    One of the most interesting experiences I have had at Panda Express. The beginning service was a little slow but they were dealing with a difficult situation so I was fine waiting. What caught my eye, was the man in the back who was absolutely cheffing. When I say I have never seen such skill and art in cooking, I hope you understand I am not exaggerating. This man, I wanted to get his name but didn't, was single-handedly making all of the main dishes for the front line. Another lady was helping with the side dishes, but this master of the Wok was amazing. I watched him cook for probably 15 minutes before getting my food and eating. All I know is that I have never had such great food from panda, and I have never seen such skill in the Wok. Many blessings to you and your family Wok man.

    I went through the drive thru on a Sunday at 8:30pm to order dinner and the employee greeted me over the mic by saying “Hi since we are about to close would you like to still order or would you like me to list the food we have left?” I immediately felt bad because I didn’t realized they were about to close. She then listed 3 meal options which is not what we were wanting so I told her “No thank you we will hold off tonight, have a good one” and drove away. When driving off a realize that 3 female employees are standing by the doors just staring at me as I drive away? To then realize they closed at 9:30?!? An entire hour out?..

    We did an online order, we asked for just a little less veggies and a little more meat. This is what we got. I ordered a plate with double meat but looks like I only got half the meat. I feel like they did it on purpose just because we asked for less veggies.

    This is the third time I came in to order a bigger plate and my order is messed up. I ordered a bigger plate with kungpao chicken brocoli beef n beijing beef. Only received beef n brocoli and kungpao chicken. I did not want to eat that much beef and brocoli. I called and complained so they can be aware and maybe try better next time but the person I spoke with blamed it on their system messing up taking orders. Nope it shows on the receipt that the order of beijing beef was there so Its definitely not the system messing up.

    Horrible tasting food, never had this experience on any Panda Express before. The orange chicken I ordered had no flavor and tasted sour like pure vinegar. The fried rice was bland as well and tasted like a wet humid towel. They also forgot one order of the egg rolls I paid for. Had to discard 2 out of my three entrees, only thing that tasted okay were the veggies I got and even one of the broccolis was too old and yellow looking.

    Just came through the drive through and delt with Zachary R. First of all, it was totally unprofessional, he took my order down wrong twice because they were messing around. Then ask me if I wanted to donate which I said no, I paid in cash and she said the total was an even number which I thought was weird. He did not give me my receipt, I had to ask for it and once I looked at the receipt, I realize that he had put a donation down and that’s why the total was even. So he literally stole money from me. Horrible experience!!

    I’ve tried to order through Door Dash at this store 4 times. The last two times, the menu would not pull up anything but drinks and two al a carte bowls. I called Door Dash, the store, and then Panda Express corporate number. The last time, I had to know if the store was open. Yes, they’re open and low and behold, you can order off their website, but no delivery. When I tried to order this time, the menu was gone again. After another call to corporate, I found out the store controls the menu. Hmmm, does that mean at peak times they can shut off items, to the point where you can only order beverages? I’m scared to eat at a restaurant that closes their menu off to make sure they don’t get orders from Door Dash at peak hours.

    Ordered chicken teriyaki, received no sauce. Food was bland. Also got a side order of rangoons only to receive the shells, no filling.

    Went to get some food about 9:10 and they said they are closed even though the hours on the door and online clearly state 9:30. All the lights are on to make it look like their open but the lady with the headset said “sorry we’re closed” with zero remorse. I hope the owner isn’t paying them time they aren’t working.

    We just ordered our dinner here. My wife requested the teriyaki sauce on the side. Not only did they give her NO sauce at all, the portions were tiny.

    My family and I usually go to this location in Burleson. Which is not a short trip for us. For some reason they have been open and closed at odd random times. Does anyone know what this is all about? Very disappointing. PE please inform your customers that you are closed for the day. It’s definitely not a short drive and it very unprofessional to your patrons as a business.

    Great service and clean environment. Food varies from time to time depending who's cooking. This unfortunately makes it a second choice when looking for this cuisine. Limes get long during the end of the week, recommend going inside to sample your favorites to make sure they are to your liking. They run out of favorites during the end of the day so plan ahead.

