    If i can give 0 stars i will , this place is horrible they almost gave my baby vaccines she didn't need nurse seemed confused on paper work in front of her so as I watched her look confused I asked is everything ok. Previous to nurse coming in I asked the doctor if it was ok for baby to get all vaccines together because as too my knowledge she was up to date with all her vaccines expect one that they didn't have during her last visit. She yes it is ok but seeing the nurse so confused I knew something was wrong and asked. She brought in a chart to show me at what age they receive certain vaccines but that still didnā€™t make me feel ok she didn't seem confident in what she was saying. We proceeded and only gave baby one vaccine but as you can see in picture she walked out to get me the correct paperwork and left the used needle on the table. Aside from all of this the wait time is horrible my appointment was at 1pm and now at 3:55 is that I am on my way home.

    I give 00000. First and last visit, worse medical center ever. The kids on the from desk is nice but the others workers treats people like nothing. Everyone have a bad actitud, no one talk to you nicely. The Puerto rican girl speak Spanish when she wants and not when is needed, I saw many person saying that they donā€™t speak English and she didnā€™t care. We spent 3 hrs for my kid first visit. No vallan a esta clĆ­nica los trataran mal y las espera y muy prolongada.

    I took my 2 y.o son for a routine checkup, and the doctor told me he was behind on his vaccines. I told her that he had a cold and I didnā€™t feel comfortable giving them to him at the moment but she pressured me into doing only (2) instead of all 4. As she was sticking him with the needles she was moving so SLOW, and didnā€™t have a good grip on the needle. He ended up snatching the needle out of her hand, scratching his leg in the process and bleeding everywhere. Then she acted annoyed with my son because of it. Now he is traumatized and hates the doctor office. Ive never seen anything like it before. Not to mention: When you request late afternoon appointments they make them for early in the morning without consulting you first. They cancel appointments the day of or the day before with no warning after making you wait months for an appointment, and then once again make you wait another month for the make-up appointment from them cancelling. They will have you hold for 20 mins- 1 hour just to speak to someone, sometimes they will even hang up in your face after holding for long periods of time.

    If I could give this a zero I would. Appts are always at least an hour behind. You can't get through to anyone on the phone. Telehealth appt are even worse when it comes to time. So if you have all day to wait give this place a shot. Oh and they cant keep staff our doctor has quit 3 times in the last year.

    I have been going to this clinic for 4 years and have always been treated well. However, the last 2 visits were not so good, lack of vaccine for my baby both times, the lady in the laboratory is a little rude for someone who is taking care of children and sick people. But the worst has been the waiting time at the reception on the first day I waited 2hrs and the second time 1:30hr with a healthy baby in the midst of so many other people who possibly don't I understand that delays can occur but 1:30 - 2 hours I think too much. The receptionists were always very attentive and helpful.

    Always has you waiting over an hour to be seen. I went today for an appointment at 1130. After waiting 25 min I finally get to the desk to check in and they tell me I have to reschedule since his appointment was at 1130! ITS THEIR FAULT. So unorganized and understaffed. Iā€™m definitely seeking a new doctor for my son

    By far the worst health care group i have ever dealt with. They have zero customer service skills. The phone hold times are alway 30 or more minutes. On several occasions myself or someone in my household has not been able to get prescriptions filled and could not take medication, because the staff there would not respond to our calls or the pharmacyā€™s request. I canā€™t believe This group is allowed to be a healthcare provider in this state. I will be filing a formal complaints at the state level.

    Great Dr.. my issue is I need my script filled and Iā€™ve been on hold for hours listening to this awful music. This is very frustrating. Funny, after writing this review, someone picked up. Told them I needed my script filled, then she says ā€œoh well you have an appointment this Fridayā€ I said yes I know, but Iā€™m out of my potassium. This person puts me BACK ON HOLD! For what? It take literally a minute to type it in the computer and send my script over. Beyond ridiculous. People need their meds and it shouldnā€™t be this damn difficult. Pemberton office is WAYYYYY better as far as the receptionists go. Burlington receptionists should be fired.

    Sad at say but this location has been trash since I was a little girl. Iā€™m grown now & nothing has changed. No one picks up the phone , they move slow as a group, need new workers I should not have to deal with anyoneā€™s mood or day previous to seeing me. Definitely 0 starts!

    I came to this office for a regular dental visit and was given the best treatment and experience. The Doctor, Dr. BATCHELLER is a great dentist. He genuinely cares for the patients needs and provides the most accessible and exceptional treatment. Truly a one of a kind dentist. Every dentist I have been to has gave me the worst advice, but not Dr. BATCHELLER. This place is over scheduled, but itā€™s worth the wait.

    Donā€™t bring your family to this place. They donā€™t care about your time, they make you wait for hours and when you ask whatā€™s going on they just tell you to wait. They schedule appointments for nothings because they never respect it. Thereā€™s super rude people in there, they donā€™t know how treat people. ARE NOT KIND AT ALL!

    I appreciated the kindness, patience, empathy, and professionalism that the staff and provider had on the pediatric/adult side. It was clear to see that there was a long wait for whatever reason (the front desk staff even made us aware of that, so we had a choice to stay or go). But rather than being met with a bad attitude, or complaining, their demeanor was still professional and wasn't cold towards myself or other patients. The provider that treated my son was apologetic about the wait, and still gave me the space to ask clarifying questions about my son's condition. The wait was long, but the treatment from the staff and provider made it worth while. I really appreciate the effort that they all put in despite the circumstances that they were working with.

    I wish I could rate them 0 stars !!!! They call you to cancel / reschedule less than 24 hours in advance !!!!! Very unprofessional ! My appointment was rescheduled this week due to them closing the office early for thanksgiving okay cool. They called just now at 5pm( my appointment is tomorrow at 12:45pm) to cancelā€¦ how do you cancel 2 appointments in one week! Highly ghetto wouldnā€™t recommend. Save your time and money. The state needs to be called on this place lmao

    I have taken my dad to a consultation 3 times, yes we have had to wait but it is worth it, the Dr. spends all her time with each patient she sees, my dad likes it a lot, in my opinion they have treated us well...with great kindness. .

    If you have the opportunity to go to another clinic, go to the one that has the worst service. I have had a crown tooth for about 4 months and today, Friday, I had an appointment and they canceled me because the tooth valance appears and because I did not bring the Resivos, they did not treat me as If I knew that they had an M system... what makes me most angry is that they give me my appointment for two months as if it were my fault. They didn't give me options to return next week. I don't recommend this clinic, it doesn't make sense because In the system they say that I have not paid anything, and without paying something they are not going to pay me this is the worst, as if one's time did not count, I stopped working to come today but they want to get paid if you don't make it to the appointment
