This place has some of the best tacos I’ve had in a while! I tried the chicken, cauliflower, braised beef and korean bbq pork and all of them were fabulous! The raspberry ale and the vegan chocolate peanut butter pudding were also amazing!

GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY | Visiting from Toronto for 15 days and I’ve ate here 4 times. Don’t sleep on the tuna taco or cauliflower taco, they are by far the best in my opinion and kept me coming back. all their tacos are gluten free as well! Their happy hour has some amazing prices and by far the best margaritas. It’s not very often I’m wowed by a restaurant, yet alone one that serves so many unique flavours. This spot won’t disappoint!

We where upstairs, it was noisy, we where eating and one of the staff had i guess a problem and a lot of plates and glasses fell, the food is ok, it doesn’t change my world but was fine, the queso fundido was bland, the torta and chicken torta ok, the salsas they have really good (habanero and green salsa), the michelada was tasty.

Went for happy hour and tried their 3 for $9 tacos. I like tuna > pulled pork > chicken. Good value and interesting fusion flavours.

BBQ korean ones are very good. All tacos were pretty good actually. Would definitely come back!

I enjoyed the tacos here. I like how you can choose different tacos for your set, for variety. Price is decent; I'd like to take advantage of the happy hour with $3 per taco next time.

Came for happy hour/late lunch and it was great! Ordered one of each taco and ranked them all against each other 😁 the chips with guac and salsa was also really tasty! Def will be back for happy hour next time I'm in the area!

Was visiting in the neighborhood and decided to pop by this place. We had made no reservations and the waitress was kind enough to seat us right away during the Covid times. Food was spot on, succulent delicious meat!! We tried the pulled pork burrito bowl, carnitas taco and the chorizo taco. All were great. We also had the plum cheesecake which was a great finishing touch. Super friendly service made the experience a memorable one! Will return for sure, when visiting again!

Really nice experience! Nice bright space with a young team running the show. Highly recommend the Tuna Taco and Korean BBQ Taco. There was room for improvement on the other options we tried as well as the guacamole which was not great. The ceviche was fresh but monotonous on the seafood selection. Definitely going back and wish reviews allowed for .5 because this was 4.5.

Cute place, went during the start of dinner so it was quite busy but the food came out at an appropriate time & excellent hit to the taste bud (very very reasonable pricing). Very big tequila list, if you’re a tequila person - TOTALLY recommend. Downside, it was a little stuffy (again dinner time). You do feel it a bit but the food makes up for this.

I can't boast about this place enough. The food is the best I've ever had. Do yourself a favour and get dessert. SO worth it for either the tofu pudding or the cheesecake. We had a party of 5 and they were so accommodating with us. They even have an upstairs for more seating which I thought was really cool. The music and atmosphere was fantastic. I want to be friends with whoever made that playlist. I really can't recommend it enough. I'll be taking my husband the next chance I get.

Absolutely fantastic flavours and variations. Every dish was a hit and we'll definitely be back! The house made sauces were super delicious! The tuna taco was stellar, as was the cauliflower.

We ordered 5 of the 4” street tacos. The braised beef taco and the chicken taco were delicious however, the Korean BBQ pork taco was the star of this meal. Washed this meal down with an ice cold coconut margarita. Flavours are on point at Taps and Tacos!!

Great spot for some really tasty tacos. I loved the Korean and tuna tacos. The flavors were refreshing. This spot has a great selection of beers as well. If you’re in the area of the brewers I would stop by here for food!

Hard to find a critique about Taps and Tacos. Service was amazing and fast. Food came out quick and was fresh and full of flavour. The menu has lots of mouthwatering options that makes you want to order it all.. the drink menu has great local beers from surrounding brewery’s and a very impressive cocktail menu with lots of Mexican inspired drinks. My favourite Mexican street taco restaurant and my favourite restaurant in Port Moody.

