My experience has been with Dr. Stephanie Bellomo, who is a first-rate doctor . I have been her patient for close to five years and have had nothing but exceptional health care from Dr. Bellomo , whose diagnosis and treatment are “off the charts” with her knowledge and application. Dr. Bellomo is not only one of the most intelligent doctors l have had ( with the privilege to be in her care), but she is also the most “up—to-date” doctor as well. In addition, Dr. Bellomo keeps abreast of all the latest medical research. I am one to ask detailed questions as l also do research , and l get the sense there is not a question you could ask of her that she didn’t have an answer for. The South End Health Care Center is extremely fortunate to have Dr. Stephanie Bellomo on its staff. She is a gifted doctor and her compassion and care as well as her in-depth grasp and understanding of medicine put her head and shoulders above all other doctors.

This is the most rediculious and unperfessional facility Iv ever seen! As a CNA/LPN I can't believe this place. I have been here for a year and NONE of my mental health concerns have been meet. My perfessional opinion Healthcare doctors are not the best for mental health! This state is in a really bad place with this NY had better resources and makes more sense.

Everyone else is great but Victoria and Dr. Penny don't belong there. Dr. Penny is an "asprin doctor" and Victoria doesn't want to do her job. She treats the patient like a burden. All other staff have been kind and competent.

The staff was very friendly and worked hard to pinpoint and remedy my medical problems. Would recommend to anyone with medical problems looking for a Doctor or nurse practitioner.

I have been a patient for over 30 years. I have been trying to schedule an appointment since Monday. Four days later and over 100 calls I finally got a person on the other end. Only to be told that all the appointments had been taken! I have been suffering with poison oak. The earliest I could get in to see a doctor would be next Tuesday 6 days later! This is not ok!!! Time to find a new doctor!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting a filling in my life. The guy was rushing and didn’t even let the paste sit in my mouth before injecting me with that numbing stuff and I felt the whole needle being pushed down in my mouth and I started yelling. It was extremely painful. I told him the last time I did a filling which was a week prior to this, I didn’t feel any pain from the needle because they let the paste sit in my mouth for a few minutes. Instead he said the paste doesn’t really help but he’ll let it sit for a bit before the second injection.After letting it sit, I didn’t feel the needle for the second injection like I told him I wouldn’t. Afterwards he tried rushing that grey thing in my mouth that gives air or something to keep my mouth dry, before I could even fully open my mouth, and I got a bad jaw cramp and we had to stop for a few minutes. Couldn’t even open my mouth without cramping my jaw. Now my filling is uneven and I may have to go back. Can’t bite down all the way on my left side. I don’t understand why he was rushing, but I certainly don’t want to come back here after this.

Pretty confused by some of these negative reviews, because I've always had the best experience here. I've visited maybe half a dozen times now over the past two years, for check ups and random reasons, and the staff are super kind and courteous, and I love my doctor, Dr. Stein. She is so attentive and friendly! Another doctor I saw too was kind enough to recommend me to their community pharmacy when my prescribed medication cost too much, and I was able to pick it up for a fraction of the price. There was one incident where I had some testing done that cost a lot more than I was anticipating, but that was the fault of my insurer, Cigna. Nothing but good things to say about the people here :)

I find the staff at the front desk and everyone that I have seen there for my ears to be cleaned and my PA Megan to be excellant. I have never waited to long to be seen They are very professional and kind to me a senior

The dental situation is a disgrace. My spouse needed a crown. The first visit to get a temporary solution was $ 400. There was a charge for an office visit on top of the actual work done. The scheduler then told my spouse that the full payment for the crown had to be made before they would even make the appointment for the work to be done. I have never before been charged in advance to make an appointment for any kind of medical it dental care. This seems unethical to me.

If you go to an appointment you will definitely wait 30 minutes to be seen. Bieber, if you're late you'll never be seen. They cancel. Can't understand that logic at all. But I suppose if they are canceling appointments and still incapable of serving the needs of those that do show up then its just a business plan. Go elsewhere. Leave this for folks with no healthcare means.

Everyone there is so great! I must give the oral surgeon there the most credit. He is extremely good at what he does and is the only one I trust to fix my teeth! Hands down, best place to go!

This place has gone downhill after Dr Bollomo left.. You are rushed, they certainly don't want to here about your concerns... Don't go there and if you do, get out!!!! The receptionist people are awesome so maybe the doctors ans MA's need to take some advice from them Charles Haglund
