    We got a famous bowl and this is what we got horrible management said they couldn’t make it because they had school the next day. Worst KFC ever never again will I be eating at this place if I could give it no stars I would.

    These negative reviews are on point and it's sad to say as I love KFC. Stopped in to get a family 16 piece meal for a team meal only to get back and find old, burned, falling apart, chicken crammed in the bucket. The coleslaw was spoiled and sour, the Mac &cheese was undercooked and lumpy, the mashed potatoes were bitter. Literally threw out $45 of food and found something else as there was no way I'd EVER serve this crud to anyone. This place should be checked out by a health inspector due to No gloves, no hair/beard nets and handling of food with bare hands. Very disappointed.

    Overpriced. I only eat here because it's 2min from my house that's it. If I could give this place a negative star I would. Lobby never open store closes early. At one point some guy was literally living in the store. May as well close the Burleson location they suck! All the positive reviews gotta be fake!

    There used to be a white trashy family that would run this restaurant and they were very unprofessional. At least I could say they were nice. Now it’s being ran by an African-American woman and two younger African-American kids or teenagers. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:45 PM and I didn’t receive my food until 9:20 PM, my kids fell asleep by the time I got home so all the food went to waste. I watched her pour the wrong drink, and when I asked her to correct it, she basically called me a liar by saying I must have saw it wrong lol then had the audacity to ask me to park somewhere else if I needed to check my order because she didn’t want me blocking the line, but there was nobody behind me lol I’m just being honest with this review, and that chick was ghetto. The whole experience was ghetto, unprofessional, not something you’d expect in Burleson. I’ll leave it at that. Won’t be returning. The new restaurant next door was poppin, this restaurant had 3 people in line (one got mad and left, one was there 45 min waiting for his food and then me) idk 🤷‍♀️ sounds like a management problem to me. The woman with the red short hair should be terminated or else she will run this restaurant into the ground even more than it already has. I’m surprised it’s even open anymore at this point

    Ordered a chicken sandwich. They said it would be 7 - 10 minutes. Went to the car and they brought it to me in about 3 minutes. When we got it home we realized that they slapped 2 little chicken tenders on a dried out bun and called it a chicken sandwich. I took it back and complained and they said that's what they do when they run out of breast filets. I bought another today. The kid at the register got the amount wrong 3 times and had to have someone else help him. The picture is the one made from tenders on the left and the real sandwich on the right. This is the worst run KFC I have ever been too.

    Literally the most disgusting place. How is this place still in business? My son loves his sweet tea and when he tells me something is wrong.. I know something ain’t right. So I look into his cup and sure enough ALLLL of the sugar at the bottom of his cup. Disgusting kfc. Sweet tea should not have the sugar chillin at the bottom of the cup.

    Shouldn’t even give one star!!! We are visiting my mom for the weekend and were excited when we saw a KFC, we don’t have one in our town. I downloaded and placed an order through the app so we could pick it up on our way home from swimming. First it said our order would be ready at 6:44, then it changed to 7. We got there at 7 to pick up our food and I have never been more frustrated and disgusted by a restaurant. Customers that had arrived to pick up before us were waiting on their food still, there was food on the counter that the workers couldn’t even figure out who it belonged to, workers were picking up food bare handed, no hair nets in the back, dirty restaurant. We waited for 20 minutes after arriving before giving up, since the people that arrived before us were clearly not getting their food either. This restaurant gives KFC a bad name because after I googled it to find the number to call, I realized all the horrible reviews. Also, I should note that I called corporate, all my info was taken and I was being connected to the refund department…waited on hold 20 minutes before it rang and kept asking me for my mailbox password…? I called back and again was being transferred to the refund department, waited on hold for 15 minutes before it rang and asked me if I knew the extension of who I wanted to speak with. So Frustrating and disappointing!!!

