    This is the worst managed Jimmy Johns in the history of the franchise! I worked at one for a few years that was run by Bushwood and they really took pride in what the did. My wife and I have attempted to order here a few times and we always get the lames excuses every single time. Place an online order and they called us back saying they had no drivers... Hmmm okay well switch it to a pick up then. Keep in mind this is two sandwiches. They then informed us they don't have enough bread to make our order. Like why the heck are you even there if you can't serve the community? Close the shop already because clearly the owners don't care enough to stock their foods or have a driver available for the community. Such a dreadfully miss managed place. Avoid at all costs.

    I’m so sick of this location they never get it right. I’m at home taking care of my children all day so sometimes I like to have them deliver. They always forget the Mayo packets so today I made sure I even put it in the notes. I didn’t get them once again and the bread is disgusting. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but 17 dollars for a sandwich I expect to get something more than this. It looks like they used week old bread. This is unacceptable.

    I ordered two sandwiches on Friday the 29th on the app. The app takes my money says order is delivered. Store calls says they had no driver wants to know if I can pick it up. Told them I couldn’t and to cancel the order. I still have received my money back. Here is a thought don’t accept a delivery order if you can’t deliver. Second, don’t keep my money!

    Manager committed to 10 minutes and it took over an hour. And, driver left it outside , no door.bell. big issue if you are in a wheelchair and cannot pickup anything from the ground....ie thus the reason to deliver

    Made an online order and recieved a phone call that freaky fast jimmy johns doesn't have a freaky fast driver. Was offered to cancel my delivery order or come pick it up. I said I would pick it up because I really wanted the dumb sandwiches. I asked since I have to pick it up if the delivery and tip can be removed and was told yes. Wrong! I got to the store and 1 guy was making the sandwiches and was not given my delivery charge or tip refunded. And guess what no manager was there either, just 4 young people. The store had chairs blocking dine in areas so just the bar seating was available. Not impressed with this store anymore.

    Placed an order to be delivered and it was never delivered. Called an hour after the order was placed and they claim they tried calling 7 times to let me know my order was voided due to no delivery drivers. I verified the phone number they claimed to have called and it was correct, but I hadn’t received any phone calls in the last two hours. So now we have no dinner and have to wait for our refund. Will NOT be ordering from them again.

    Came at 9:26 and they are closed. Website says 10pm. Would be nice if information was accurate. Employees still at the counter. Update second time in a row they are closed before 10. Employees practically ran to lock the door. Company responds and wants you to review on their site but it is just an auto response. Came across the street to Schlotzsky’s and had no problem and they were just as slow as Jimmy John’s.

    Literally the absolute worst place to order food from. Ordered for my first time a few months ago, placed the order middle of the day only to show up and them be closed. Fast forward to today. Placed an online order to be delivered, she calls me and tells me her delivery drivers car is broke down.. whatever. I called Them back and said we will do it for curbside. THEN she tells me they are out of bread… a sandwich shop. Are you kidding me. How in gods name do you run out of bread. You are a sandwich shop! Firehouse for the win, they never disappoint.

    This location is NOT freaky fast. They are pretty slow actually. I rely on the speed they claim to have so that I can finish my lunch hour on time, but this is not the place for quick service. They weren't very good at listening to the order and had to ask several times for me to confirm what I wanted. Not terrible but not good by any means.

    Having worked at a Jimmy John's in the past I know what to expect from the food to the customer service and the quickness of getting my food. This store fails on every account. Placing an order online and arriving at the store 20 minutes later the sandwich hasn't even been started. The employees are not inviting or friendly. The store is a complete mess and needs better management to not have employees standing around. I was actually shocked by the low standards set by this location when all other locations have seemingly high standards. Definitely the lowest quality Jimmy John's in the area.

    Very bad customer service. I went in there 1/6/23, there was a gentleman and two ladies. The gentleman just asked me “whats up” and turned away. I stood there for almost ten minutes and no one attended to me. I ended up leaving. I’m not going back there.

    I don't understand why this location in particular always comes up short. The past 3 times I have ordered delivery I was missing an item. The first time, they didn't deliver the drink. The second time, they didn't delivery the pickle I paid for. The third time, they forgot the chips. Why is this so hard?

    I thought I'd give them a try after terrible service last year. Big mistake. I ordered a sandwich for delivery. After an hour, I called to cancel the order since it never arrived. When I called I found out they had already canceled the order because they didn't have a delivery driver. That makes sense. however it makes zero sense to not contact the customer whose order you just cancelled. What horrible customer service!

    It seems like every time I call to get a delivery, they don't have a driver. I happen to know they pay well below market for all positions. And they get treated like dirt. So I'm not surprised they can't keep a driver. One could drive for DoorDash or GrubHub, make more money, set their own hours, and have no in-store duties or drama. Why drive for these yay-hoos? So we ordered from a competitor through GrubHub and got great food in 30 minutes. I think I'm done trying for Jimmy John's. I have other great gluten-free options in this town.

