time no one ever returned to the phone but they just hung it up after six minutes of holding. Would not recommend going to this McDonald’s

    And pleas fix your pathetically speakers hundreds of thousands of dollars and can't fix a speakers that u said 9 on cream and 9 on sugar and they give u 5 and 5 Well updates place good and food ok for a owner that likes to abuse of mexican people and telling the mexican people to do things that he didn't said to American people like someone that did work for him 🤔 And the pictures are frome the first time I did a review but still will update on new pictures New updated 09/13/22 I ask for the most simple thing in life a coffee whit 9 cream and 9 sugars but simple as he'll and no sugar on coffee what a pathetically training they got to make a simple coffee

    Can't seem to get a simple order correct. Order a mcdouble, fries, and a 4 piece nugget. Got the burger and fries and the sauce for the nuggets, but they forgot the nuggets, really. You would think the sauce is a good clue, there should be nuggets.

    I ordered a happy cheeseburger meal with no onions for grandson and he was upset to see no cheeseburger after opening it and home and I ordered a large fries and got a small fries and the young guy said they changed their sizes not true . I m needing a complementary free meal in return.

    Definitely need someone with better memory to work here, clearly seems as I’m in the area as a loyal customer about half the times usually something may have been forgotten, just got my Uber eats today from mcdelivery and McDonald’s has forgotten my straw for my orange juice and my large fries with my large Big Mac meal, I am very disappointed as if they don’t realize if this situation was in there shoes, would like to start having my complete meals without having to worry or double check all the time which I always will do anyways! Get better at ya job ha! Good luck In life!
