This place is top notch. The best in Vancouver I've experienced hands down in all regards. Amazing staff, they greet you with tea and yummy goodies. You legit get brand new blankets out of the plastic, medical grade standard. I had the BEST lymphatic massage I've ever had with Amy. She was phenomenal in all regards. The General Manager is SO lovely as well. I highly recommend Afrina and will definitely be back and suggesting it to all my friends. Thank you for an uncanny experience.

The Afrina team really is "a step above" the rest. The hygiene & cleanliness are above vancouver’s standard! Staff explain everything and are very knowledgeable. they do not rush which is a very admirable trait in medical & health treatments. I have done my nails in Afrina and it was the worst experience ever . The quality of products was very bad and the technician really needs a lot more training. They also don’t care about unhappy customers which is very bad . I called them several times and stopped by to show them my nails but they didn’t care . I will attach my 2days nails photos. I really don’t recommend this salon because of their low quality materials and bad management.

I got a root color and fringe cut from Rezvan. She is not only very kind and personable, but also professional and passionate about what she does. She is very detailed oriented and listens to what you need carefully. I have very fine and damaged hair. She gave me good advice on how to treat my hair, and did an amazing job in achieving the exact color and cut that I was looking for. I have never felt so good about myself walking out of a salon. I look forward to my next appointment with her.

I recently visited this beauty salon, and the first service I tried was Ombre lash extensions. I'm thrilled with the exceptional service I received. The lash tech was not only skilled but also attentive to my preferences, resulting in stunning lashes. The salon's ambiance was relaxing, creating a perfect environment for self-care. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking top-notch beauty services.

Had my nails done and laminated eyebrows there , not happy. Nails became Too thick and big, removed them after coming back from vacation right away. Eyebrows lamination lasted a day and lost the shape, I tried all the maintenance they recommended but I think they should have told me that maybe lamination was not suitable for my eyebrows. The lady trimmed my eyebrows after the lamination without telling me that it cots $20 extra. I paid $100 for the lamination in total.Prices were higher than other salons, staff were nice, polite and Friendly. The salon is clean but the payment system is so complicated and makes you feel stressed. They come back and forth to you and your beautician to ask what kinds services you are doing so you pay at the end and it stresses the customer out.

Absolutely incredible service! I got there for lymphatic Drainage message. I forgot to bring the voucher that the generous Ziba the owner gave me, staff kindly assisted me, even when my phone’s battery got dead. They kindly provided me with a charger. Honestly, I read the reviews before going there and I was expecting to face a medium level service, however my experience was absolutely awesome and believe some reviews written here don’t really reflect the truth. Definitely recommend this place for all beauty and spa needs. By the way, the also have Turkish, Moroccan hamam 🤩 which I’ll definitely give it a shot later. I loved my experience there. Rosa was amazing. She did my manicure and then Khatereh did my pedicure very perfectly. Both very so great .

Today I had a 60 min full body massage with Faezeh!! She was amazing! Attentive, a great listener and communicator, working out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even, know was possible! She perfectly knows her job and you will never be frustrated with booking a session with her 👍👍😊 I wish I could afford to see her every week! I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know!

The first impression upon entering the store was positive, as the decoration exuded an air of elegance and sophistication. The stylish interior and well-chosen furnishings certainly created an atmosphere that one would expect from a high-end establishment. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived as I began to interact with the staff. It became clear that the management had not taken the necessary steps to ensure their employees were adequately trained and experienced. Junior staff members seemed unsure and lacked confidence in their abilities.
