    I had a horrible experience at the Riverside location today. I was on hold for 10 minutes before speaking with a representative for a same-day appointment. I was seen 15 min. after my appointment time and after waiting an additional 30 min., I left without seeing the practitioner. I did run into the MA and the practitioner in the hallway and overheard the practitioner telling the MA that she didn’t care that I had been waiting for my appointment. The MA ran the test that I needed and messed it up, so I will need to return to the office for a redo, and I am sure they’ll still charge me for todays failed visit. The Riverside location is poorly run, the medical staff are uneducated, and the staff are not willing to help. I’ve never been seen within 15 min. of my appointment before; the practitioners are always running late and do not take ownership of their actions. I always leave feeling disrespected and worse than when I came. It’s always a process to convince myself to get medical care and to step foot in this horrible place. Edit in response to the owner's reply: Oh don't worry, I submitted a complaint through the website and am looking forward to hearing from CHCB.

    I called up for an appointment, was deemed a new patient because it had been too long. Was told I had to wait six months to see a doctor. I waited the six months and took off a day of work- just so they canceled on me same day. They rescheduled me for two months later….CANCELED my appointment AGAIN ON THE SAME DAY. Now, today, they canceled my appointment same day for a third time. Dang! I’ve lost three days PTO and still haven’t seen a doctor after just under a year. Thank god I’m in good health!! If you can, go somewhere else ✌🏼

    Update: The paitent portal messaging function has "temporarily" been down for almost a year, meaning it's nearly impossible to get in touch with providers in a timely manner. Places like this need more investment, and should focus on increasing wages for the lowest paid staff, and supporting the wellness of their healthcare providers. This speaks to a broader issue of for-profit healthcare in this country and underfunded community health centers. I want to this amazing resource to thrive but unfortunately it's not a place I feel can meet my healthcare needs due to the practice feeling overrun and unable to keep up with demand.

    I used to visit at least twice a year, both for medical and dental treatment. Always a positive experience, from the front desk to med/dental staff. Only once or twice had to wait a few days for a call back from the nursing staff regarding refills. Overall, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I have found it to be a great safety net when I had limited resources and insurance. I've received excellent treatment, both medical and dental - and have always found the staff to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dr. Greenlee is tops. Also Dr. Val and Dr. Jeddi at the dental center. Thanks !

    They took away ability to email providers via portal which used to be great for getting simple questions answered or sorting out minor problems with refills before it became a problem. Now you have about a 50/50 chance of slipping through the cracks leaving voicemails on the nurse line. Its hard to get RX's refilled in timely way at all and they let you go without meds. Used to be first rate but this practice has declined to where its bascially like going without medical care. It feels like this place has been taken over by Ron Desantis lately.

    Really terrible service. Wife called 3 times for an appointment today, and wasn't able to speak to a person or leave a message. Online Patient Portal said no messages could be left. Not much community service if you have to go to the ER. for care. I was a patient here a while back. Liked my dr. but had similar problems with communication. Asked for a prescription to be called in once, and when I called a few days later I was told by nurses that my insurance wouldn't cover it so they didn't call it in. 1. My insurance did cover it. 2. They shouldn't have just ignored the request. This place treats a lot of people with few options for health care, and they treat everyone like we have no options if you do, please exercise them and go somewhere better

    Almost always have a good experience. They do a good job utilizing their network to get you seen asap at one of several locations. Almost feels as if I have a few different PCPs.

    Had a visit with Benjamin Baker PA-C. The medical staff at the counter were super nice. Unfortunately the medical advice I got was incorrect and not up-to-date with the latest scientific research. This is my usual experience with doctors which was a shame. I almost spent hundreds of dollars on lab tests that would not actually provide me any useful information.

    Originally it took me about 3-4 months to get in with a PCP (this is everywhere in Vermont, though) - but once I did, man I'm happy I did. Michael is a great MD/gem of a PCP, glad to have found him. Also, appointments have always been prompt and helpful; staff always nice.

    I was able to discuss a sensitive topic without feeling judged with my provider which led to getting appropriate treatment for my situation. I have never felt this way with a provider and I left the office in tears. Thank you, Alexis Purdy.

    The initial visit was okay. But no one seemed to listen to what was actually going on. I went in to see the dentist to get my tooth pulled and had a hard time getting rid of my pain before they did it. Dirty actual extraction that wasn't so much pain it was horrible. I told the dentist that I'm going to need something for pain because this isn't my first extraction. He gave me some lame excuse about he can't give out anything for pain anymore. I went to work and my supervisor told me to go home because I was in so much pain I wasn't concentrating. I called to leave the dentist of a message and I got no reply. There is still a piece of tooth sticking out of my gum that is rubbing against my tongue. And the pain is still there after more than a week. Apparently he was some expert pulling teeth cuz he had done so many of them. I can tell by the way he didn't call me back. Do not go to this guy

    This center is fantastic. They take thier time to listen and explain things to thier patients. Sarah is my doctor,and her team are excellent health workers. Sarah updated my vaccinations record and remove a big ear wax from my ears. The pictures are scaring. Before then she gave me an ear drop to soften the wax before removal .l usually feel uncomfortable inside my ears and know am relaxed. She treats her patients with no discrimination of skin color or background as l was in fear at the beginning. I will recommend Sarah and this center the best choice for you .They are very polite and the place is clean .Mostly young workers with a good spirit at work .

    I was seen at the CHC in Essex Jct., VT and everyone was extremely helpful and efficient. There was a concern I may have Covid and the protocol was to keep me away from other patients. This is very smart in protecting others, there is separate area for your exam. I didn’t have Covid thank goodness. I was seen by a Dr. on staff, diagnosed and Meds for a nasty sinus infection were ordered. After 10 days plus I still had symptoms. I was triaged over the phone and a second round of antibiotics were ordered and I took one every other day for 20 days. This took care of my illness. I find this particular location to be far less hectic than the Burlington locations and hopefully my husband and I can be seen here from now on.     Was a patient here a years ago and i always felt like I was being rushed out of the door. The amount of disorganized and untrained staff that tended to me at times was concerning. They were always nice and polite but sending me to the E.D after a misdiagnosed blood pressure reading was more than enough to find my health care elsewhere.

    Every time I call I get a completely different answer. The most recent was medicaid is not accepted and then I call back the next day to find out that they do accept medicaid. Complete joke when it comes to providing service for people's health. Last time I called was about 5 yes ago in which the lady didn't even know if my insurance was accepted or not. Told me to set up a visit and I'd find out when I get the bill. The only reason I called was to take care of this tooth pain which I'm still dealing with.

    Friendly staff, lovely doctors, nightmare billing department. Will bill your insurance for services not received. Will make “typos” in insurance billing codes (always call to check them). Will change your bill based on what your insurance will not cover without notice. Will not be able to provide an explanation when discrepancies are pointed out. Will not provide an itemized statement for bill changes. Absolute garbage. Everything that is wrong with our healthcare system.
