Putrid customer service. Accussed of lying about a price match to Duncan Pets by the manager, even though she had called and confirmed the price herself. I complained about the accusations and unprofessional actions of the manager....their solution....ban you for life. My family won't spend another penny on this store........

They have 2 dog bath stations Bring your own shampoo. Theirs is waterery. Also they only blow cool air to dry your dog. I bring my dog home and blow dry him there. Costs $10

It's where I get my kitty litter. I was using wheat based litter, too much dust though. Found walnut litter. Really keeps the ammonia smell down. Less dust too.