    6 pm I waited 15 minutes, waiting because they didn't have anything cooked that I wanted to eat, they have it ready and they tell me to wait 10 more minutes because there was no chow mein. Bad service.

    Do not waste your time or money. They will tell you to "pull up" and they will bring your food to you. What they don't tell you, is you'll be waiting for an hour while 30+ people go through the drive-thru. It's not a one time occurrence either, this is everytime I go.

    HORRIBLE. I COULDVE MADE THIS AT HOME & 20xs BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only stopped to appease my mom in the moment ….. Fast food shouldn’t just be fast! It should also be edible. I was quite skeptical I usually go to the one in Joshua. I got a bowl half rice half lo mein. Black pepper chicken. The rice isn’t cooked fully … hard grains throughout the bowl. All I ate was the fry noodles and three pieces of chicken. OVERLY HEAVY ON THE BLACK PEPPER. Tongue burns after every bite. I’ve never experienced this at the other location. TOTAL WASTE. It wouldn’t allow me to load the picture lmao Awesome sauce 😩

    Great place to go if you like waiting in the parking lot for things that are out.. Lately every time we go there they are out of something.. this time they were out 3 entrees on the menu.. I'll just assume they are out of everything and not go back again.... they won't care... they are out of that too.. it'll probably be a 15 minute wait

    Went to Panda in Burleson today drive thru because my Daughter requested. Got her usual Orange Chicken Chiw Mein Bowl. Got her dad a plate with Broccoli Beef, Orange Chicken because I didn't see General TSO on menu. Made it home and order was right but the taste was horrible. Broccoli overcooked mush, orange Chicken was very tart and rice had absolutely no flavor. This location had gone down hill alot. We have visited the one on 35 in Burleson and they are Great. NOT GOING BACK TO THIS ONE BY THE KROGERS IN BURLESON ON WILSHIRE. 2ND TIME ITS BEEN HORRIBLE. MANAGERS RETRAIN YOUR WORKERS AND GET THE FOOD BACK UP TO PANDA STANDARDS.

    Friendly staff and drive through was quick. When we got our meals home the noodles were dry and the shrimp was barely noticeable...meaning two. I don't believe I will order their over cooked vegetables either.

    This location never disappoints! I come in frequently after work for an easy dinner on the go. The staff is always friendly and smiling, and quick! The selection is always great too, I come inside to see what's fresh usually, or what's available. The staff is fast and communicate well amongst each other too. I'm always satisfied when I visit! Thanks!!

    I have tried to get teriyaki chicken for over a month now and they never have any. Orange and teriyaki are the only things I like and I think it's a bit ridiculous to always be out of something for over a month. I refuse to ever go this location ever again.

    Why does this location randomly close early? Says open till 9:30pm and at 8pm they are telling people in the drive through they are closed. I understand there are staffing issues occurring at various places, but if thats the case companies need to adjust their hours accordingly online and not waste potential customers time. Don't have enough staff for operations....change your hours.

    The white rice is undercooked , (I've been 3 times). My order has been messy, i.e orange chicken pieces with my beef and broccoli , they haven't had brown rice . I've come by between 6 and 7 well before closing and the rate to be out of items.

    Every single time i come here they have either eliminated or they are out of one of the food choices on the menu. This has been an ongoing experience for several months and unfortunately this is it for my family and I. Also, after mentioning the issue at the drivethrough counter, the clerk indicated that it wasn’t really their fault?!? Actually, it is their fault…the buck stops with someone so don’t blame the pandemic, lack of workers, or whatever excuse you want to make up…accept it and fix it for the next person because I’m done.

    Very bad service and very rude. I asked for a couple of more soy packets. She said she couldn't give me anymore cause they had shortage on soy. I told her I would pay for extra she still did not want to give me any soy. I'll NEVER go back. This isn't the first time I've had bad service from this place.

    Tried to order dinner for the family, I was told uhh I don't have any ready and I'm guessing they are not willing to cook fresh food for a customer. 0 stars. Will not return. Trashy attitude what's the point of being a restaurant if you're not going to cook?
