Visit via a scheduled appointment. Jordan, the receptionist was quite friendly and pleasant, she had me fill out paperwork.(Took approx.15 mins) After paperwork completions, my wait for the dental assistant was approx. 8-10 mins. He took me to the intake area and proceeded to take several X-rays. (Quite a number of X-rays) X-rays time was approx 15 mins. He then escorted me to an exam room, where he explained I would see a Hygienist and the Dentist. Waited for approx 15-20 mins. Dentist and same assistant return, where Dentist examined my mouth/teeth and recommended further specialist. Dentist examination was approx. 5-8 mins. Never saw any hygienist and the dental assistant then informed me about another referral for same. He then had me waiting in another room, while he retrieved my referrals. (Another 6-8 mins.) Overall office and exam. Rooms were fairly clean. Saw them cleaning an X-ray room after use. (Hope this is done All the time.The total appointment took approx. 70 mins( 1 hr+10 mins) This is not bad for a new patient appt. The overall experience was pleasant, timely, and I was somewhat satisfied with the recommendations, since I can appreciate the fact that the dentist and hygienist were aware of their limitations, thus the referrals. Truly Appreciated the service, and the staff- since Aspen dental offer a Free- No cost 1st. Patient appointment. Don't think any other dental office offers this. ( Stand to be corrected.) It asks if the review is negative contact them directly so that’s what I did last time. Only 1% was negative 99% was awesome. But this review is my second trip after they received my review and the dentist was cruel and caused me a great deal of physical excruciating pain while giving 2 shots on the roof of my mouth and never said two words to me during or after the procedure. He just walked away. I’ve experienced plenty of dental work and those shots in particular and they have never hurt.

I couldn’t have been more pleased going to the dentist than I was today. I was completely at ease with everyone and everything went smoothly. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone that is looking for a dentist. It was a great feeling to know that I was in good hands. It was the way the team worked together. They made me feel so comfortable and that was very important to me. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thanks Aspen for making me feel welcome there today.

Until today, I felt very satisfied with my care. Today changed that. I felt like my dentist did not listen or take serious my concerns. I had set up an hour long appointment. Nothing was done, and when I pushed the issue, I was informed that he didn't have time to take care of what I needed. I was told I needed to make another appointment. So I have to deal with the discomfort until next week. I'm not happy at all right now.

Receptionist was rude, I ask for on location, she said she could answer all questions she could not answer any. How long does it take to make full set of dentures? Her answer 3 or 4 visits i said no how many 3 or 4 weeks? No She said 3 or 4 office visits. I have can they remove bone and tooth fragments? She said I can set you up for an appointment. I didn't bother to ask about insurance. No humans here only a calling center, with untrained people answering the phone, no answers!

Had teeth pulled crowned And broken tooth fixed. Partial top and bottom. Wonderful experience. Staff very friendly and patient. Would recommend to everyone.

The place is very nice and clean looking, the staff are very friendly as well as the doctor. All I wanted was a regular cleaning but before that they wanted to do all these other things deep cleaning and other things, which had to be paid up front. Very costly. Good place good staff but costly and I'm a senior on medicare.

All the staff were very friendly. Hardly any wait time. My childhood neighbor & longtime friend(Dr. Steve Slott) quickly handled my problem with excellent care & assistance from his co-worker, who helped to keep me calm during the numbing shot process, as I am a sissy when it comes to pain administered by Dentists , as well as other Dr's. I didn't get her name, but the two of them worked together well. I recommend Aspen Dental 100% favorability, although I am never in a hurry to make Dental appointments.
