I was here about a week ago I felt some discomfort and then couple hours latter I felt a bump on the line of my haircut in the back. I got a pretty bad cut literally.

Kasie has been cutting my hair for a while now. She does excellent work every time. She is friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend her to cut your hair.

First time at a Knockouts. Awesome experience. Chasity was very friendly and they even offered free complimentary beer. Will definitely stop again if ever in town

Great, Easily the best haircut experience I have had, I've seen it around but never tried it, and I am glad I did, so much better than my old salons and not for much more. And Lili was great, exactly what I asked for and was so kind the whole time. Great place.

I was a routine customer here for the past two years. I made an appointment and was unable to go/cancel due to breathing issues caused by a throat infection. They ask for your credit card info and charge a no show fee at the cost of whatever haircut you wanted to get. I was told I lost that money and had to pay for an additional haircut. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just to get the haircut I paid for. If it is more important to keep an easy $35 than provide professional service and keep a customer then this was your choice. In the end I paid $35 to realize how unprofessional this place is.

Terrible service. Drive through service was soft spoken through the intercom and when asked to repeat because I couldn’t hear, I got instant attitude with short snarky comments. Didn’t make any eye context at the window, didn’t know my order and forgot to give me items until I asked. I only got one wrap and one smoothie. It wasn’t busy at all so how could you forget what I ordered? I don’t understand why you hire people with terrible people skills. I doubt I’ll be going back to this location.

Hailee is fantastic! Previously, we’ve had some disappointing experiences here, but Hailee has more than made up for that. I have two boys: 11 and 9. The 11 yr old is very particular about his hair, and is rarely pleased with the outcome. I have to find common ground between the son wanting his hair long and Dad wanting to keep it short. Hailee listened to my ramblings and completely understood where the compromise needed to be. Both boys’ hair cuts came out perfect, and my 11yr old said this was his favorite hair cut to have ever gotten. This is a HUGE deal. We will definitely be back to see Hailee.
