I just had my second visit to the Riccobene Dentist Office on Church Street in Burlington. They have a very pretty waiting area and all the front desk people seem very welcoming and helpful. Yasmin is the absolute best hygienist I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant while she cleans my teeth. In addition, she is so skilled as a hygienist that nothing she does hurts. Yasmin is the best! I would highly recommend her for hygienist services. The first time at this office, after my teeth cleaning, Dr. Swan looked over my teeth. He was very nice. I would highly recommend his dental services. Today, for my second 6-month visit, Dr. Church looked over my teeth. He was extremely thorough and very nice. I appreciate that he took time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Church and the entire Riccobene Dental Office in Church Street in Burlington, NC.

I was really disappointed in my apt. I went in for a crown and a few fillings. After numbing me up, the dentist did the fillings and began to do some work to prepare me for a temp. crown. With my mouth propped open and laying flat on my back, he disappeared for a minimum of 15 minutes while he went to work on another patient. I was very uncomfortable between my neck hurting in this position and being unable to swallow. I think the assistant sitting beside me was dozing off as she didn't move a muscle. After a while she apologized to me for the long wait. He returned and did some more work before leaving again. His assistant completed the work. When I went to check out, Shay a receptionist told me the price, which I knew. She asked if I was paying by credit card, and I told her I was. She said there would be a 3% charge. I informed her that nobody had told me that when they gave me the price. I told her I would write a check and asked if I could bring it in two weeks when I returned for the permanent crown. Her response? "No, we need it today. Where do you live?" I told her I was about 10 min. away and she replied "I'll see you in a few." When I asked why I was paying for the total bill before they were done with the job, the other receptionist replied "We need that money." The practice of seeing as many patients as possible is about maximizing revenue for the business, not about providing quality care, and I found the receptionist pretty rude and unprofessional. I wrote my previous review based upon a first unpleasant experience. But I would like to update/change my review based upon several follow up appointments and my positive experiences. My follow up care has been excellent. The doctor has been professional and attentive to my needs. Any former issues were resolved and I'm pleased with the care I have received. I have already scheduled my next appointment and I have no reservations in recommending this practice for your dental needs.

I am so incredibly pleased with the kindness and care my 8 and 4 year old received here. The staff here displayed a true love for people and service by ensuring both my sons felt comfortable, keeping them informed and making genuine conversation with them throughout their entire appointments. So happy and thankful I chose this office to help build a great foundation for my children’s Dental care! Wish I took pics, but shout out to Ms Keisha, Dr Church and another wonderful staff member (God knows who you are) and to the front desk ladies, every single one of these people were above and beyond in this crazy world, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my first time here and I found it through my insurance. I called with a complaint of tooth sensitivity and was scheduled an immediate appointment, other places had a waiting of 3+ weeks and longer. The ladies at the desk were great. Turns out I needed a wisdom tooth removed and my anxiety got the best of me. The doctor and assistant calmed me down and talked me through it. They didn’t rush me and made sure I was comfortable and prepared. The tooth removal was simple and painless outside of some feeling of pressure. I had a great experience and very thankful for them. I highly recommend.

This dental practice is far above any other practice that I have ever experienced in my 61 years of going to the dentist. The young lady who cleaned my teeth today was by far the best that i have ever had. I give them a 10 Star !!

I made an appointment online. I had three bad teeth in the back two of which was wisdoms. I had my appointment today (9/14), thinking it'd just be a consultation. NOPE they got me numbed up and got all three out. I feel so much better. Definitely my go to dentistry from now on. Thanks so much!

Another successful visit, I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate the support and encouragement from the staff here. I have a story to tell thanks to Dr Swan, and each member of his staff has been so so supportive and kind, it really makes you feel “important” and that you are more than just a patient.

I have always been insanely afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. Swan made my experience awesome. He was kind, gentle, patient and very thorough. Additionally, all of the staff at his practice are most outstanding. I highly recommend him for all your dental needs.
