Every time I need to get labs done, I run into a ridiculous wait time and need to reschedule because this office does not send the lab orders over. This is extremely inconvenient as no one has time to waste waiting around on irresponsible office staff who have no regard to the patient. Quest also has a hard time getting through as this office does not list a direct office number, they have to call the number which is a call service and get transferred over then have to wait for a call back. This is no way to run a successful business nor a thriving health care environment. The doctors will definitely lose patients due to their negligent office staff.

I love my care team! Each Dr seen has proven to be professional and caring for me personally. I have referred many friends and they have made simular remarks. My only concern is when calling the office the personnel that you speak with is difficult to understand and he doesn't comprehend you either which makes communication a challenge. Beyond that this has been the best care team I have had in the Johnson county area.

Dr. Omesh Singh is an INCREDIBLE physician. He was my elderly father's doctor after a triple heart bypass. His attention to detail, compassion and knowledge is so IMPRESSIVE! As a result, I switched from my long-held, well-respected doctor because I knew I had found a SUPERIOR physician. I am thrilled that Dr. Singh took extended time to LISTEN, then ASKED relevant questions and DISCUSSED the path that created my health problems. He CREATED an immediate, precise, comprehensive, multi-level plan of action for remediation. Dr. Singh then REVIEWED the plan with supporting medical data so i understood and had a comfort level. He said people that are HIS patients are treated like family. It moved me to tears because FINALLY, after years of searching for an answer, I FELT HOPE! I am now making important strides in reclaiming my 'real self' and am so GRATEFUL for his guidance and dedication to restoring my health. I wish Dr. Singh a long life because I want him in my corner for the remainder of mine.

Dr, Singh and his staff truly care about their patients. I suffer from diabetes and Dr. Singh never rushes answering and explaining my questions. He has a great bedside manner, providing all the time required until I understand the medication and treatment plans. Great Doctor with a great staff.

Dr Singh is an incredible physician! He’s extremely knowledgeable and has been wonderful for my father, who is a stroke survivor! He’s very caring and always listens to any questions or concerns! I’d recommend Dr Singh to anyone!

My son has his first appt. There this week. We were very pleased with our visit. We saw the NP, Tiffany, she was awesome. Everyone we had contact with was great.

Friendly staff, when they answer the phone. If you need to be checked, dont book on a busy day. If your appt is 10am expect to be in a room about 10:30 then the doctor should be in about 10:45 to be seen.