    I’m only giving this place a 1 star because I could not rate it as 0 stars . This is the worst customer service encounter I have ever experienced. Today at 2pm I visited the location and the manager over the speaker cursed and yelled at me all because I wanted fresh food . She told me bye we not doing that after I told her I didn’t mind waiting . I did not get her name because when I asked she started screamed . I pulled up to the window and a lady named Naomi who told me she was the GM attempted to take my order she was very rude as well . I asked her Is this how she allow the business to be done and she was just upset as well and taking up for the rude worker . I cancelled entire order I did not trust allowing them to even make me a drink after that encounter . I asked for corporate number because someone needs to be aware of how this business is ran well she told me they are privately owned . I asked for owner info and all she said was call 1 800 help kfc ! They definitely need help I am WARMING EVERYONE DO NOT EAT HERE !!! The workers don’t want to give you fresh food as well as they are very rude . No home training . They should be ashamed to be in this Burleson area .

    I haven’t eaten at kfc in years but I used to love it and I even used to work at one when I was a teenager. Well yesterday I was craving some original recipe and I got a 2 piece through the drive through around 8pm. It kinda tasted a little funny and was almost burnt looking and I’m also paying for it this morning. I woke up early this morning sweating profusely and throwing up. I had to call off from work at 4am. Also, when I pulled up to the drive through three guys were hanging out by the dumpster and when I ordered they were rude and I don’t care attitude. Worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. I have tried calling to speak with a manager and inform them of quality and health concerns for their products but I just got a busy signal. I will not be returning to KFC. As a medical professional I advise everyone else to beware of this place as well.

    They need to shut this place down. I waited over 40 mins for two delivery orders . I kept my mouth shut for twenty minutes. And they just kept skipping over me . So I finally said something around 30 mins . The lady I talked with was unprofessional and very rude to me . She also kept yelling at me asking for the names and kept telling me they were coming out and they never did. And had the audacity to get ugly with me . I am very patient and understanding. But once you start yelling at me that’s it . They have no business being open. Also I wasn’t the only one they were upsetting. She then made one of her little friends order before me which was also doing deliveries too . And yelled at me he came in my lobby . Which was a lie because I heard the guy say the name and they got him right out . If you can’t be professional and proficient close it down . Every single worker in there is rude and not professional and needs to be fired. Close it down!

    I am an UberEats driver. I arrive at 8 pm to pick up an order. The store was closed, even though their sign indicates that they close at 11pm! I spoke to an employee who informed me they closed due to short staff. They only had 3 people on shift, so decided to close early. I really find that unacceptable. Three people should be able to run at least the drive thru. Management should have an adult on the night shift to make sure people are working, especially if they have on-line orders coming in.

    I ordered and paid for a 3 piece white meat chicken meal.....and got 2 pieces and this is one of them. I also paid $.35 for the itty bitty jalapeno. I'm done with this KFC. I'll stop back by in a couple of years to see if the quality gets better. Take care. After eating the chicken, I had to lower my rating. If I had a pig, i wouldn't feed it that slop.

    We love KFC but have used this location for the last time. The employees here are the rudest people I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant and that’s saying a lot. Not just once or twice, but every time we go. The place is always filthy and 6 people behind the counter will ignore you for 5-10 minutes while you stand at the counter. If they hate their jobs that bad why are they working here?

    I ordered online 30 minutes prior. I ordered extra crispy. When I get there they tell me that they are out and it will be 30 minutes!! I ordered far enough in advance that my order should have been packed and done. We ended up switching to original because it was ready and it sucked. It was so bad it was inedible. Just soggy and dripping in grease, the breading was all falling off the chicken. It was terrible. We ended up eating Mac and cheese with hot dogs cause that's all we had at home and it was better than the $20 chicken

    We just stopped at KFC. The employees have absolutely no desire to be working there They said it was going to be a wait for chicken We asked how long the guy shrugs his shoulder and says I don't know.... It was shockingly. Disappointing. My wife and I literally just looked at each other and laughed.... I would say it's unbelievable, but I've just seen far too much of this recently Whoever owns that KFC you desperately need some management to help train up the employees

    My husband and I ate here tonight and within minutes was deathly sick. Tried to call the store but the line is busy. Food poisoning is horrible. Do not eat here. The chicken was discolored and full of grease. The bread on the sandwich we got was hard. Do not even chance eating at this location.

