This was the best Popeyes I've ever been to their chicken sandwich was so crisp so delicious I can still taste it in my memory and I can't wait to go back. This place was so clean and comfortable and nice. Plenty of easy parking. Tidy bathrooms. Looking forward to coming back out for another sandwich. Highly recommend.

i work in restaurant business, so i know how things can be sometimes. but we ordered a two piece chicken tender w Mac and cheese, and a 3 piece chicken tender with potatoes. that’s all. they gave us one 3 tiny piece chicken tender and then a two piece drumstick? the mashed potatoes were not bad, but the Mac and cheese as pictured below, I couldn’t take more than one bite of. it came not mixed together, seeming like it had been sitting for a week under a heat lamp, and when I mixed it together it all became condensed into a big puck and tasted like years old boxed Mac and cheese, haha, im not mad I honestly took humor out of it, I just know when I’m serving customers I want the food to look and taste appetizing. I think that’s important.also over $25 for those two meals is very pricey

When we arrived it took 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order. They kept looking at us and saying just one moment. And no one took our order. Instead they were just standing around. They weren't close to closing, they just chose not to help. Then when we finally ordered we were served 20 minutes later for one order. And the other order never came. We had to ask 3 times for it. Then a chicken sandwich was served to us raw. Probably the worst service I've ever received, and I love Popeyes. Just don't go to the one in Burlington. Noted

Best Popeyes in Washington State, hands down!!! We've been to most of their locations in WA, and none beat the quality of the food and the service of the Burlington restaurant. Just today my son and I had another pleasant experience dining here, and we would like to thank "Angel" and "Domenik" for their friendly and courteous service (if I got the spelling wrong, please let me know, and I'll correct it)! The prices have gotten ridiculous. They're right up there with KFC now. The chicken has a good taste but, the pieces are really small. The server took my order, put it together and, sat it on a work table behind the counter... And, he just walked off and started doing something else. I stood and waited for five minutes. I then snagged another staff member, had him make sure it was my order. All it needed was napkins. Really strange.

Compared to kfc, this place takes the gold! The chicken was much better. The sides were pretty good, I love the biscuts. I got the 10-piece family combo for 36$, and it fed 3 adults and my son perfectly.

Took 5 minutes to even acknowledge us at the counter. Kicked us out of the dining room at 8pm - that's too early to close your dining area. Order was wrong. Just poor all around.

I have been coming here off and on for some time and it seems to be in decline. From (lack of) service to food that is now bland at best. Pass for now and hope they improve or watch for this place to close.
