How is this place still in business!!!!!! I went to this location and there was only one customer in front of me.... why did it take 45 minutes for me to get help? Do you just not care???? As a business owner this is embarrassing..... you have 2 jobs donuts and ice cream yall barely had either!!! Donuts taste old and stale not to mention only had about 6-8 choices of donuts......... now 31 flavors needs to change their name to about 10 flavors and the flavors that Noone likes.... they didn't even have vanilla 🤦🏼‍♀️ don't waist your money or time!!! floors were extremely sticky.... lord knows what else they slack on when it comes to cleanliness..... WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!!!

Worst service ! Ordered a donut and capi blast mocha with coffee ice cream wit a Boston cream donut and egg and cheese on croissant and order of hash brown. The person taking order isn’t even listening to what I’m saying and putting her own things in the computer . My egg cheese sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted! They gave me my blast which was watery wasn’t even the right ice cream or flavor they said they don’t have coffee ice cream and they forgot what donut I wanted and gave me burned and cold hash browns! By the looks of the comments the owner clearly doesn’t care about the place or the staff either ! Iv worked for Dunkin and baskin so I know you don’t run out of things every day! And what there doing here is all the owners faults , and everything taste horrible! Never going again !

When we walked in at 1:10 pm on 2/20/2021, one employee was sitting in the dining area on her cell phone. She ignored us. After a couple minutes another employee came from the back and asked our order. The first employee then told her she would get it. It took her a couple minutes still to come take our order. The first ice cream was a single dip hot fudge sundae in which she made without hot fudge, I got a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream. The second ice cream was the Reese’s layered sundae from the menu. The girl looked at the board and said what, I can’t make that. We also had to ask for spoons for ice cream! The cinnamon roll was very dry.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUISSNESS. I placed a cake order Friday night to pick up Sunday at 3 pm. Turns out they didn't have my order. Even after confirming that it was sent to the right location with an email confirmation they didn't "have it". Thoughout the whole conversation, the girl on the phone made it seem like I was in the wrong with an attitude. I asked for a refund but claimed she couldn't do it so I had to call back the next day for a manager. How ridiculous! Luckily Marble Slab had a cake available and we got it there instead. Baskin Robin, you ruined my son's birthday party!!!! Thank you Marble Slab! Again, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!!!!!

Ordered a milkshake and they were out of the flavor I wanted. The product I received was basically water milk! A bunch of ice and no ice cream or any flavor! Do NOT order from here!

Ordered a birthday cake on Friday, for pickup Saturday 7:30pm, I was late and came in Sunday at 11am, they somehow didn’t make the cake, says they didn’t see the ticket. Thank you to the friendly counter person who provided me two small cakes that feed six since they had no cakes that feed 12 like I ordered. No discount, refund, nothing. Plus the 30 min ordeal really put my day behind. Would like a discount since I paid up front full price for the custom cake I didn’t get.

The care and knowledge factor of the employees is little to none. They didn't even have the flavor of the month! To my knowledge is required by franchisees. Whoever owns this particular store should be ashamed.

I pulled up and saw 2 employees sitting outback. I decided to go inside because I wasn’t sure what flavor I wanted. Came inside and realized that those were the only employees there. I was able to see them on the drive thru camera sitting and playing on their phones. Took 10 minutes for one of them to come inside. She had an airpod in and was talking on the phone with her headset on as I was ordering and she was getting my ice cream. I know she wasn’t talking to a customer because the cameras showed there was no one in the drive thru. Then someone pulled up to the drive thru and the other employee came in. Overall it’s was ridiculous.

Go to another store. Walked in to pick up a cake and was ignored by several employees, including the woman I assume was a manager. Also got a lot of attitude from said manager when I asked nicely that my cake say what I put when I ordered it online. She fixed it up the best she could “but wasn’t the one who made the cake.”

Placed a door dash order and it was ridiculous! The scoops were so small the instantly melted. Called and the person knew exactly what I was talking about so they were ok with that fact. Was told “all I can do is apologize”.

Please don't give your time here, when I first came it was SUPER dirty, my 2nd time wasn't that good either, they barley had any flavors in stock and there wasn't even any cones, 0/5 in honest review, but needed to give a 1 to make a review.

What the stale is this place. All cone were stale no vanilla or cookies and cream this place is a hot mess. Do better.

Just got an order of 2 fresh packed qts and they arrived with plastic wrap for a lid, nothing to keep it from tasting funny if you don't eat it right away or freezer burn. AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE

Was concerned about all the terrible reviews. Ordered a unicorn cake anyways and it was done a day early and looked great, unlike the unicorn cake someone else posted in the review photos… so overall no issues.
