This is the worst building you can choose to live in at West End or even the whole downtown. 139 units with just 1 elevator working which is used by residents, construction workers, movers and so on. Never ending construction, renovation, dust and noise plus safety issues related to Asbestos Removal while doing the renovations. Heat outage, plumbing issues and irresponsible owner. No wonder everyone is moving out or planning on it. This one star is just for letting this comment to be posted!

The agent isn't replying to a viewing appointment arranged by their online system! I'm glad I came here just to see that people aren't happy with the building. Not moving there, heeeck

This building is a joke. Moved over from an older, cheaper building thinking it was a good next step to take, little did I know how wrong I was. Over 6 months with only one elevator for 21 floors with no estimate of when it will be fixed, never ending renovations, homeless junkies constantly doing drugs in the garden... Enjoy the fact that you don't live here, do yourself a favor and find another place to live.

Dirty,noisy, urin smelly and unsecure building with ignorant managers. Gated underground parking totaly unsecure with constant broken gates! My car window was smashed 3x in past year! Unsanitary laundry machines. Stay away!
