Never go to shoppers drugmart, especially this one. my wife filled a prescription twice, they were extremely rude and mistreated her. now that she's at another pharmacy, they are still stealing and filling her prescription, causing her to go without and be extremely ill. Because they want the money. $900 per prescription. once again, because of this place my wife is unable to leave the washroom, at 5 am when shed normally be on her way to the proper pharmacy, and a normal day. yet, again. pretty sad when your wife's medication is sitting on an employees desk. and once again, their excuse, my wife switched it over when she didn't.

They lost their credibility with inferior customer service. A bunch of associates were grouped together laughing and speaking Punjabi loudly and when asked for help, just pointed where the item was which was out of stock. When approached again, I was told that they have no idea when it will be there again. Sure wish I had taken a picture.

Love their cute decor and kids items. Its a bit pricey though. Like having the post office in the back of the store, and a pharmacy as well.

One star only because of some of the employees. The pharmacy is brutally slow especially if the senior pharmacists are there. They never awnser the phone and they will even ignore you in person and avoid eye contact. The younger pharmacists are good. Clean store and bright has decent sales. Pharmacy needs some work.

This is the dirtiest shoppers I've ever been in, the floors do not look like the are cleaned or swept. My first experience the pharmacist was rude, my perscription wasn't ready at the time they said it would be and I came to pick it up and hour after I was told it would be ready. The second time the person who helped me at the pharmacy was very nice but my perscription wasn't ready again, the day after I was originally to pick it up and was told they don't know when it will be ready due to weather issues. Would have been nice to know before I made the trip out there.

I have not seen such a dirty floors like the one in the Shoppers Drug Mart Uptown. I went there a few days ago to pick up my mail from the Post Office. The whole floor in this store was disgustingly dirty. There was dirt everywhere. I was told that the floor was not clean there for a while now! What? Covid time, people are wearing masks and trying to avoid Covid - this store stop cleaning? Where is Health Canada? Where is the Uptown management? Who is responsible for such a dirty floor? I took picture of the entrance but the whole floor in the Cosmetic Department was dirty. It is really concerning. Also, why the Cosmetic Department has no testers for the perfumes? I have allergies and without the testers I can't see if I can tolerate this perfumes or not. Why there are no testers???? 2022-11-23 - response from the Owner was to call Shoppers Drug Mart 1-888.......my response is: PLEASE CLEAN THE STORE. You gave me 1-888 number ....no surprise

I had a root canal, went the pick up the prescription 8 hours after it was sent and they 'couldn't find it'. They sent me on my way without antibiotics and pain meds and didn't seem to care. I got the confirmation from the dentist that it was 100% sent and rec'd. VERY unorganized and very disappointed.

I was looking for men colonge and staff lady came to me and looked at me as I am gonna steal anything only because I am east Indian guy with casual outfit. I was so uncomfortable that I had to leave and shopped from another store. Staffs are not so friendly and very prone to judging by how you look.