    I came in at 8:20, and though they don’t close until 10, the dining area was busted down and blocked by chairs. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude, condescending, and angry. He seemed shocked and resistant when I asked for extra veggies. This was the most messy and crudely constructed sandwich I’ve ever gotten at a Jimmy John’s, and it immediately fell apart when I opened it. Very strange and frustrating experience.

    I love Jimmy Johns but I will never order from or recommend this location to anyone 1. They will not have a delivery driver even if it says they do. 2. When they don’t have a driver and you have to drive and get the sandwiches, they will not refund you the amount you pre tipped the delivery driver. 3. They forget food all the time, even when you order from the app and it’s spelled out for them on the receipt. We have had 3 bad back to back experiences and that is enough. There are plenty of other sandwich shops in town that we will use instead of Jimmy Johns.

    Ordered a Cubano online to be picked up, there were 10 people in the lobby and only two workers. One of them had a bad attitude and told a customer that the lobby was closed for sit down (at 6:30pm) The sandwich was underwhelming, mine tasted like a plain mayo sandwich, it had so much and barely any meat. It has been 7 years since we had visited, I got sick 7 years ago from eating here and this experience was so disappointing that it will take us 7 years to return.

    They canceled my order hours later. I’ve been there plenty of times, love the food but the manager is very disrespectful and rude. I believe her name was Candace or something. She needs to be fired! Never in my life have I met such a rude person. She was treating her workers horribly and it’s disgusting.

    This location is the worst. I once placed an online order and the girl called me (from the store) and told me there was no one available to make my sandwich. Another time I went in person and they told me they were out of bread. The other times I've managed to actually get a sandwich, they get the order wrong about half the time. This is all in just the last 6 months that I've lived in Burleson.

    The store has a sign up saying sorry for the inconvenience we close at 7pm. However it's 6:49 the door is locked and they are rudly turning customers away. I for certainly will not give my business to this location ever again.

    Camden took our order tonight and prepared it for us. She gave us the absolute best service I have received here ever. She was friendly, accommodating and fast! Keep it up girl! I will specifically come back to this location as long as she is there.

    I own a business in cleburne. The Burleson location is the only one near us! Asked if they would deliver 12 sandwiches for our employees. They denied us due to us being 8 miles away! We would of ordered at least 3 times a week from them. We also would of tipped our driver $50 bucks every time he delivers. But I guess we will take our business else where! And no I don’t trust door dash or any other delivery service because they hire anybody!

    Went to the restroom and wrote this reveiw. Sandwhich just came out and they are out of Roast Beef. Edit: Im not giving you my address. Went into the store to get a sandwhich, and the staff is not quite up to JJ standards. They were out of roast beef and it took probably 3 minutes to get my sandwhich out. I went to the restroom, washed my hands, came back and had to sit down. I used to come to jimmy johns on a regular basis, and i think the work ethic has dropped over all. They had a cashier and two people on line, in college station my sandwhich would have beat me to the end of the counter. I can only imagine how long people would have to wait if the place was actually busy. You guys have a good system, you just need to make sure the employees are following it.

    Absolutely one of the worst Jimmy Johns ever. Takes you order online called me back 3 different times ordering saying they cant complete your order due to not having enough food. How about closing the website if your business cant do its job and then your refund takes 10days to process to get back. Someone needs to add another franchise cause this place is garbage.

    Ordered at 12:34pm and never received my order. I called to speak to the manager, Jonathan twice with no outcome. I understand companies are short handed but a phone call letting me know about the extended wait would have been nice. This has been an ongoing problem with this location. Hopefully JJ's is able to make food "Freaky Fast" again.

    Manager working on 01/17/2022 was very unpleasant to me and her co-worker. I called to try and void an online order immediately (due to a work conflict). I was hung up on with no attempt at a call back. When I came into the store, the manager was extremely rude and seemed to just not want to be there in general. I am a very loyal customer and want this issue brought up. Love the food. Oh and the younger girl wearing glasses today was so sweet. Give her a shout out.

    The 2 guys working this evening deserve a shout out. I came here with my grandma who has a hard time walking, they noticed from the inside of the store and ran to hold the door open for us. Super helpful on the menu, explained everything clearly. Normally when I come to Jimmy John's they call out the order but they brought the order to us. Perfect customer service.

    Placed an order on the app for pickup and the app kept stating my credit card info was incorrect, which it wasn’t. After several unsuccessful attempts, I checked by bank account and they charged me for the order, so I assumed it would be ready. Arrived at the location 10 minutes later, which was 6:30 PM on a Sunday, to find the lights were off, the door was locked but there were seven employees inside. I called and was rudely placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Ended the call and called back and spoke to a young female employee. I explained the situation and she stated they had to close early due to a $2,000 catering order. I informed her that I was charged for the order yet they had no order history for me, with her explaining that her and another employee contacted everyone who placed online orders to inform them that they could not be done. I never got a call. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my surprise, she stated she was the “general manager”. I asked to speak with her manager, which she replied that she didn’t have time nor the desire to speak with me and hung up. Obviously I will never be returning to this location again.