We came in because we discovered their food truck Friday. However, the foods not the same. We tried the Birria Inspired taco Appy (the original Birria taco is worth waiting till a Friday night visit to their truck!) We then followed those with a Chicken, Korean BBQ, Pork Belly & Braised Beef tacos. Chicken and the Pork Belly were our favourites. The star of the show was Oksana, our waitress! She patiently explained every bit to us, and humoured us by finding ways to make things less spicy for us weaklings 🤣

Fun place, interesting decor and setup. Friendly service. The pork boss was very good. The green sauce is nice and the red sauce will kick your tongue!

Good tacos, great service the first time! Second and third time I went waitress was slow and forgetful, the chips for the salsa, napkins, service.. I think they are short on waiters, 3 chefs. The bartenders though, always seem attentive, and friendly. Nice cocktail list and delicious jar desserts! Lots of local beer options! The room is filled with lots of daylight. Kids allowed. Corner suite, roadside alley parking - I parked a block down in a free roadside parking spot. 3 kinds of in house made hot sauce and 3 different kinds of salsa!

AWESOME place. We tried a bit of almost everything and it was all impressive. The spicy pico de gallo was the highlight. Service was friendly, helpful, and quick. Will definitely be recommending this place.

Must go in Vancouver - absolutely amazing food and vibes. Near the water so a great place to go before or after a stroll along the port. Great happy hour as well! Highly recommend.

Delicious tacos that were loved by everyone! The tacos were juicy and very flavourful. If you are vegetarian you can ask them to prepare your taco with jack fruit. They also have a great drink selection, margaritas are my favourite. The service was amazing, staff was friendly and mindful. Highly recommended!

A Tricity gem, Tapas and Tacos in Port Moody is everything I needed today. This was a birthday lunch date and we had such a great time. The chef was able to make a couple of important modifications to my meal, while still retaining the flavor of the original dish. These fusion tacos are so fun. I'm always so excited to see what's on their menu. Their cocktails are also so good. A great place if you want fusion-style food, with a modern ambiance. The service is also great. I've been there for dinner before and I loved it, so happy I could spend my birthday lunch here this time.

This was a VERY pleasant surprise. First time here and we LOVED it. The cocktails were spot on. The tacos...OMG...the tacos!!! The Korean BBQ was my fav but all were fantastic!!. The Korean burrito bowl was superb I can't say enough about the food...so good. And...REALLY reasonably priced. Part of the draw was that it wasn't a 'franchise'....but since we were visiting from Ontario....now I wish it was!!!

Some of the best bites of food I've ever had. Our group split a bit of everything, and we could not believe how good each item was in their own right. The birria tacos were definitely my highlight, highly recommend!

These guys are fantastic. The food was delicious and the service was unbeatable. Our waitress stopped by frequently and always made sure that we were happy with our meal. She was extremely accommodating. This establishment is highly recommended as a stand-alone evening, or as a jumping off point for brewers row.

One of the highlights of our vacation so far in terms of the quality of the food, service and atmosphere. The Taco's are awsom with different combinations and flavors. Great service and those people love their business. It is a trendy place I would highly recommend.

Decided to go here for dinner because my girlfriend was feeling some tacos. My mom and her boyfriend joined us. The tacos were great!! 10/10!! Loved that you can mix and match them and they were a great price for the quality. Never ordered any drinks so I can’t comment on those. Only issue I had was with the Queso Fundido. It wasn’t what I expected from what I had at other Mexican restaurants. It was more like a thick soup. Wasn’t cheesey at all and the flavour was very bland.

0ur first time there so we had to try it all. The variety was amazing. Loved the Guave margarita! We are celiac and we felt really safe since most of it was naturally gluten free.

Nice place, neat modern interior, pretty good looking bar too. I had take out: a korean BBQ taco, and the El Pastor taco. Both were exceptional and very tasty! Also had a mango Jarritos so they have those too :) Deff check it out.