    Do not go here if you’re just trying to order from the drive thru and leave in a reasonable amount of time for a fast food joint. Parking lot full of cars waiting for their orders. I thought the chicken was already prepared. I order 2 regular shmegular meals in the drive thru, not family meals either and had to wait 45 minutes. I honestly think they just forgot about me because after waiting in my car for 30 minutes I decided to go in and get it, which took another 15 minutes. This is ridiculous. Now here I am two weeks later and this shtt happened again. I ain’t never coming back here. Stg! They should be ashamed of the way this restaurant is operated. This is KFC, There ain’t no line and I’m waiting for food like it’s midnight at whataburger for a 2 piece meal. Tf is this🤣

    I’m shocked this location hasn’t had their franchise close them down. Every time I go there which isn’t often only to see if things changed and of course they haven’t. The people scream at each other, they are always out of chicken etc. the dining room is filthy. Just look at all the other consistently negative. There’s a valid reason

    Ordered thru drive thru, told to park out front. After 15 min I walked in to see why no order. Said they ran out of chicken tenders at noon. Finely got order, they forgot the sauce! Goodbye KFC!

    Food was good. Just didn't have enough help. Took a long time to get order at drive up. 4 cars, including us, waiting in front for orders. The server was really trying to get food out but it was very unorganized.

    I went a few years back and unfortunately the order was all wrong. We tried again recently because we had heard that it was under new management. Sadly, the order was a little better than when we previously went, but there were still several mistakes. I could see that they are trying. I hope that they are able to turn it around one day soon.

    This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited. It smelled like something was rotting in the store. Trash cans where overflowing and the table where gross with food on them. The employees where using barehands on food after touching a mop behind the counter. They had food all over the prep table that was obviously cold and should not be served. Do not go here it needs to be shut down asap.

    We pulled into the drive-thru at 9:56, thinking (and seeing) that the business doesn't close until 10:30pm on both Google and the signs. We hear people laughing in the background of the speaker and someone says "hello?" we say hello back and he says that they were closed. I leaned over and asked "I thought it was 10:30?" Simply wondering if they closed different than posted. Then the guy says "here let me get the manager." After a couple of seconds, the manager opens the back door and says "We closed." I again tried to repeat my question, but after I got 2 words out he just flipped around and let the door close behind him. Closing a few minutes early if they closed at 10 would be understandable, though hardly acceptable. Closing over 30 minutes early is just entirely unacceptable. I gave the benefit of the doubt seeing as their KFC sign reads "Now Hiring people who show up to work" they must be understaffed. But being completed ignored and brushed off by the MANAGEMENT made it far worse and infuriating. The food here is a hit or miss, but the management, service, and our treatment here will be the reason we don't return.

    Would not recommend. They got my order wrong yesterday and so I called and they agreed to Replace it when I come back today and took down my name.. Well when I came today to get my order they claimed that my name was not written down anywhere and asked me who I spoke to with, the gentleman never told me his name. Only asked for mine... After going back and forth they finally agreed to give me my order and I went ahead and ordered a additional order on top of my replacement order. Then they tried to charge me for both orders and I told them I Wasn't paying for my replacement order once again. After driving off I realized they got my additional order wrong as well

    Ordered through door dash, but I called ahead to ask for some shredded cheese because I was doing a make-my-own famous bowl. Not only did the awesome woman who answered my call add the cheese but she loaded me up with gravy. The meal was delicious and it was prepared in record breaking time. Awesome job pplz. <3 Though my mouth was bigger than my stomach. This order made like 3 famous bowls.

    Terrible Terrible Terrible KFC, please do not go to this KFC. Burned chicken in the bottom of the bucket. They do not provide fresh chicken but burned chicken. What' a terrible customer service. And we do not understand what the guy is saying on the drive thru. This place does not take care of their food well, it needs to be thrown away foods.

    Had to wait over a hour for food I had already purchased online. The app said it would be ready at 6:12pm and I got my food at 7:20pm. After that they forgot my gravy for the mashed potatoes and kfc sauce for the chicken strips. I haven't been to kfc in years and I will never go back. The absolute worst fast-food experience I've ever had.

    After waiting 15 or 20 minutes in front of the store for my order I was asked if I was door dash after another 5 minutes I went in the store.. they said they gave me extra chicken and extra biscuits for my wait...get home I have no gravy for my extra potatoes. All while watching an employee drive in circles thru the drive thru about 3 or 4 times. Step it up kids!! Maybe Chicken Express is worth the price after this experience today. What a joke.
