I have lived here for about 5 years and have never had any issues. Maintenance has ALWAYS been quick to fix any problems I had, says hi whenever they see me and is always super helpful. The front office has solved any rent issues I have had and worked with me.

I just moved in and aside from the pool being down due to mistreatment by other ppl living here, I am happy with my choice of the Fountains of Burleson. Office Staff and maintenance are friendly and go above and beyond consistently. The employees you have here really do care and you can tell!

Place is in bad shape and they overcharge for rent. Pool is hardly open because manager chooses to close the pool for "bad behavior". Doesnt feel safe dont recommend.
