    LISTEN😍😍…….We’re new to the area and was on the hunt daily looking for a place to call home. And we run across this place, They didn’t have a newly remodeled one available right now but they did have a decent 3 bedroom ready for move in. ASHLEY ASHLEY ASHLEY is all I can say!! Superior customer service. She went over and beyond to help us get moved in by our deadline! Great personality, takes her job seriously, one of the best property managers I’ve ever met!! Thanks for making this move a great one!

    This is the worst apartments. Mold is everywhere. They only paint over it. The don’t fix anything. The siding is completely rotted and they didn’t fix it. Just put new siding over it. The pool hasn’t been open in five years but we are paying a “community fee”. For what?! We don’t get to use anything here! Lawsuits will be coming.

    This complex ran its course now it’s time find something else they have a temp in office they really don’t know what she’s doing and one maintenance guy for 100 something units I been here a year and it’s not gotten better the portal was down for 3 months so I couldn’t pay my rent I work 7 to 5 so no one is never at the office and time for a new change

    I have been here for a year and when the new management team took over, I saw a lot of positive changes. It sucks that the pool is not open but realizing that the last management company had it closed for 3 years and with no progress, the new management is getting it done and getting the permits and working with the city to get it open finally! Ashley has been doing amazing things here! I decided to relocate to be closer to my job but I would live here again if I didn’t work so far away! Neighbors look out for each other and are very friendly. My kids love the huge outdoor area by the playground to run around and meet new friends. The maintenance guys are very friendly!

    Broken kitchen counter. leaks through rotten walls the person above walks and the wood falls into pieces for almost 4 months and everything is the same. new administration a failure

    I love love love Ashley the office manager. She is responsive, thorough, and always quick to answer all questions and concerns. She made my application process so easy. Can’t wait to move into my unit and will definitely leave another review. All I can say is this process has been one of the smoothest from the management and I’m looking forward to making The Point my new home 😊😊 Bless this woman 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
