I'm very disappointed in this location I had one of your clerks tell me tonight because he was cleaning the store was closed being that your website does confirm that y'all are open 24 hours you need to make sure that you have employees that's willing to work their whole schedule

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I went in there yesterday after I got off work to get a drink and cigs and Jackie cashed me out. She was very rude threw my stuff in the counter and slapped my money into my hand. I told her have a good day and she goes yep. She had very horrible customer service.

This is always a stop for me on the road,no matter where i am. Texas,Louisiana, Mississippi,Alabama,Tennessee,Florida. Clean Store & Restrooms,reasonable gas prices coffee & drinks,in store prices are usually better here then other stations. But i wish they had the Frozen Cappuccino at all Race Trac Stores,in the heat of summer when you want coffee but it's too hot to drink,the Frozen Cappuccino is my choice.

Stopped in for a drink early morning. Another man ask the price of something and the employee ask if he could read did not think that was professional. Store was clean. The freezer looked like it needed fixed everything was iced over.

Friendly and helpful staff are always greeting me with a smile and cheerful attitude in the mornings when I fuel up and get a coffee. Their coffee is always fresh and hot.

I just stopped in to grab me a Krispy Kreme donut, well so I thought 🤔 . As I opened up the door to the donuts I saw knats flying in there and on the dang donuts 😕. I threw away the bag I was going to put them in and want to look at drinks and then decided I'm not getting anything I let the two girls know that I wasn't getting anything and that there was nats all up in there and they chuckled and said " huh it's like that everyday"🤢 wow I am grossed out

Other than putting the wrong pricing on the fuel pump and they won't honor the price on the pump dirty and nasty trash cans are always full trash all over the place and what's this thing see you later freaking mean how much rather go to Walmart or racetrack

Great to have diesel pumps all over the place. Would be a 5 if the diesel price was the same as on the board as listed. Board advertised a cheaper price than what the diesel pump charged. Wasnt worth arguing about due to time!

Ran in, picked up a roll of Grizzly Dark Mint at a good price, $29 and some change. Friendly cashier. Recommend.

Taste your drink before you fill it up, they are broken a lot. I bought yellow water instead of lemonade (kids where devastated). Prices are not bad if you get the price posted on big signs, I get over charged every time I go in there for the same item. I have called and e-mail the store and it never gets fixed, and no response from them. I have to bring it to the attention of the cashier. Every time someone else has to come fix it. Fix the price or take down the signs.

I came through early this morning to purchase Monsters for the co-workers…not only was a I greeted with a smile so early in the morning but I appreciated that your staff member took the care to double bag the purchase as it was quite heavy and could have easily busted through a bag.. it seems simple but the little things truly matter. Continue the great customer service.

Well, two times this week the store has either been closed or their credit card processor was down... different pumps don’t except fleet cards? And they were closed at 5am on Wednesday morning 12-11-19?? Sad to say I have 3,000 some odd racetrac reward points and I’m considering going else where...

So I'm in Burleson to drop off some parts and decided to stop at a ractrac while I was grabbing my items and went to the register to check out and the employee rang it up and stared at me( didn't even say how are you?).after about 6 seconds I look and said is that my total? She didn't say anything and gave her a $5 bill and then she gave me my change (didn't even tell me how much my change was). I wasn't offered a receipt I wasn't offered a bag nothing.. and the sad thing is it was the GM.. I was very offended.. it was the vibe she gave me.. that's pretty disappointing.. no wonder quiktrip is better.. and just to add I'm calling corporate on this.

Good service not badly priced for a convenience store. Friendly employees. And whoever owns the company has a sense of, just read what's written on your sack. Gave me a little chuckle on a bad day.

I am very touched by the kindness of the people inside here. A few times a week I would come by and get a soda and when I go to the counter and they see that that's all that I have they will say that's okay. It proves that there is goodness everywhere. I am 66 years old so maybe that is why but whatever the reason I am very thankful for you all.
