Bissonette has kept us safe and housed for almost two years now. The apartments aren’t necessarily cheap, but they’re always upfront about what you’re getting and always available to help. Literally zero complaints!

They were excellent communicators, helping us through signing our first lease and getting back to us so quickly. The only negative was that they don't allow in person visits currently. Other than that, they were very professional and friendly.

I had a good experience with Bissonette Properties. All of the staff were very responsive to texts and maintenance got done as quickly as possible. They really try their best to accommodate and understand tenant concerns.

I was looking for housing on fairly short notice, and I encountered many properties/landlords who were unpleasant or unresponsive, and it was a very stressful search overall. When I got in contact with Bissonette Properties, they were immediately very attentive & helpful, and Denise was wonderful throughout the entire process! She sent me links to properties that fit my search criteria, and has answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly!

Been renting from Bissonette for almost ten years and they've always been fantastic. We originally rented a studio, then moved to a two bedroom and both units were great. The appliances were up to date, it wasn't drafty, all that good stuff. Their maintenance team is also incredible, always quick to respond (especially in an emergency, one time we had no hot water and they got right on it) and they always do a fantastic job. Definitely recommend as renters you can trust

Some super great ladies here! But I think the real hero here is Jubal, the maintenance and repair guy! He’s fixed a ton, everything from our toilet to our sink to our stovetop! Nice guy too- our dog loves him! But don’t think that these apartments are poo-holes that need a ton of work- our place is practically a castle! A good rental company with some good people, perfect for our beautiful neighborhood!

Bissonette was super responsive and kind. We are moving across the country and they have been a breeze to work with.
