Great Expressions Dental Center has been nothing but great experiences for me! All of the staff has a gentle, caring approach. They listen to the patient. They treat you as an individual. In my experience, they are equally knowledgeable and have a proper bedside manner. It's especially impressive that they come across this way during COVID. I also appreciate how they run estimates through your insurance and consult you before performing services. They are true professionals from entrance to exit! Very thorough, gentle, knowledgeable staff!

I don't recommend anyone choose this dentist office. I went here because the Mansfield location closed and I've been nothing but disappointed with my visits here. There's a lot of unprofessionalism with the front desk staff. 1. They changed the time on both of my appointments without asking me. This was only a few days before each appointment, I had already confirmed the appointment and I get a text saying my appointment is at a different time. The first time, the manager tried to blame me by saying that I hadn't confirmed the appointment, but the text message history says otherwise. They changed the time on me two days after I confirmed my appointment. 2. The front desk was told to book me a consultation with a doctor they partner with for wisdom teeth removal and for some fillings as well. I was explicitly told that they would be on the same day, at the same appointment. She told me that we would start with the consultation, then after that I would get the work on my teeth done. Neither of that happened when I showed up. The office manager had left me a voicemail with an estimate to have my teeth taken out. Which meant I was given no opportunity to talk to the doctor to ask questions. I would simply have to book the surgery only knowing the estimate and nothing else about how it would go. They quoted me $3k, without sedation that I would have to ask for when booking the surgery, and it looks like they didn't even attempt to use my insurance on file as there was nothing that would be billed to insurance. I was informed when I checked in that no, I didn't have an appointment to get my cavities filled. And that there was no doctor in the office on Fridays. Why was I told otherwise then? I drove 30 minutes one way for no good reason. I cancelled my appointments with them and will be finding a different dentist and encourage anyone thinking about going here to think again.

Dr. Kaur and her staff are the best! She explains, in detail, what to expect, how she will go about it, answers all questions, walks you through everything when doing any procedure and does it with great compassion and understanding! Her staff is top notch too! I love Jonelle at the front desk! She takes such good care of me and all the insurance stuff. She takes the time to work with them and makes sure they are giving me everything I’m entitled to! I’m 66 years old and have been afraid of the dentist my whole life! With their warmness and compassion, I’m much more at ease!

I highly recommend this dental office. EVERYONE here is professional and SUPER kind! When I walked in the office it smelled amazing, it was so fresh and inviting! The staff here were welcoming and accommodating. It also had great energy. Book now!

This is the best place in town!!! They welcome you with open arms!! They make you feel like a part of the family! My daughters and I have been coming to them for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else with our dental concerns. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great experience with the hygienist, Taylor. My first time with her. She was very good at explaining step by step what was happening during my deep cleaning. She was gentle and informative.

Taylor is a fantastic hygienist! Makes me feel very comfortable getting my teeth cleaned. I struggle with anxiety, however all the staff help make you feel welcomed and at ease.

Very disappointed with this place! My son started the Invisalign treatment in 2019 with a doctor that wasn't there on his second appointment. Different staff almost every single appointment. Dr. Abdul Fatah Hanoun was the Dr. who continue the treatment and after some time, he expressed to my son and I that he wasn't satisfied with my son's overbite. He asked if we wanted to continue trying to corrected. Since I paid the full contract before we got to this point. I asked if that was going to cost me more money and his response was no. Well, he didn't stand for his word... Many times I had to call to follow up on appointments or aligners. During today's visit, I was not surprised to walk into their office and once again see different staff faces. I was told I needed to start a new contract and basically pay them more money. I asked to speak with Dr. Hanoun but I was given no opportunity to talk to him and told she was asked to pass this information as well as asking me to pay another $499 for a retainer that it's supposed to be included with my first contract. I decided not to go back to this place.
