After
my
1:15
pm
phone
appointment
with
my
GP,
my
prescription
was
faxed
into
Shoppers
Drug
Mart
Duncan,
BC.
My
GP
had
me
pause
on
the
phone
while
he
made
sure
the
request
was
sent
to
Shoppers
Drug
Mart
,
Duncan,
BC.
At
3:26
pm
I
called
the
Shoppers
Drug
mart
to
confirm
if
my
prescription
was
received
and
prepared
as
I
needed
to
take
the
medication.
The
lady
advised
there
was
nothing
received
from
my
Dr.,
and
to
call
him
and
confirm
it.
Which
I
did.
They
resent
the
request.
I
called
Shoppers
Drug
Mart
back
and
spoke
with
a
man
this
time,
who
was
very
impatient
with
my
conversation
and
interrupted
me
while
I
was
trying
to
explain
my
story,
at
which
I
requested
he
let
me
finish
speaking
before
being
interrupted.
Once
I
finished
my
explanation,
he
checked
their
incoming
prescriptions
and
advise
it
had
been
received,
this
was
at
about
3:40
pm,
and
he
advised
they
could
have
this
ready
for
me
for
4:30
pm
which
I
advised
I
would
let
my
husband
know
as
he
was
picking
it
up
for
me,
thank
you
,
good
bye.
Upon
my
husband
arriving
at
Shoppers
Drug
Mart,
they
searched
and
searched
for
the
prescription.
Once
the
pharmacy
helper
found
it
he
handed
it
to
the
pharmacist
for
review.
At
which
time
the
pharmacist
advised
the
helper
it
was
done
incorrectly
and
they
would
have
to
redo
it.
They
didn’t
advise
my
husband
of
that
at
first,
they
just
left
him
waiting.
My
husband
asked
them
“did
they
loose
it”
at
that
time
the
pharmacist
advised
my
husband
to
“chill”.
My
husband
advised
them
that
we
were
told
the
prescription
would
be
ready
at
4:30
pm.
What
was
the
problem.
They
got
their
backs
up
and
advised
that
they
just
received
the
prescription
from
the
Dr
and
we
were
lucky
they
were
doing
it.
At
which
my
husband
advised,
if
it
was
an
issue
if
they
could
not
get
it
done
right
we
could
take
it
to
another
store.
And
at
that
point
the
pharmacist
became
very
argumentative
and
instructed
the
helper
to
stop
the
order
and
for
us
to
take
it
to
another
store.
Finally
after
banter
back
and
forth
they
completed
the
prescription
and
we
paid
for
the
order.
At
that
time
my
husband
was
instructed
by
the
pharmacist
we
were
not
allowed
in
the
store
any
more.
We
have
been
lifelong
customers
at
Shoppers.
This
is
not
our
first
unfriendly
incident
at
the
pharmacy.
This
is
indeed
the
last.
As
your
2.4
star
rating
reflects,
we
are
not
the
only
unsatisfied
customers.
Good
bye
Shoppers
Drug
Mart.
