I cannot speak highly enough of the staff here. Nate, the manager, moved mountains to fix our paddle board for us. And his colleague (Carely??) was also exceptionally helpful and patient. Would make a detour to come back to this store.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing snow pants from here. The store associate Kenidy listened to my likes and dislikes to help me find the perfect pair. Very satisfied with my purchase and with her assistance!

I can only assume the staff are friends and family or they are not offered a commission on sales. I have come in 2 times with cash in hand ready to purchase both skis and snowboards and both times I experienced non-existent customer service. Both times the salesperson on the floor was more preoccupied with talking to friends. Prices are high given they are the only option in town.

Was quoted $25 per panel for dock removal I have five panels which would’ve been $125, he said it might be a little extra to remove the poles which took a total of about 15 minutes and was sent a bill for $300. I’ve put my docs in and taken them out by myself before And will certainly be doing it again. Nothings worse than getting gouged after a price quote

Extremely helpful! Seasonally relevant! One of the only reliable places near twin falls to get boat parts without getting online. We needed a new prop for our boat. They had the best suggestion and the inventory.

Rented skis from them without a reservation on a Saturday morning while we were headed up to Pomerelle and they were super helpful and kind. They made it quick getting us in and out so we could get to the mountain. I even forgot the ski poles I rented on the mountain, but the sales person said not to worry about it, that they would track them down for me so we didn't have to drive back up. I'm not an avid skier, but the equipment seemed to be very decent, and a little cheaper than at the lodge.

The worst customer service I have experienced in the state of Idaho. Went in to spend $1200 on a snowboard package and they just couldn't provide any worthwhile customer service. I tried twice in person and 3 times on the phone. They just make it impossible to spend your money here. Now I just rent my snowboard equipment at the ski area.
