Placed
an
order
on
the
app
for
pickup
and
the
app
kept
stating
my
credit
card
info
was
incorrect,
which
it
wasn’t.
After
several
unsuccessful
attempts,
I
checked
by
bank
account
and
they
charged
me
for
the
order,
so
I
assumed
it
would
be
ready.
Arrived
at
the
location
10
minutes
later,
which
was
6:30
PM
on
a
Sunday,
to
find
the
lights
were
off,
the
door
was
locked
but
there
were
seven
employees
inside.
I
called
and
was
rudely
placed
on
hold
for
over
5
minutes.
Ended
the
call
and
called
back
and
spoke
to
a
young
female
employee.
I
explained
the
situation
and
she
stated
they
had
to
close
early
due
to
a
$2,000
catering
order.
I
informed
her
that
I
was
charged
for
the
order
yet
they
had
no
order
history
for
me,
with
her
explaining
that
her
and
another
employee
contacted
everyone
who
placed
online
orders
to
inform
them
that
they
could
not
be
done.
I
never
got
a
call.
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager,
and
to
my
surprise,
she
stated
she
was
the
“general
manager”.
I
asked
to
speak
with
her
manager,
which
she
replied
that
she
didn’t
have
time
nor
the
desire
to
speak
with
me
and
hung
up.
Obviously
I
will
never
be
returning
to
this
location
again.
