Absolutely Amazing! My husband pre ordered the Praline Dream cake for my birthday. We both went to pick it up and the cafe is well organized and the line moves quickly. Everything looked mouth watering. The Praline Dream cake was hands down one of the best cakes I’ve ever had, those chocolate curls. It’s definitely a splurge but trust me it’s worth it.

A very good bakery. Located in the Burein business district, it is one shiney little diamond. True French pastries line the shelves of the glass cases as you enter. So so many delights to choose from makes it hard to chose. Pies, cakes, cookies, candies and a good cup of chai under one roof. They focus more on pallet pleasing than defaulting to sugar. Hence, all these goodies are lower in sugar and higher in flavor. If you love yourself then you’ll stop by and sample the best at least once.

I woke up early in the morning and wanted to eat a Nouveau croissant. I usually go to Nouveau in W Seattle, but this morning I came to Nouveau in Burien. Today was Saturday morning at 7:45, but there were four people in line in front of me. I love butter croissant, French classic, light, flaky with a wonderful buttery flavor. Chocolate Croissant A chocolate lovers dream. And I chosen twice almond croissant today. Twice Baked. I think Nouveau croissants are the best and high-end in WA. Also I tried Apple Strudel and Lorraine Quiche. Both of still warm. *Apple Strudel: It was full of cinnamon scent and packed with apples and raisins. *Lorraine quiche is creamy texture and delicious. It's a good idea to have this kind of breakfast for yourself on weekends! *Closed on Monday and Tuesday *7am ~ 5pm Open Wed ~ Sun Handicap parking is available front of the store and additional parking lot on right-side the store *Mask is required again

This bakery is amazing! I can see why it has won all the awards it has. I bought quite a few items, and I would recommend all of them. I got a macaron, croissant, kouign amann, and a strawberry rhubarb tartlet. It is definitely pricey, but the quality of the items offered is so high I think it is worth it. I have included some photos of the bakery’s interior/exterior as well as their products offered. I’m looking forward to the next time I’m in Burien!

The iced latte is delicious. Specifically the lavender flavour. Loved the almond croissant 🥐 and sandwiches. I do recommend to try macaroons. They are delicious 🤤

Beautiful little bakery with tons of choices there. I went in not knowing what to expect, but looking for a cinnamon roll. They had so many choices I left without the cinnamon roll. Lol! The staff were very kind and let me have my time looking and selecting as well!

This place was such a gem. We found this place near the airport and enjoyed a delicious brunch and coffee before picking up arriving family. The selection is extensive and everything we ordered was delicious. We would recommend this place to anyone in the area and would certainly go back!

Impeccable bakery with tasty sweet AND savory options. Best ham and cheese croissant of my life and the most amazing German chocolate cake. The macarons were mind-blowing and we left excited to come back soon - this place is a MUST visit in the West Seattle / Burien area. 10/10 for a beautiful little bakery with quality ingredients, amazing service, and a product that's worthy of over 25 locals standing outside in the rain for 20+ minutes for on a Saturday morning (yeah, it's that good.)

This bakery is such a gem! I walked in having never heard of it and was blown away. The bread, cakes, pastries and sandwiches were all works of art. I had the bagel sandwich and it was delicious. Crisp cheese edges, perfectly cooked egg plus a tasty sauce. And then to find they serve both Lighthouse and Bluebeard coffee and you can choose your espresso roast?! Top notch 💫☕️ And then the amazing jams and gifting ready sweets - just wow. I’m going home with a jar of Apricot Gewürztraminer jam. Definitely a new favorite spot.

I love the mural on the side. It's really pretty. The interior is beautiful. The pastries and cakes all look so good. I ordered a cinnamon roll and a BLT with brie, and they were both really good. The icing on the cinnamon roll has a citrus taste, which I liked. The BLT with brie was delicious. The bread was crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. I liked their food and will definitely come back to try some more of their pastries!

