We were looking for a good tapas place and found Bar5. We all loved it here. Best tapas we had in Valencia. Lovely service and just a great vibe. I highly recommend this place. :)

We went here twice whilst visiting Valencia and loved it, the staff were very friendly provided excellent service. The food and wine were also delicious, in particular the valencia tomato salad. We would highly recommend.

Authentic valencian feeling! The tomato salad was great. Fully recommended! Only negative point was the speed of service. But it was worth the wait.

Great tapas bar with the truest Spanish vibe. The food and drinks are excellent and the service friendly. Come as soon as it opens because you may not find a free seat later.

Seems like another tapas place but the food is definitely a cut above. The patates bravas and the sardines were definitely favourites for our group. Prices remain reasonable with good choices for beer and wine.

Great place! Very pleasant atmosphere, interesting decor and friendly service. For us it was a stop for drinks while sightseeing but we will definitely be back to test the delicious looking menu. I recommend highly!

OK< right off the bat we REALLY like places where you can take dogs. The owner has his there sleeping in the corner and most of the other people (even inside) had dogs sleeping quietly under the tables. Loved to tapas, including the Papas Bravas and the Jamon y Queso and the Baba Ganoush. So good. Very lively on a Friday night so super fun.

Love the bar5 potatoes. We also took the ham platter which was yum. Service was pleasant and smooth. Love the local beer 🍺

Our favourite spot to have a wine. Great selection, and the owners are lovely people. We haven't tried the tapas, but they look and smell amazing!

A different type of papas bravas. They were good and well spiced. The waiter was very nice and kind. First time in my life i saw in the menu 3 options for dogs. They are family members too. 😊😋

Very pleasant surprise when we stopped simply for a beer but ended up staying for dinner. Great location, quality food and so, so friendly staff.

gin and tonic, tinto de Verano, tasty tapas of different kinds for a great price and a of course a pleasant local vibe.

This tapasbar pleasantly surprised us. Felt like it is family owned. One man worked really hard and he delivered!!! Guacamole was super tasty, tinto de verano and olives tasted amazing (especially when it is the first one of your holiday). Go here for some drinks and tapas and enjoy!

Nice local spot in a less noisier part of the neighbourhood of Ruzafa. Good selection of drinks and food. Everything you would typically find at a bar like this. Staff are friendly and overall a good vibe. Place is also dog friendly. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and want to try a bar that’s away from the usual crowds, come here.

Amazing food!! The reviews already here DO NOT do it justice! After 4 days in Valencia and trying best restaurants recommended on TripAdvisor, this was our favourite meal! Every dish was full of flavour, unpretentious and the wine, equally good. Would recommend this to any food lover and if they still have the Beef cheek on the menu when you visit, it's a must! Baby squid on bed of onions was great as well. Friendly service

Frienly and charm

Cool and chill place, everyone was a local, the tapas were good and the draft beer is alhambra which is pretty good.
