Perfect! Not only did the girls at the drive-thru meet me with a friendly smile but they also made my Frappuccino absolutely delicious

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to in the state of North Carolina. The barista‘s here truly know how to treat a customer and the hot tea is delicious. I literally stayed in here for 6 hrs. doing online work & checking emails and nobody bothered or looked my way inappropriately. Every customer came in and quickly left with their product satisfied. Bravo!

A tip for this store: Please don’t sabotage the experience and quality of service with one customer to improve the experience and quality of service with what you may call the “majority” because everyone remembers and everything has a RIPPLE EFFECT. I used to be a REGULAR here, but I will not go here again. I don’t want the anxiety. My experience here was poor due to the manager not remaking my drink after 30 minutes of it sitting. I understand you were in a rush to catch up as you have fallen behind due to things out of your control, but you treated me poorly over this. Grace and stride Starbucks. This week I was surprised and impressed by the professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and overall performance of the staff. I was greeted with wonderful interior decor and comfortable seating, and clean bathrooms. Excellent location for anyone looking to stop by.

I don't care where I am for Starbucks, it is ALWAYS busy. They have a great selection of drinks and the staff is always friendly, but the service is generally pretty slow. I think their actual coffee is like jet fuel and their prices are insanely high for what you're getting. But, my teen daughter loves it. And generally it is better than hotel coffee so I will swing past occasionally while we travel.

I love visiting this location! I have probably been to 90% of the Starbucks across NC, and this one ranks high. Today, Ashley did a great job making drinks for my wife and me. As a special treat she made an extra small drink of her new "pink drink" with oat milk just so that we could try it. It was a treat! We will definitely be adding it as one of our regular favorites! The guy who made our drinks is new...he needs to work on his speed & efficenticy. The carmel ribbon crunch didnt taste like usual.

My biggest issue with starbucks is how slow it is. I'm paying almost 6.00 for a cup of coffee and had to wait at least 20 minutes on the drive through lane. This is the norm and it's insane. Im going to try a carmel macchiato from duncan donuts, it's cheaper and can't take longer to get it.

great place . but very hard to get to . very tight. I avoid going there just because I can't get in and out.

I ordered a venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso in the drive thru, when I got to the window I was handed a grande, the young lady at the window was very pleasant and went to fix it immediately however the barista that brought my drink out was rather rude. I asked for a straw and she rolled her eyes like I was asking to much. Then to make matters worse I gotta cup full of ice 😒 I would definitely like my money back.

Soooo this particular establishment had extremely poor customer service….and it’s not all that clean. for all my Starbucks girlies we would agree that trips to Starbucks should be an entire experience from beginning to end…let’s dodge this location. Cashier’s attitude was nasty and even when she was greeted with Hello How are You? She said absolutely nothing. Don’t waste your time or money here. Wish i would have left instead of giving this location my business. Drinks were good though.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this store . Starting from ordering the bacon egg and cheese sandwich & the bacon still looks completely raw. Order ahead 3 out of 5 times out the week isn’t ready at estimated pick up time , my venti coffee always has a inch and a half from the top of the cup (why pay for more when you don’t get it ) & today I’m behind myself for work & when I get there my order isn’t ready and it’s past pick up time . I don’t have time to wait so I asked for my order to be cancelled and I get told to hold on a minute and then the girl comes back and says my drink is on the bar & it wasn’t . Instead of understanding I didn’t have time to wait for them due to them being busy I just needed my money back and to cancel the order , they had me wait & for nothing . At this point I’ll stop spending the minimum of 6.35 5 days out the week and half of those days I get breakfast so it’s 12.49 those days . I’m tired of inconsistent product as well as always expected to be understanding of being busy but the store isn’t understanding of my job when I don’t have time to wait on them . Order ahead is used for a reason .

The girls that work here are super rude. Always faster service with a smile when it's the all male team here. Also today the bathrooms (both of them) were disgusting and in need of toiletries.

Rather than leave a bad review on the MEBANE store I came here to say … I live in Mebane NC and the Starbucks is less than a mile away and I’d gladly drive the 13 miles to university dr just simply for the service! These ppl are amazing ! Everyone speaks to you, you are taken care of quickly and the quality is always on point! They know who I am when I walk in the door and they never ignore me or anyone else for that matter. Give them all raises !

I don't know what happened recently but the service at this location has decreased significantly. The employees are RUDE and the food and drinks have not been good either. After today I will not be coming back to this location