This place is heavenly!! So I'm not just saying this, I tried the twice baked almond and chocolate croissant. Simply divine with a beautiful cup of coffee! Like you have to try this..lol I was also hungry because it was close to lunch time so I bought the Ratatouille sandwich as well, I recommend having this warmed and it was greatly satisfying. I have never had a sandwich as tantalizing is this! Please do try this place! I will warn you that the lines can be long, the staff are really quick though!! Kudos! Enjoy!

Very diverse selection of baked goods and everything I've had has been so great. Preorder experience has been really easy. Not the best for hanging with a laptop because there's not too much space for it and it's been busy every time I've been there, but great bakery and wonderful service.

Amazingly delicious baked goods. Highly recommend their sandwiches, especially the croissant sandwiches. The croissants are soft and buttery flaky, nice fresh ingredients. Breakfast pastries are also amazing. Seriously, you need to check them out, we go on every Seattle trip.

Good selection of pastries and wide variety of sandwiches. The brisket potato egg pastry is a top notch item, and the sausage and cheese biscuit had delicious herbs baked in. Had a drip coffee—just right on flavor. clean store, kind staff, parking on site!

Excellent pastries. Macarons are light and flavorful. Great selection and they even have fancy chocolates. Every piece is a work of art. If you come in Saturday mornings be prepared for a wait.

This is a great place! This was our first time here and it did not disappoint! We ordered a few different things, and ate them over a few days. They tasted great even a day later! The chocolate croissant was crispy and the chocolate had a hint of fruitiness. My husband said the pimento breakfast sandwich was good and flavorful all the way to the end! I was a huge fan of the sable cookies and can’t wait to check out the bread next time! Highly recommend if you are in the Burien area!

I've loved everything I've ever had here. Cake, macarons, quiche, all sorts of breads, etc., it's all incredible. I have always been impressed with the variety of food and drink choices, the flavor options, and the quality of whatever I order. I LOVE that they asked if I wanted dark or medium roast for my latte (I'm a dark roast kinda girl). The atmosphere is lovely. I know I was just there but I can't wait to go again.

I absolutely adore this bakery. The food is always delicious, fresh, and unique. I highly recommend the BLT with Brie and any pastry. The service is always top notch and despite how busy they always are when I go in the employees are always friendly, polite, and patient. They will answer any question you have abs I’ve never felt rushed. Love to come here on the weekends for tea and a pastry to go or to sit and enjoy a sandwich. Definitely a hidden gem in not only Burien but Seattle as a whole

One of my favorite bakeries! Their croissants are amazing and it's nice to have a high quality bakery nearby. I just wish there was another location further south near Tacoma! We need more delicious places like that here!

I love this place. I always have a big order when I go in, usually for holidays and special occasions. The staff is consistently pleasant, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They serve you quickly but you never feel rushed. The breakfast pastries are amazing. The cakes are beautiful and equally delicious. As far as I’m concerned, they have the best quiche around! I highly recommend them for any occasion or no occasion at all. Every experience is memorable.

My favorite bakery in Seattle... And my go-to in the South Sound. I drive from Tacoma to pick up treats at Bakery Nouveau in Burien. They have everything - cakes, breads, pastries, quick breads, cookies, sandwiches, quiche and great coffee. No table service, limited seating. A small parking lot... It's not hard to park though unlike the Capitol Hill location. All the staff is excellent - they started to recognize me after only a couple visits. They have a thorough knowledge of their products, give great recommendations, and are very kind. Highly recommend.

Pretty packed place during weekend mornings! Good private parking. The twice baked almond croissant is huge and undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had!

Twice baked Chocolate croissant is absolutely the best croissant that I have ever tasted. Light, flaky, not too sweet, sprinkled with confectionery sugar. Worth the trip!!

When I stopped by on a Sunday around noon, I was a bit disappointed to find that that they have already run out of butter croissants, which is what I really wanted from Bakery Nouveau. Well, so I picked up a chocolate cake instead. It was pretty good though. Nice location, neat store, and big parking lot at the side.

Excellent desserts! I ordered cake slices for my small Wedding per the suggestion of one of my clients, who ordered a bunch of cakes for his Wedding. Everyone loved that they were able to choose what they wanted! I'm already planning a revisit!