The place lacks hospitality and down sitting is two congested especially during this unprecedented time. The management needs to work on the ambiance and hospitality.

You must try this gem of a place that’s hidden in plain sight. We had prawn tacos which rated a solid 5 stars and Bao Buns holding an easy 4 stars. 16 ounce beers and enough bottles to build your flavour-ite cocktails. Erin loved her double lime Mojito ! A few vegan options and specials. Covid-19 protocol adhered to and contact tracing discreetly taken. Great music piped in, lovely, efficient server and a busy back-of-the-house fellow. Well done crew 🙌🏼

Whenever I am in Port Moody, I like to stop in at this location. They always have great beer selection, being fall/winter, I had to try the Horchata Milk Stout from twin sails, it was really good! I know what I like in tacos and when for 2 carnitas which at this place is satisfying as the tacos are a good size! I think the next time I go I would try a Torta as I haven't here just yet, but hey, I will be back!

Amazing food quality, tasty drink. Its an amazing place to chill after drinking beer around and visiting park. They pork bowl was very delicious and I would definitely go back and try all of their food. Their interior design was very interesting as well.

Tasty dishes. We had the tacos and Enmoladas with beer. Among our favorite was the Korean pork taco. The filling was generous with flavorful braised pork. The sauce paired very well with a nice cold refreshing beer. The Enmoladas was true to description. We had one pork, one chicken. Both were so good . A rich and creamy mole (chocolate sauce but not too sweet at all which was perfect. Went very well as a savory dish). We scooped up every last drop of the delicious sauce. Surprisingly decent portions. Wouldn't come if we were starving, but the food was very good and we left satisfied. I'd come again.

We ordered from DoorDash and picked up ourselves. Really good Mexican food, of good quality, and of good size as well. Happy to see there is a great Mexican restaurant here in Port Moody near our home.

A very interesting establishment. The service with great throughout the whole stay, with staff being friendly and mindful. We mainly concentrated on tacos during our first stay, but ceviche also turned out to be very tasty. Carnitas and Korean Pork were my absolute favorite. Lamb Taco Arabes deserves special attention – very unusual taco, at least for me, but I think it was absolutely delicious, something like next level shawarma. They serve amazing lime margarita; everything about it just perfect. You also can buy in-house made Margarita mixes. I'd say for a joint that has the word "taps" in its name and located a block away from the Brewers Row, they don't have that many brews on tap, but there are still quite a few to choose from. After having a terrible experience in one of the taco trucks located a few blocks away, Taps&Tacos revived my interest in Port Moody's taco scene.

Great atmosphere with a nice variety of tacos and similar dishes. There's options for vegan and vegetarian, as well as pescatarians too. Overall I found the price and quality to be reasonably on par of each other. I will most likely visit again!

Love this place, solid tacos, really good craft beer list and the staff are great. The servers are always friendly, real and show a bit of personality. First time I went it was Thirsty Thursdays, craft beer pints are $6 - hard to beat that. They’ve got great house made hot sauce, I love spicy and their spiciest one knocked my head off, haha.

Like that they will do lettuce wrap tacos and great margaritas. Cool building

The ambiance was immediately off putting. Everything felt very cold and cramped together. There was not much space between table and no barriers in between. The Al Pastor tacos were incredibly greasy, but also had almost no flavor.

You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I've had everything on the menu throughout my visits and the feature taco each time I go and its all amazing. Literally nothing is a bad choice. Even the vegetarian options are really good and most places that add vegetarian items but aren't a fully vegetarian restaurant don't do it good but T&T nails it. This place is great

This place was everything that we had seen and read about! Absolutely wonderful food and great service! So glad that we decided to take a 45 minute drive to try this place and we will certainly be back!!

Make sure you try Pastor and Carnitas! They are delicious and portions are fair. Cocktails are good although not a huge variety. Being so close to the PoMo breweries it was odd there is only one of them in the menu. Overall a good experience!
