It's easy to see that Bonnie has the knowledge of all things diamonds and she is so easy to work with! The craftsmanship she always talks about in her videos is so evident. I went with a classic solitaire and I feel like it's hard to perfect simple, classic rings, but I can literally find nothing wrong with my ring. It is absolutely perfect. I stumbled across her YouTube page and I just fell in love with everything Bonnie offered (knowledge, expertise, art, and so much more). The love and time she has put into her craft is evident and I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her. I’ve had rings from large online retailers and even custom pieces from overseas jewelers, but the service, human connection and quality of pieces that you get from Bonnie are unparalleled to any other jeweler. I didn’t know what to expect when I began researching on engagement rings. By chance, I came across Bonnie’s videos on YouTube and love how charming, informative, and concise her videos were. It’s been about 2 weeks since I received my anniversary upgrade rings from ByBonnie. Every single second has been sparkly and heart beating. Bonnie was incredible to work with. My now fiancé found her through YouTube over a year ago and immediately knew that she wanted to go through her for her dream ring. I love working with Bonnie and her team! I just recently received my wedding band to complete my upgraded wedding set. (Solitaire round diamond engagement ring also designed by Bonnie) Once again, perfection! The oval 3/4 way eternity band is absolutely gorgeous and so stunning! The oval eternity band is very comfortable and I am so amazed how low profile the band is. I have smaller hands, size 4.5 and it was an absolute must to have a low profile eternity band. (Most that I have tried on at other jewelers were very bulky.) Together the set is very substantial and sparkles from all directions. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is impeccable! I'm so glad to have found By Bonnie Jewelry on Youtube. The process was very smooth even though everything was by phone/online. I wasn't a part of the buying process but my fiancé said the process was easy, seamless and surprisingly very quick. The original estimated timing given to us was 6-8 weeks but it was less than that. Now about the ring itself... I cannot stress enough how truthful Bonnie is in her videos about their establishment's strict curation process and fine craftsmanship. I'm no expert in the world of diamonds but the first thing my fiancé noticed was how SPARKLY my diamond was. A close friend of mine was also engaged recently and has a ring (from a different establishment) in the same shape, similar size and exact specs on its certification (except hers was 3EX and mine is 8EX) and the difference is huge! The color and sparkle was so dramatically different. Bonnie's curation process really makes a difference if you want your money's worth. Everyone keeps asking me if my ring is from (insert popular luxury blue color fine jewelry establishment) because they're so amazed with the quality of the ring. I love my engagement ring!! It turned out so beautiful. Seriously cannot stop staring. I am so happy to have found Bonnie, but actually happened on accident. I was browsing through YouTube researching about radiant cut diamonds and one of her video just happened to play next. The video featured a radiant cut diamond in a tulip basket and cathedral setting. When I saw that I knew that this was the one. I browsed other stores and online thinking that I wanted a hidden halo, but none of the settings I seen “wowed” me. I love my engagement ring from Bonnie and we had a positive experience from beginning to end. My fiancé and I were close to buying a ring from Brilliant Earth but felt lost when trying to pick a diamond. I discovered Bonnie on YouTube and fell in love with her bezel settings, and also became more educated in purchasing a diamond and picking the right setting. I emailed Bonnie with my vision, then we set up an initial consultation via Zoom to discuss the design and specs. For our in person consult, she curated a handful of diamonds for us, then we saw them in person and picked the one. The in person meeting was so helpful in understanding what I wanted, because I was able to see how each diamond (cut, carat, etc.) looked on me. She also made the diamond selection process much easier by hand selecting quality diamonds within our budget. She gave advice and suggestions on things I never thought of but are important - such as band width, how high/low the setting is, and whether a wedding band can sit flush. We were able to see the CAD model before approving it for production. The ring was ready earlier than expected, and it turned out so beautiful and flawless!! It’s been 4 months since my fiancé proposed and I have absolutely no regrets. I feel like if we had gone with Brilliant Earth I would have regretted my decision because I did not receive as much guidance or education from them. Definitely recommend Bonnie for the best bang for your buck!

So I first came across Bonnie on YouTube. I was searching up the difference between Lab Grown Diamonds and Natural Grown Diamonds and saw her video. I loved how knowledgeable she was. I started watching all her old videos and new ones and learned a lot. I fell in love with one of her video "This Is How Every Cushion Diamond Should Sparkle" I fell in LOVE with the ring! My now fiancé made a virtual appointment with her months later so he can talk about my dream ring. We went to see Bonnie in person a month or 2 later. This was during the time she was moving to her new office. Even when she was busy organizing everything and setting up everything, she gave us her undivided attention when we got there. I really appreciate how efficient she was. I like to change my mind a lot and I'm always unsure on how everything would look, but she made me feel comfortable and didn't rush or pressure me. She showed us a couple of diamonds and narrowed it down to 2. She helped me figure out what looked best on my finger. Bonnie knew exactly what I wanted and made sure to ask me questions so she can make the perfect ring for me. It didn't take long for me to get my ring. My fiancé told me he got it about a month ago. So she made my ring and shipped it out in 3 months. He proposed and I was so surprised and amazed and how much it sparkled. I could not be any more impressed with the outcome of the ring. When I had my first zoom appointment with Bonnie, it was clear that she wanted to get me the most bang for our buck while taking in consideration all of my partners preferences and maintaining discretion. We flew into San Francisco, California to customize and quote a ring. However, my partner didn’t know that I was going to purchase it. After the appointment, she expressed how she got butterflies designing every detail of the ring and how much she loved the experience. It took almost 2 months to fabricate, but it’s finally here and I can’t wait to give my best friend and the love of my life everything she’s ever dreamed of and everything she was told was impossible. I would have to say that 5 stars are not enough for Bonnie and her team. I have found her on YouTube last year and been following her since then, admiring the craftsmanship that I can’t find anywhere else (I love the details of the tulip basket with cathedral) and been eyeing it for so long. I also have compared her work with other places but unfortunately I didn’t find them impressed. And since I’m now pregnant with our first baby, my husband gifted me this ring before my due date.
