I received terrible attention from the staff who was around 11:30 p.m. We placed the order at the table, after waiting a long time, we decided to ask what was happening. Our order was ready, no one left it on the table (there wasn't a lot of people) no one made the call to pick it up. When I asked, the girl said that she didn't bring the things to the table, she threw the envelope at us on the counter, we told her that it was for eating there, so she took the envelope and put it on the tray that she put back on the table. meson. I went to McDonalds Still Creek yesterday at around 16:30. It’s a nice place with very easy parking. Staff are kind and very professional, service is great! I also noticed that the Drive through is fast as well.

writing this review while waiting in the drive thru. I have been waiting for 20 minutes, there’s two cars ahead of me. They are taking about 10 minutes to take an order for each car. I thought this was a fast food establishment. At this point it would be faster for me to go to a sit down restaurant. Update: Went in and there were only two employees and were clearly overworked. Management needs to do better.

I placed a mobile order in the parking lot around noon, when I went into the store, my order was the only order in the display. However, it took 30 minutes for them to fulfill the order and I had to ask several times for my order. That is the worst experience I have had. Not very consistent service level.

The MOST UNSANITARY McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, 0 gloves used and cross contamination everywhere. Staff needs to take a shower 100%. Waited 30 minutes for food after ordering at 11:30pm too.

In the last month, I've ordered from Still Creek's McDonald's over 5 times. Twice, patties were missing—the first time, a double Big Mac had only 3 patties; the second time, despite adding even an extra patty, TWO patties missing!!! I couldn't address it as I'd ordered takeout each time. Edited: I went to this McDonalds last night again exactly 5 days after I wrote my first review. This time, they gave me medium fries instead of the large one that I had ordered. I guess from now on I always have to check my takeout order before leaving this restaurant. Shame…
